Today Alberto M. Came out in the storm to check on my heating and AC. I was looking to replace the system and he was extremely professional, spoke to me before hand and listened to my concerns, looked at the inside and outside unit and then came back and told me what he found. He then sat and answered all my questions for another 20 min. He was very patient and thorough when explaining everything to me. I was very happy with this visit. THANK YOU!UPDATE:I got a new AC unit (in/outdoor), new furnace, and a duct cleaning. The crew was AMAZING! I was previously with 1-hour Heating and Air, but they were charging $10-15k more than every other company and a vent they were supposed to fix was still not working 8 months later after many calls to get it right (I did paid for that service). With AirCo, their prices were substantially reasonable and much better (yes it was still expensive). But Kristin H. came out and walked me through all my options with the prices and made sure I could secure the funding. She was so sweet, and she made sure the service was done in a timely manner, came the morning of the service to ensure everything was going good, and followed up with me the next day.The crew was on time, very polite, professional, knew what they were doing, and answered all my questions. Excellent service!The office had good communication and let me know when the service men are on their way.Joshua came out for maintenance in August & Adrian came out a few days ago for an issue. They were both so polite, thorough & professional!I told Adrian that I was very impressed with AirCo, especially after dealing with the company that my home warranty sent out in December. He said he loves his job & that the company really cares about their customers and their employees. It truly makes a difference and it shows!
My thermostat went out and they were able to send someone the same day. (Joshua) he was very helpful and explained everything that was going on and gave me clear pricing before doing any work so I could make an educated decision. He was very nice and even wore covers for his shoes to keep my home clean. Very professional and polite. I will not hesitate to call them back every time I need repairs.
I called and they were able to get someone out the same day. They also explained the service plan (highly recommend). They were very detailed on what they did and what they needed to do. Josue was very friendly and explained everything plus took pictures to have better detail. He included the photos in the email invoice. I can feel a difference in the house. If I could give him 10 stars I would.
The whole experience was actually really pleasant. Logan, the receptionist who answered my call to make an appointment was extremely friendly and explained everything really well. I was kept up to speed throughout the whole process. When someone was going to be able to make it out, when they were on their way and I was even given a picture and the name of who was coming to service the A/C. Clayton P, the repairman showed up extremely fast. Only a little over an hour after I made the appointment which was insane to me. Earliest I was expecting someone out was late in the evening if I was lucky, so that was fantastic. He was professional, super friendly and got straight to work. I was really dreading the struggle I was expecting it to be to try and find someone to come out and help on such short notice, but AirCo made everything really simple and easy. They exceeded my expectations in every way. Definitely gonna use them again if I need repairs in the future and definitely going to recommend them to anyone else I know when they need repairs done.
From start to finish, this was a great experience. Paul, out sales advisor was nothing short of amazing. Juan and his team were great, very professional and polite on the day of install. they got everything done on the same day. Highly recommend and will most certainly pass on AirCo and Paul to our friends and family for future a/c needs.

AirCo is a delight to work with. Their customer service is absolutely the best! They keep in contact with the customer and they are ALWAYS reliable. I’ve found in the past few months customer service has fallen by the wayside. Not with AirCo. I would recommend them to anybody. I recently had Micaiah as my technician. He was thorough and 110% knowledgeable. A pleasure to work with. All technicians from AirCo I’ve worked with through the years have never disappointed me.
Great and thorough service. However, my one complaint is that they treated me as though their time was more important than mine. I have plans, too, so I have to wait around until they decide to come my way which could be at the very end of the day. Although they did show up before noon, I have experience businesses who would make me wait all day and then call and say they couldn't get to me and ask to reschedule or they never even bother calling at all. They would be better suited to give a 2 hour time frame on the appointment. This will generally work for most appointments. The tech was very sociable, knowledgeable, and overall a nice guy;.

I highly recommend Kristin Hensley with AirCo. She is so knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed and was here overseeing the entire install . I learned going cheaper isn’t always the best . She gave me a fair price and have been amazed with the service . I also have their maintenance contract and happy with that. They change my filters , which is not easy for a senior citizen.
AirCo always provides excellent service. The morning of my scheduled appointment, I received a phone call from a dispatcher with an estimated time of arrival. Then I received a text showing the name and a photo of my technician. I highly recommend AirCo and Clayton Pritchard if you need a technician. Very pleased with service.

Alberto was the technician assigned to check my AC units. Alberto was very knowledgeable and courteous with lots of technical and consumer information.Paul was the comfort advisor and gave plenty of information and guidance, helping us to make a proper and timely decision on our current needs.Both Alberto were prompt, on time, and very pleasant to deal with. No problems at all.Certainly, would recommend.
From initial phone call to completion of service, AirCo was prompt, polite, professional, and flexible. My technician Joshua was exceptional; he was thorough in resolving issues and communicated clearly with his trainee to provide good OJT for future technicians. Overall outstanding service!
A/C went out in 90 degree Texas weather. A friend referred me to AirCo and they were out the same day. Unfortunately, my system was bad and they quoted me the cost of a new system. Gave me a credit for the service call and were promptly out the next day to install our new system. Their prices are very competitive, they were highly efficient and professional. I would seriously recommend this company.

Micaiah and his associate were simply awesome. They found the problem with our furnace right away and kept me updated on the repairs they would be making. They didn’t leave until they confirmed that everything was working properly and that we were finally warm!! Definitely recommend this company.

Very thorough and identified my system issues. If home warranty does not address and fix issues found will be calling Alex back to do repairs. My homwarranty would not authorize Alex to do the repairs as they stated they have their technician, very disappointing for me as I feel he is honest and thorough. Tech was diligent with communication regarding arrival time and arrived within timeframe. Tech has a very thorough review of the system and cataloged all issues and reviewed with me prior to fixing so I could review all prices and items and make a decision. Tech had all parts on his van so all needed items could be fixed the same day! Very professional and kept a very clean work area! Great service!
More detailed then any other company I’ve used. Spent a couple hours debugging the system for a pre-paid maintenance call because one of the numbers was low. Was able to explain the numbers and their thought process for repairs. Pricier then most of their competitors, but there’s a reason they have the reviews they do

Service was great! They did what they said they would do from start to finish. Beginning with my initial call for service with a very professional, articulate, knowledgeable and kind young lady name Demitrius, to Alberto the Service Pro, walking in my door... after offering to put on shoe covers...then walking in with the greeting 'Hello, my name is Alberto with Airco. How may I serve you today? ARE YOU KIDDING? Who does that these days? Wonderful. Then completing the work and patiently reviewing the numbers. I will use their service again if needed. Well, especially since I signed up as a Club member. But I will also refer them to others. The experience was great. I highly recommend Airco.
Charles arrived early with a smile on his face. He was personable, professional and polite. Charles helped me choose the appropriate unit for my home and explained everything in laymen's terms. Water condensation from the A/C system was dripping into the house due to clogged drain line. Arturo saw the problem, diagnosed the cause and fixed it ….VERY FAST, VERY EFFICIENT!He was friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job.5 Stars absolutely :)
This is a review long in the making. We had our HVAC installed several years ago. When they replaced the copper lines in the house, the installing tech punched huge holes in the walls and routed the lines in a manner that was absolutely shotty at best.Fast forward to today. My blower motor went out (not their fault). The parts are covered under warranty. For less than 45 minutes of work, they charged us over $1,000 in just labor. FOR 45 MINUTES!
Everyone was very friendly & courteous! They were efficient and worked hard every hour, it was an all day job, and I was very impressed with their professionalism! Would 100% recommend.

I called because of the great reviews. The people were very friendly and professional.My new imdoor and outdoor unit 3.5 ton trane was $10500.00 after a $4000.00 discount. Which I though was extremely expensive.I was able to find another company installing the same unit with the same warranty for $5600.00I know everyone has to make money but the price difference is insane.
Mr. Arturo Angon, the AirCo Technician, was very professional and courteous. He identified the problem in a relatively short time offered a simple solution to repair the problem. We would recommend him highly.
This is a wonderful company to use. We had a complicated problem with our AC unit and ended up speaking with the manager, Ricardo Vasquez. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of promptly and that we were happy. We were very lucky get Jesus Armenta on the job. Airco has been my preferred HVAC company for ten (10) years delivering total reliability and trust. The Techs deliver what the company promises to its many customers. Airco installed my Trane Total Comfort Heating and Airconditioning system and has maintained a flawless operating system both hot and cold including the ducts and the fantastic touch pad programmable thermostat for the HVAC system which is communicating and self- diagnostic in operation. It had been a rare pleasure to own a Trane system for its reliability and tremendous energy efficiency. I should add that my technician Alberto has been fantastic in his knowledge, technical skill and professionalism because he is customer driven. Thank You Alberto and Airco.

This is a fake company don’t call them, be aware of this fake company. I was waiting and waiting for hours and no call back and they kept telling me that they couldn’t give me an eta. I called them back like 5 times and no one can tell me anything or ETA I wasted my time. I called them about 3pm and it’s now 9:38pm. I wasted my time waiting for these people. I could’ve called a real company instead of wasting my time with this fake company.

Airco installed my HVAC when the house was built. They replaced the coils last year, a problem I think was caused by another company’s “cleaning” a few weeks earlier. I went back to Airco. Not cheap but very reliable and the work is done properly. I signed up for maintenance program and I am happy with the service.
UPDATE 05/19/2023:This is again a Compliment to Arturo for his Pleasurable visit to our home. We appreciate him for having the work ethic that seems to be lacking these days. He is an Outstanding example of his upbringing in life.------------Arturo is Professional, Courteous, Polite and Respectful. Elvis (great first name) did a great job. Went over what he found during preventative maintenance check and steps needed to keep our HVAC running smooth.
Excellent experience. Techs were on time, completed in a timely manner. Professional, cleaned their entire mess. Was updated by company on technician arrival with a picture. Great loyalty plan for only $14 a month. They come out check everything...I will absolutely continue to use their service.
Always received a great service from AirCo and the technician Josue Durand today was awesome. He quickly found the issue which was a capacitor, and also provide me different options on how to proceed with the repair. he was detailed and very professional, and I greatly appreciate the quality work he did.
Also replaced old, old moldy vent covers with the new ones I purchased earlier. The guys did great. They were very professional and pleasant. They took their time and did good work eventhough I'm sure I was the last stop of the day. No rushing just to get done. Very thankful they handled the vent covers.

Arturo looked at issue with thermostat giing blank. It was caused by burnt fuse which was fixed, unfortunately new thermostat had to be purchased and installed. I guess better than having to replace whole unit!!

We used AirCo to install our new units a couple of years ago. Since then, we keep up with a bi-yearly maintenance program. Our tech today was Micaiah. He was friendly and professional. Even though this was just a maintenance appointment, he took his time and was extremely thorough. He even showed me a feature of our units that I wasn’t aware of. There are always recommendations at the end of the appointment, but I never feel pressured to make a decision immediately. The follow up email with pictures is helpful and informative. I would not use another company besides AirCo. They have proven to be one of the best.
Micaiah was great!! He was professional and took his time explaining to me everything he had done to ensure our entire system was ready for this crazy Texas weather. He was/is very knowledgeable and very much an expert in his field.

AirCo had a very professional repair team out to repair my heating unit. They examined the system and then gave me a thorough explailnatoin of the work and the cost. Then they quickly finished the work and checked the entire unit before they left. I am very satisfied with their service.
This business does quality work. They honor warranties and are upfront about costs. Their technicians are all polite and professional. Some technicians have troubleshooting skills while others still need improvement. However, if they make a misdiagnosis, they will not snowball the cost onto you. They ALWAYS push for duct & vent cleaning, even on new systems, but they will not debate you if you say no. If you get a twice a year maintenance contract, be aware that scheduling is not automatic. You must schedule each session yourself at least a couple of months before the season.
Josh and partner did a great job. Excellent communication. Explained what was happening and made repairs to get system back up and running.

This company has no idea what it’s doing. It uses the worst possible equipment. They installed a Lennox iComfort thermostat in my new house and I can’t imagine a worse product. I’ve had to call and have it fixed and replaced multiple times. It doesn’t save the temperature settings I set. In the summer it randomly sets the cooling temperature to 61°. Now it thinks thinks the temperature in the house is lower than it is so the heat keeps running, overheating the house badly. But I can’t afford to turn off the heat since it’s 20° outside. I called their emergency line 2 days ago. They said they’d send someone out later that day. No one came. I called again yesterday. No one came. I called today and they said they’d put me on standby. Their service is there in things worse than the quality of the equipment they use. Avoid them if you can.

We bought a newly built home and used the company that installed our A/C system and were very unhappy with their service so we have gone back to Airco. And just in time, they recommended some preventative service that obviously needed to be done but was missed by previous company. Glad to have them back!!!

The technician was very professional, polite, and educated.He used video pictures from his phone that he took on my AC unit located in the Attic so that I could see what he was seeing. He explained everything in good terminology so that I could understand. He made some good recommendations for the next maintenance session that will be needed in the late spring before summer comes. We were experiencing a lot of water damage due to leaking water heater but Airco responded quickly, sending someone within a hour . Moe did an outstanding job . He was thorough and went above and beyond to replace our leaking water heater and bring everything up to code.I was pleased with the promptness, the work, and the price, and found Moe to be knowledgeable and efficient, as well as very friendly and personable. First Class what I can I say! After dealing with a bad system install I contacted AirCo and from start to finish they were out SAME DAY to diagnose the problem and install 2 days later a brand new Trane XV18 system. These folks are the real deal and do it right the first time. They installed brand new everything short of the ductwork. They don’t mess around and are a top rated Trane dealer for a reason. The install was one of the best professional installations I’ve seen and actually fixed some air flow issues I had in some of my rooms. Charlie my salesman was upfront and honest, not pushy and listened to my needs and made it happen. Also with all the equipment shortages since these guys are a top Trane dealer they have the equipment they need and in stock. I won’t use any other AC company going forward. Thank you for restoring my faith in AC contractors and doing it right the first time and taking care of me after the sale. As a small business owner myself I can truly appreciate the service and customer care I received. Great work AirCo!

I gave 4 stars exclusively for the tech person very pleasant and detailed oriented. The company is a different thing the tech found a part that needed to be replaced the part was covered under the warranty which was a plug type of part unplug the bad part and plug the new one maybe 5 minutes tops, for which I was informed would it cost $261 I told the technician to just give me the part and we will install it but I was informed if I wanted the part I need to have it installed by them. Even though the part was covered by the manufacturer. After telling the technician that charging so much to plug a part was outrageous he got his manager to charged $163 instead. I’m planning to shop around and check other companies even though was informed if I cancel my membership it would void the part warranty which I’m calling Trane to see what are their policies. Very disappointed. Again I still think the technician was very good.

David arrived on time and performed all work that was specified. He explained what was to be done and approximately when it would be finished. He finished at the time originally stated and all work was performed flawlessly. The entire work are was cleaned up beautifully. On completion, he took the time to show and to explain the new system, how to operate it, and all other relevant issues. He was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful including answering all my questions. I’m extremely pleased with the work performed and the experience dealing with AirCo.

Our outside unit died and was running on old freon. They were able to show up quickly, install a new outside, and inside unit. They went the extra mile to make sure all the duct was adequate. The install only took a few hours and everything runs perfectly now. I highly recommend their services.

Old gas heater went out in my older rent house. Technician said he had never seen this unit it was so old so he recommended replacement. I chose to have central heating and cooling unit installed. The work was done last December. My tenants had mentioned that the air in the living room was almost nonexistent but the bedroom and bath were like a meat locker. I called Airco to get an air balance check. They gave me a day but not a time frame, saying they didn't want to create an expectation they might not be able to meet. The day came, they didn't show at all and I got a call late in the day that said they weren't going to be able to make the appointment and would reschedule me for the next day. The next day they hadn't called or shown up by 3:30 so I called them. They said it would be after % pm before the tech could get there. They showed up after 6 pm. The technician found the installers had not opened the of the baffles in the air delivery system. Due to lack of scheduling and attention to detail it is a bit insulting when they spend so much money on advertising these exact attributes.

Airco is definitely a cut above the rest. I've had my new system installed inside and outside units for 3yrs now, and each time the service technicians have been the absolute best. Josue Durand was absolutely outstanding. Very knowledgeable and professional. I won't be using this company ever. They made a scheduled time of 3-4pm. The guy did not even show up until almost 5pm. They sent a Comfort Advisor out to give a free estimate for our aging system. We are simply doing research as to what to save for and what we need. I asked for a written estimate to present to my husband. The guy verbally quoted me $12000-$14000 for 1 new inside and outside unit but he said that was the best he could do. My husband specifically asked me to get a written quote or estimate so that he could see for himself to be able to compare between companies what they offer, their warranties, the system differences, etc. This guy told me to have my husband give him a call. He kept telling me he wasn't trying to put me off but that is exactly what he was doing. We know it is an old system and though we have not had any problems with the system, we want to make sure that we have knowledge of what it might cost to replace the system if it does decide to stop working during the hot summer with a new baby. This guy wouldn't even give me the time of day just wanted to talk to my husband, said I didn't know what questions to ask and that he wanted to talk to my husband personally. How SEXIST!!!! I know I am a woman but I am not stupid and I know a thing or two about this system. I did not understand why he wouldn't give me a written estimate or at least send me something about the options I had. That is all I wanted. Now I am left with a wasted afternoon and a bitter taste in my mouth for this whole process. I will never use this company for anything if this is how they represent themselves. Now I just feel really upset and icky about inviting this stranger into my house. The only positive thing I can say is he wore shoe covers. So Dave you have lost your company a potential customer by your lack of professionalism and sexism!Update: Called the company yesterday and told them about what happened. They said management would reach out to me. So far no call from management.

Airco communicated well, and let me know when the tech was on his way. Elvis was efficient, thorough, and professional. He correctly diagnosed the problem (bad capacitor) within 5 minutes, and gave an exact estimate number. Then he had the AC system repaired, cleaned, tested, and running within 30 minutes. It wasn’t cheap, but the expertise was well worth the expense.

Even tho it was the last part of the day / he spent a LONG time physically helping my situation. In these times I realize (because I was one) that you doubt customer service. NOT this young man! You wouldn't know it. He kept me informed. He walked me thru the process. He completed it and again physically showed me what he had done in the attic.... Took pictures. They installed a new AC unit for me to replace issues with keeping the house cool, and did it quickly and professionally. I found their pricing to be competitive compared to 6 other quotes I got. Unfortunately, their solution did not fix the issue - in fact nothing changed! Only after a $500 insulation installation (which I did myself) did it start to keep up, not the $17k AC replacement. It would have been nice saving that money for a bit.In their defense, my original unit was old and likely would have failed in the next couple years anyways. Every other AC company also quoted a similar project.I don't feel over the moon, but I don't think they're any worse than any other contractors you'll find around here.

Andre Suell came almost as soon as I called. The igniter for the gas heater was defective. We had our first freeze tonight and it was so cold.
I only had the air conditioning unit for a month. He had to drive to another town to get the part and finished successfully at 10:30 pm. I think he deserves some kudos!
Alberto did an awesome job tuning up our HVAC system and gave us some great recommendations to keep it in good running shape. AirCo is a very responsive, helpful company that has consistently done a great job for us. Highly recommend!

Jan. 2023, New (old) house, new tech- We called to have our A/C checked out. We are in an older home with existing units. Arturo was very thorough, friendly and professional. I have been a customer since May of 2013 and they’ve never given me a reason to call anyone else!Our compressor went out sometime in the wee hours of Sunday morning. I called AIRCO at 8am and they had Alex Valencia at our house around 2:00 pm. He got us up and running in no time.Today was a regular maintenance check up. Clayton was friendly, knowledgeable and all the good things. I always recommend AIRCO.

It was Sunday & over 105 degrees outside when my AC broke. I called other companies But they never answered. I decided to call air co and they answered right away. They also sent me up an appointment only a new a few hours after the point that I contacted them. The technician is able to come a couple hours earlier than what they said. For me this is a real miracle because our house is heating up fast! Out here in Texas things are HOT and an air conditioning is essential! They sent Micaiah the tech out. He was professional, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable! The issue with my air conditioner was deep rooted and difficult to determine. He did not give up. He knew we were in a dire situation and needed our air conditioner. He made sure that every system was checked until he found the absolute certain issue with our unit. When he did that, he let me know how much it would cost and made sure that he could fix it for us today. And that he also put an upgraded part in there instead of the original part that had broke in the first place. He also gave me a great discount to make it more worth my while. I would definitely use these guys again! I also set up an annual plan with them because I trust them so much now I want them to come out and test my unit twice annually and make sure it is functioning correctly for me. Thanks again guys! This company is the best and so is Micaiah. He was the best tech I’ve dealt with in a long time! I highly recommend using this company and requesting him for your technician if possible!
Don't use this company!!! They will make arrangements to show up and don't. Called 3 times and each time they said they would be here each time. Never showed. At least tell customers you can't show so we can find another company that can in an emergency. They don't care if you are an elderly living on your own. Just be honest, which this company isn't. Integrity goes a long way. Any company that doesn't communicate in my opinion, is only in it for the money, not quality of service. I get it, we have had a horrible hot summer and there are a lot of people having problems, but don't tell someone you are going to be there and not show up. Call and explain why you couldn't. No communication at all. So, keep in mind that if a company can't communicate with a client, their work probably reflects the same. Would never recommend this company. Communication is key

I called AirCo and talked to a nice lady about my A/C issues. She put me on the list for next available technician. AirCo called me a while later to let me know he was 30 minutes out. And sent me text with his picture.Josue the technician showed up promptly. He introduced himself and AirCo. He addressed my cooling issues and checked my A/C system thoroughly. He explained all my options and proceeded only after my approval. Josue is very kind courteous and knowledgeable technician and I will recommend him highly! As well as AirCo heating and A/C company!
Had a very poor experience with AirCo. Their Comfort Advisor (Dave D.) came to our home and was severely lacking in professionalism.We selected to move forward with one of the two items on our quote, to which he responded, Yeah, I'm not gonna do that. That's just not enough money for me to come out and do this job. He said, It would only take two hours, so I'm just not going to schedule it. I can book full system replacements all day long so why would I bother?Our cost would have been close to $1000 for the work we selected, so it was surprising that he simply refused to fulfill that portion of the quote due to it not being profitable enough for him.The other item on the quote (adding additional insulation to the attic) was going to be subcontracted with a nearly 40% mark-up over other local companies, so we declined that portion.I called AirCo's main company phone number and informed them of the tech's demeanor. They said they'd speak with a supervisor and get back to me within 20 minutes, but that was several hours ago and I have not received a call back.I hope that AirCo will recognize this issue and speak with this tech about how to appropriately address customers because this was not acceptable.

About a year ago I called due to a/c not working. The tech showed up and quickly resolved the issue. There was a loose wire which he only needed to tighten up. He did this finished his inspection. When he began to explain what he did to fix it, the wife and I were so pleased until he told me how much we were going to be charged. For tightening up a loose wire they wanted to charge me $192.00 on top of the $85.00 trip charge. They did offer me a $50.00 discount lowering it to $142.00 + the $85.00 trip charge. I was not happy but I paid it. I called back, spoke with someone about the cost of the trip charge to see what it covered and was told they would inspect the system. I then requested to speak with a manager and explained what happened and what I was told by the person I spoke with right before speaking with him. This manager told me he did so much more than just the basic trip charge review of my system. I asked what the difference was but he couldn't give me anything that made any sense. He skirted around it but never gave me any legit breakdown of the difference. He did ask me one excellent question that I didnt answer which was, did the tech tell me the issue and the charge before fixing the issue. I liked the tech and didn't want him to get into trouble so i never answered his question (my fault). It shouldnt matter if the tech explained the issue before or after, the issue is the charge of 192 (again was reduced to 142) to tighten a wire. Bottom line this company is over charging for their service and I will never use them again, nor should you.6/9/2022. I would like to update my review. AirCo called me after I posted this message wanting to resolve my concerns. As of our conversation I have changed my opinion of AirCo. As I stated above they were honest in their assessment and did not try to lie about the issue so they they could take advantage of me. For that I am grateful as there are so many businesses out there that do.

The AirCo service reps are extremely courteous and professional. I've never had an issue during the 13 years the company has been servicing my AC/heat system. January 2022 I had my heating check up performed by Phillip Parks and he did an excellent job doing the maintenance and informing me of future options. In February 2023 I had my heating checkup performed by Cesar Macias and he did an excellent job and informed me preventative maintenance needed to be done (which I had performed).
As I was shopping quotes I contacted AirCo. They sent Charlie out to give me a quote. As a fellow Marine veteran he was straight forward and fair with the quote.Jose and Ernesto did our install quickly and cleanly. Called early this morning for an AC not blowing cold air and was told they would be out as soon as possible. I was contacted less than 30 minutes later and was told between 8am and 10am. Micaiah showed up at 9am and was very professional. He got right on to the problem found it quickly and fixed it. He then did a complete checkup of my system and explained everything. He wasn't even upset that I was hovering (I wanted to learn about my system) and in fact welcomed that (refreshing). Long story short was a great experience and will certainlyrecommend AirCo anytime.

I came home from vacation to find my house was 94 degrees! AirCo was able to send someone right out. Alberto was awesome - very knowledgeble, professional, and as nice a young man as you could ever find. I was happy to have him in my home. Turns out my system is very old, so he was able to quickly arrange for a sales rep to come over to arrange for a new system. Alberto did sufficient repair to keep me cool until the installation of the new system in a couple of days. I was amazed how easy this all was. Highly recommend. Also very good communication from the office about the scheduling. Everyone I dealt with was top notch.Adding to my original review for repair, today Jose and Ernesto installed a whole new HVAC system. They did a great job. Arrived early in the morning and worked really hard in my hot attic. Jose helped me connect the new thermostat to the Wi-Fi network. They used dropclothes to protect my floor and cleaned up carefully when they finished. Very professional, considerate, and pleasant to have in the house. Another great AirCo experience!
I am usually hard to please, (I like quality at a reasonable price) and I don't take the time to write reviews, but I can't let this one go.5 years ago, after reaserching several companies, I had Airco install my AC, and I did not go wrong. I got a Trane unit installed, and it has saved me lots $$$ on my electric bill; the unit has paid itself off by now.My Trane stopped working (my fault, it ended up being lack of maintenance). I was a bit scared of how much it was going to cost to fix, but I decided to call them; again, I did not go wrong. Alberto came to have the unit checked and got it up and running in less than one hour. Alberto is very knowledgeable and pleasant, he knew what the problem was before he arrived. I was very pleased when I saw my invoice, great customer service, very reasonable pricing for the quality.Thank you Airco and thank you Alberto and the staff! you guys are amazing!

First the scheduler couldn't give me a time window as to when the tech would arrive. When he did , As soon as the tech got in my door he tried to sell me on annual service club. Then when it came down to the repair all it needed was cleaning. The cleaning cost was over $1,000 and then they tried to pad the bill with an extra part they wanted to sell me. MAR '21***************************************************************************UPDATE: Unsure why such a significant drop in level of responsiveness (between MAR & OCT '21), however...we're currently 2 full days without AC. Incredibly disheartening, AirCo! We first called Sat. 10/9/21 2pm. Followed up Sun. 10/10/21 8AM & again 4PM. Rec'd a text update 4:53PM telling us that a Svc. Tech. was on their way. It's 6:08PM now, and nothing.This, by no means, isn't the worst thing in the world, just thought someone should be made aware of the fact that our experience (this time around) is being waaay less than advertised/lead to believe it would be/ misleading/etc...Makes us feel that the add'l cost for Club Membership is money UNwell spent, to be honest.

In the process of reroofing, an a/c line was damaged. Airco sent a very efficient technician, on very short notice. Josue was here within about 90 minutes and made the repair in under 2 hours, allowing the roofers to continue. I am very grateful to Josue & Airco for their prompt and expert help.
BEWARE!! I had a service that was under warranty, but was charged.The technician called his Service Manager Ricardo, which informed him I would receive a credit in a few days.I waited a few days and called the office, Monica told me once again it would take a few more days..I waited and still no refund. I called once again, Monica told me once again I needed to wait, I told her I needed to talk to Ricardo, left several messages ..No one calls you back.. Airco promised me a refund on a service that was under warranty..BUT RIPS YOU OFF.. the people I the office lies tells you it's in the mail..BEWARE.. I will be calling the BBB and my bank on a shady company..

I called the other day because we have a commercial account and was told I would receive a call back… Just curious what the policy is timeline wise to call customers back. Plus, not only that but I still remember the time I had to climb on top of the roof during a funeral at church and install a belt on the AC unit in a black suit in 100 degree weather just days after this company came out and installed new belts.Update finally received a phone call back… Thank You

When we ran into a problem with our furnace not turning on and we needed help. Our Nest thermostat was complaining about the wiring (which has never changed). Then on one of the coldest days of the season, the Nest thermostat just decided it would not work at all. Very frustrating.Sam S. and Micaiah L. from AirCo came through for us with a smart investigation and recommendation of how to proceed. They didn't throw parts at the problem or suggest a complete system replacement (like one of their competitors did).This was somewhat of a unique situation as there isn't much written about WHY the Nest would just one day decide it didn't like the wiring it's been hooked up to for years. But these guys figured it out -- made a great plan and executed it with perfection.They really are the best. Very smart, personable and all pro. I hope AirCo realizes how valuable and important these gentlemen are to their customers.

Came out on A Sunday and Tech was knowledgeable.My problem was being charged $368 for a $23 part plus a service fee of $85. No problem paying a service fee and was actually expecting to pay 4 to 5x the retail cost of the part, BUT PAYING 26 times the retail cost is way out of bounds and well into scam territory. All well rehearsed. When I ask the woman that booked the appointment she said tech would have to do that. Tech called and said he was on his way. When he arrived I asked him the cost he said $85 plus the parts. I asked him what the fee was for the igniter and he said, let me see if I have one and I can look it up. It took him 3 min to install them he wanted to sell me another part for $280 that was $10 retail. I asked him to leave my home.Office followed up and a manager called to offer me $50. Really!!!!if you don’t mind paying 1600% for the repair part this place is perfect! Feels like a scam to me. Be careful!

Had them come out to evaluate an a/c issue. They ultimately replaced the evaporator unit because of a freon leak. A month later the a/c is out again. They scheduled someone to come by, but we were then informed that no one would be able to make it (our house was 85 degrees). The after hours service wasn't able to tell me if we'd get reimbursed if we had someone else with availability fix an issue covered under their service warranty, nor were they able to tell us when we could get a technician to our house. Very frustrating customer service experience.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!My initial call was taken by the Saturday night dispatcher at 8p. I had been without a/c for 8.5 hours in the HOT Texas heat. It was 103° outside and the same indoors. She calmed me down and told me she could have someone to my house the next day --> Sunday. This was what I needed and ended my panic attack.The service man, Micaiah, came out to my house on Sunday at 330p. Not only did he fix the problem -- disconnect box contactor points sparked and burnt/melted wires on the inside. Plus the 220 wire to inside breaker box got over heated and is brittle. It needs electrician to pull new wire to disconnect box -- he explained everything he did and gave me a coupon for 30% off service call, too. Lastly, he washed the washed the condenser and cleaned up everything including the burnt & broken wires.As a single senior woman, I felt safe and did not feel as if I had been bamboozled regarding the finaltotal. I understand I paid more than what could buy it for at Home Depot, but who would do the work? 10 years ago I could have fixed it, but today, at 67, it's a big 'ol fat NOPE. This customer could tell they were a 32 year old company.USE THEM!!!! They are da bomb diggity!
Andre Suell came to my house for a semi-annual checkup on my HVAC system. He spent about 20-30 minutes up in the attic thoroughly testing and documenting the condition of my heating system.After finishing, he explained in detail any problems and discrepancies I had. He wrote my ticket up and gave me the option (without any pressure) to get on the schedule again for any more preventative work.Andre was professional, courteous, and thorough in his work.
We had a AC emergency on a Sunday and called around trying to find a technician. They told us they could have someone out later that day or tomorrow. Never heard back and when we called to follow up the next day, the best they could do was Thursday. Would have appreciated honesty from the start. Unprofessional and a waste of my time.

Kristin was awesome!. She had thorough knowledge of the hvac system and answered all my questions and concerns in language that a novice like me can understand. Unlike other hvac company reps who were very pushy she just laid out all our options to replace our system and quoted us a fair price. She then explained each option to me in details along with the pros and cons of each and also gave her recommendations. We have had nothing but good experience with Airco so far.

It only took one visit to get our ac working. The tech was very knowledgeable and took pictures of his work step by step, showed it to us and explained it. Even though they were extremely busy that day they still showed up. Very pleased?
Representative explained due to the age of my unit , the unit needed to be replaced but he would get my unit running if that is what I needed today. He did my band aid service, and I have scheduled a replacement. Young man helpful, professional, skilled, and very pleasant. I have been using Airco for 15 years.
The team was on time, did excellent work, and was very clean and courteous. We’re very happy with our new system. Arturo was very helpful in directing the relocation of our new air handler to a location that enabled the overall airflow to be more balanced, and actually saved us some money on the installation cost too. He was very helpful in demonstration of operation and preventive maintenance details as well. The system works great and is so quiet we can hardly hear it operating.

Alex was prompt, friendly and professional. He cleared the errors on my system and provided some good information about my heat pump. He washed the coils on the outside unit and adjusted the pressure. I was happy with this service call and hope to get him again when I need service.

Biggest downside is company being able to keep appt schedules, but it is my understanding they are short handed at this time due to some employee injuries.

AC went out. Airco was recommended by my neighbor as the company I had was sold to a total scam of a company. They told me that although there was nothing wrong with my system and it had plenty of freon, it was going to go out in a month or two and that I needed to buy a new system. 3 weeks later a check svc code came up and this time I called Airco. Alberto Martinez came out and cleaned the back part of my AC that was against a wall and that took care of the code. He then found out the freon was way low and needed 5 pounds. My system now works like new. I appreciate the honesty . I signed up for a maintenece plan with this company and I highly recommend them and Mr. Martinez.
Excellent experience. Very long day for the technician, but AirCo wants to make sure every customer is satisfied (especially during the Texas summer)! Technician was very knowledgeable, polite, and friendly.Andrew did an excellent job. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He Evan made a separate trip to the parts store late on a Sunday to purchase a bracket which was necessary to complete the job on the same day. This was greatly appreciated and we look forward to seeing Andrew again during routine maintenance.

So far very good. However, you have to call them for times, and repair dates as they always use an answering service. If you call them they respond quickly, but they will not keep you informed as to parts, service etc unless you call. Good service and people just poor communication skills.
My A/C system of 16 years had to finally be put to rest. I contacted AirCo and they were really prompt, responsive, and professional. It's always good to be able to contact a dependable A/C company when you need them. I am very satisfied with the Sales Representatives and installation team. The installation team were very friendly and made sure they cleaned up everything once they were complete. I highly recommend AirCo.

My old Trane was on it's last legs after 20 years of service. I knew I had some time so I received estimates from 8 AC companies from big to small. When Craig came out he was very thorough and provided a very competitive quote. Add on 72 months no interest and AirCo was the best value. It made it even better that I was able to deal with a local company.When it can to the installation the experience only got better. Lance and Alfredo showed up right in time and got to work right away. They were very careful to lay down padded drop cloths all the way to my front door. The old unit was removed without having to take my door frames of as others told me would have to be done. The new installation was completed even faster than I thought and the workmanship was spot on. Lance was very thorough in explaining how to use the system and setting up the app.We could but be more thrilled with our new system and highly recommend AirCo.

This is by far the best service company I have ever used! They are prompt, knowledgeable, and so kind! I had same day service and fair pricing. I simply can't say enough great things about them.
Nobody wants their ac units to fail, much less when the temps have been over 100 degrees but, that's what happened to me. Our upstairs unit's capacitor literally blew up. Micaiah Lilly not only quickly repaired this ac unit but he carefully explained to me what he was doing. I'm not an HVAC professional but i wanted to understand what happened and why. As well he explained to me what i could do as a homeowner (e.g. spray off debris from the outside units with a water house). I very much appreciated his work ethic and frankness and would recommend him to anyone.

Micaiah was fantastic! I work from home and he was super efficient and quick with his work as to not effect my productivity. I also never feel like AirCo is trying to upsell me on work. They make it very clear what needs to be done and if I ask if it has a window so we can think about it they are very open about when and why it needs to be fixed by.
Great customer service and reasonable pricing. The VIP program is awesome! Low monthly payment option. One A/C maintenance and one Heating maintenance per year. In addition, all services and repairs are discounted for VIP members.10/10 highly recommend!

Had high hope as Airco has a stellar reputation. Their website speaks about ductless (mini split) unit. After scheduling online I get a call that they dont service mini splits. Then I start getting notices from Angie's (which I did not go to Angie's).Need a little clarity on the website apparently.
With our old system on it's last leg, we had AirCo out to replace it. The install crew arrived on time and left the area cleaner than they found it. They showed my wife and I how to use the new thermostat and answered all the questions we had.We had an amazing experience and I'd highly recommend them if you're looking to get your equipment replaced before the summer heat rolls in!

July 26, 2022 review:We were very pleased with Arturo installing our new coil unit for our AC today! He arrived with his partner, and they diligently worked on installing the new coil unit indoor in our attic. He showed me the old coil unit along with the brand new coil unit.Making sure everything was exact, he also checked our outdoor unit. He installed the new coil unit indoor and also put in a new dryer filter outdoor. Aside from that, he topped off the refrigerant (freon) at outdoor unit.When he completed the task, he checked our indoor thermostat and ran another test to check its capacity. The indoor temperature was 83 degrees b/c AC had been turned off during repair. Arturo said it will take 2-3 hrs. to cool down, and if it isn't at a comfortable temperature then call AirCo.Again, we are pleased with AirCo as they will send out professional, courteous, hard-working, reliable service techs & installers!******************************************************************July 13, 2022 Review:We have a TRANE HVAC UNIT and today AirCo Tech, Diara, came out to check out why our unit was constantly running, but not cooling house to capacity. He ran a test on thermostat, checked outdoor (4 ton) unit, and indoor unit in our attic. It turned out, we have a coil leak and we’re losing refrigerant.Diara put in 8 lbs. of refrigerant into our outdoor unit. Plus, after he checked out our indoor unit, he said we have a leak in the coil. So, once parts are ordered, the new coil will be replaced. The house is nice and cool, and once the new coil is put in, we will not have this issue.Very pleased with Diara’s professionalism, demeanor and knowledge!
Justin was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. He wore boot covers every time he came into the house and kept me informed of everything throughout the entire process. Once the problem was identified, choices were offered on how I wanted to handle the issue. Ricardo Vasquez, Juan Cerda, Jennifer, Laura and Valerie were also super helpful and professional throughout the process. Needing an A/C repair in the middle of summer is not a pleasant experience, but AirCo made it as pleasant and manageable as possible.04.25.22 Elvis came out today and did my routine maintenance. Excellent job AS ALWAYS! Replaced some parts that were failing and glad he did so we didn't have an issue in the middle of summer when parts are harder to get and the wait for a service call is rough without A/C. So grateful to have received service from an honest, kind, polite and extremely knowledgeable technician. They are few and far between. The service department's communication was excellent with scheduling and rescheduling needs for my appointments and when he was enroute. The service team at Airco did another amazing job for us.

After decades of great service, I was a little sad to hear my rep had retired, but I got another great one. Kristin, our new rep was very helpful when our system decided to go out on Christmas Day. She met with me the next day and we had Jose and David install the new system within two days. Outstanding customer service and the installation was courteous, professional and as smooth as glass. Outstanding AirCo! I guess I will use them for another 25 years!

I was flat out lied to. An airco employee said I would get a phone call in the morning to schedule an appointment. That never happened. I got some automated text saying a technician would head my way if I was available that afternoon at 3:51pm. I called and talked to some lady who seemed to not understand what was going on. The short version is they will not schedule appointments. I told airco to never call my number again, yet they are continually calling me. Essentially I waited all day just to make an appointment, which they would never make one.
Raul did a great job! Was very thorough and explained the ins and outs of the AC system and why he recommended the calibrator be replaced. I had a lot of questions and he was very patient with me and went above and beyond to ensure I understood and felt confident in his recommendations. Highly recommend.

The service was prompt. I was able to get a same day appt. The office kept me updated, via text,, of my technicians ETA. The technician was very courteous and professional. And very knowledgeable. He clearly explained my issue and had a price quote ready for review. I would recommend this company.
Clayton was professional, informative and patient. He diagnosed the issue quickly and worked with us to come up with the best possible solution for our budget.
Kristin was on point. She was patient and guided me through the whole process. She was happy to take any questions from me. As the result, I ended up with a deal to install new ac system with her.
Kristen discussed various options with me to repair parts of my old system. I decided to purchase a complete new system, upgrading from SEER 15 to SEER 18. This system is more energy efficient, which will reduce my electric bill. I also gain a ten year, transferable warranty which adds value to the house.
Alberto was super professional, jovial and very fast. He found the problem, fixed it quickly and was clearly very knowledgeable. This guy was a pro. If the rest of the techs at AirCo are half as good as Alberto, I couldn't recommend AirCo more!
Josue went above and beyond when he came to check my system. He even gave me a few tips for some renovations we are about to do. I am happy we decided to get our entire system replaced with AirCo. Their service is always topnotch. I highly recommend.

Jose was courteous and professional. While he had repair/maintenance recommendations he didn't try to hard sell me on it which is a definite line in the sand that I have. If I end up having work done on my AC units it will very likely be AirCo that I call.

Updated to say that I spoke with supervisor Justin, who indicated that they would take these issues and work to improve their processes and communication with their after-hours dispatch. Heater issue has been resolved for now.Uncommunicative and lack knowledge. They use an answering service that communicates with dispatch to schedule a time; you won't ever get a call but you'll end up hours later with a 15min notice that the technician is on the way- never mind if you work or have other obligations. Not to mention we've had them out multiple times for a problem none of the technicians seem to know how to fix. Don't waste your time like I did.

It's summer in Texas and no one wants their A/C system to go down over a holiday weekend. AirCo had us scheduled for the next day. The technician arrived, diagnosed the issue and went over the estimate with me and it was fair. Agreed on the service and it was completed in a timely manner. No mess was left. Everything is running great again.

We called on a Sunday evening at 5pm fully expecting to get an answering machine. What we got was a very nice and helpful human who was able to set an appointment for 8am the next day without needing an emergency visit. The tech (Elvis Gomez) was great, fixed everything fast and warned us of other problems they saw with the unit (it's almost 30 years old). I'm happy with my experience.

My dad called AirCo to have our thermostat fixed on a Thursday--the service tech who came out was really nice and fixed it pretty quick. However, it went out again on Saturday--after trying to get someone back to our home on Saturday, someone finally came today (Monday). Again, the tech was very nice and professional. We thought the freon might be leaking since something was wet underneath our unit, but the tech said nothing was wrong--even though it was almost 85 degrees in our house. I'm not sure what he did, but it worked--the air is back on and working again. BUT--we were charged $80 for a service call since nothing was wrong, despite the fact we were told it would be guaranteed for 30 days. I understand it's a very busy time of the year, but I don't think we should have been charged for a service call if they guarantee the repair for 30 days--we're being punished for not having something wrong (though I'm sure if something had been wrong we would have been charged a lot more). Unsure if we'll use this company again....depends on whether or not their fix actually fixed it.
Had a great experience with AirCo. They were easy to work with and clear on what their plan was for a new AC system. I had a couple of follow-up requests for them in order to tune and improve the performance of the system after installation and they were prompt and solved all the issues.

Everything shut down on my Heat-pump / AC System after work hours - Even the Thermostat - It was getting very cold outside and starting to get cold inside - Called AIRCO and they ask (I think) if I needed someone to come this week or in the next 24 hours. I said ASAP - The technician arrived in a couple hours (AIRCO is a good distance away) and knew exactly how to fix it (Mine has three computers ing the garage and 5 zones). He replaced a part and got it back on line very quick. He had good manners and was very professional. I was glad to have heat so quick.

On the first really cold day of 2021....my heat stopped working! A fast call to AirCo and your dispatcher was on it...with a tech coming out SAME DAY! Justin was AMAZING. Not only did he clear the space in the area he needed, he put everything back where it was when he finished his assessment. That was very kind of him. He told me that he would have to come back because he didn't have the parts that were needed on his truck; he said they would have to be ordered. I appreciated his honesty. Joshua conducted my spring maintenance program, swapped out an underperforming capacitor, cleaned the air conditioner Ready for summer. If you have need for HVAC, don’t scour the internet but rather reach out to Airco for quick & reliable service.
First off I was scheduled for an appointment without.a time window so I guess the expect you to wait at home all day. Although on my many calls they did say “ well we don’t recommend staying at home and waiting for us because you will be notified 30-45 min out”. So I’m supposed to go to work or run my errands and just drop everything I’m doing at a moments notice? I received a text at 9:44 am that I was the next call. And a tech didn’t show up until 10pm. The tech was professional when he showed up he diagnosed the problem pretty quickly and replaced a 40$ capacitor with a 300$ Capacitor plus the service call…..The mark up is ridiculous for a swapping of a part that took 20 minUpdate…after leaving this review Ricardo a Manager from Airco immediately reached out to me about my experience and had a discussion and said that customer service was important to him and wanted to make it right.
AirCo kept in contact with me regarding the time the technician would arrive. Joshua was extremely thorough and very professional. He explained everything that needed to be done on our system and he took pictures to show us.Def will NOT use them again. I'll explain. He told us we need a lot of parts replaced even tho our system is only 8 years old. He tried to sell us over $3,500 of un-necessary repairs. We got 2 other companies out to look our a/c system over and they both agreed that nothing, NOTHING, needed to be replaced. That our system looked great. Be wary of a/c companies that give you a cheap annual a/c check-up, and then try to sell you a bunch of un-necessary parts. Shame on them!
Their service techs were courteous and professional and were able to quickly diagnose and repair my HVAC system. I will definitely be using their services again in the future!

The A/C in our home stopped blowing cool air (and it was 103° outside and 78° inside). We called and made an appointment and were able to get someone out the next day. The tech came in with mask, shoe covers and gloves and began checking everything out. He was friendly, funny and polite As well very professional. He was able to get everything up and running within 30 minutes to an hour. He also recommended repairs and a timeline/ order of when we should get them. He was very informative and explained what he was doing and why. 10/10 would totally recommend.

Update: 8/4Spoke with the owner today. He was very kind, open and willing to listen to my feedback. He explained the company practice and I was able to identify with a number of misunderstandings I had. I believe we were both able to seen areas of opportunity. He also agreed to honor the coupon on the website. I will keep them in mind for future services.*******************They refused to honor their coupons online, refused to provide an online estimate and way overpriced to replace a fan. Technician was nice....and they were prompt but, not worth it. And of course.....the sales pitch regarding the need for a new unit was the first thing out of mouth before diagnosis.
Air-Co was very prompt and professional. Justin came out during the artic chill and had to reroute our heating system to get us temporary heat. He then came back 2 days later and installed the part to fix our unit. He explained everything in detail we could understand. They stood behind their warranty.We are happy and thankful for the service we received!

I called to have Maintance done on my AC unit and after the technician came out and looked at it Andrew was honest and upfront and I asked him what it would be to just replace my unit and he gave me a ball park number and I asked for a estimator to come out from AirCo and it was quick schedule and then Craig came out and took a look and gave me more then one option to choose from which was great. I highly recommend this company to anyone. Everyone from the company has been polite and professional.

He intentionally broke the attic light which was nailed in place.
He also did not reconnect capacitor wires causing unit to short out and trip breaker continuously.

Micaiah was just super positive and helpful. He laid out everything that was going on with patience and kindness (because I knew absolutely nothing about HVAC systems). He didn’t seem at all rushed and he answered all of my questions. He was awesome.Heidy came out to give us our options and cost estimates. She was so friendly and so knowledgeable. I really trusted the advice she gave me and I genuinely enjoyed speaking with her. The customer service with AirCo is top-notch.We ended up needing to replace our 13 year old system. We had a couple other places check it out and give us quotes and they all agreed we needed to change. We ended up going with AirCo because they were upfront with the cost for everything, extremely knowledgeable, and had the best customer service. We called them 4/7. Heidy & Micaiah got out to us 4/9. New system installed 4/15. They were able to get everything done quickly and we are so grateful. The guys who did the system replacement, David & Arturo, were every bit as friendly as Micaiah & Heidy. They were considerate of our house, fast, and really nice to us. They explained everything about our new system and we are just relieved to have a system we are confident in for many years to come (and just in time for summer, too!)Shout out to Jennifer Brookshire with AirCo as well. $85 gone for a waste. The technician didn't even go deep in the attic to find the right duct and just looked from where the hvac was and then made some calls and told me it would cost me $535 to find and fix as 2 people are required for the job and they would communicate over phone and work together to find the root cause and do a fix. The technician was only keen on selling the maintenance package which would give a 10% discount for this visit and for the fix.I called Christmas air conditioning and heating just for second opinion as Airco basically didn't find anything for $85. To my surprise, Christmas air conditioning found the duct easily and tuned the system and the problem was fixed in little over an hour.
Alex Valencia was thorough and very polite in my semi-annual maintenance visit today. I feel secure in the work that AirCo has done for me since 2005 when they installed my new system. They are responsive to my needs. A human will actually answer the phone which is extremely unusual this day and age.
We have used AirCo since we lived here for 3 years. We have been very happy with the entire procedure from setting up appointments and then with the individuals doing the service on our system.
I can't say enough how grateful I am that i contacted AIRCO for my AC repair!! I was naturally reluctant at first because i had not done business with them before, but ultimately I made a great choice! I could not be more pleased. My technician Justin was fabulous. Our AC decided to stop working when we were expecting 100 degree high temperatures, of course. The 24 hour phone line was answered promptly and I was put on the list of service stops for the day. I received texts throughout the day giving me status updates on someone getting to me, so I wasn't stuck at home waiting. Our tech Micaiah did an outstanding job. He listened to my description of the problem, he performed the diagnostics, and found the source of the problem quickly. He thoroughly explained everything, gave me my options, and answered all of my questions. We have used AirCo for several years and they are definitely our first choice for all things HVAC.

I had fall maintenance done by a technician. He found a problem that he attempted to repair. He thought he had fixed it. But after he left we tried to set the air conditioning back on, but it would not cool. Called the 24 hour phone number, and they sent a new technician who found the problem right away. Fixed it in a short time and we were back up and running. The first technician clearly did not know what he was doing ( I felt he was trying to sell more services). The second knew exactly what he was doing and was not trying to upsell. With the right technicians, this is a good comply with good service. Still need to be wary of new technicians though.
The technician, Alex was very professional and thorough. He explained the problem and patiently answered my questions. Extremely knowledgeable. This was quite refreshing after having two technicians out the same day from different companies to assess the same problem. Clearly a different dynamic in AirCo personnel and approach - thanks Alex and AirCo.
We had an issue with our a/c. We called Airco and they scheduled a service call and Mr. David Greer showed up right on time. Not only was he prompt he was very professional and thorough. The appointment had to be postponed due to heavy rain. On the day that we rescheduled there was some drizzle. The tech, Micaiah, was courteous and professional. Despite the rain, he worked on the air conditioning unit outdoors. He explained the work and also what I need to keep it running properly. I appreciate the extra time he took.

Excellent experience over the phone (Blake) and in person with the technicians (Alberto and Robert) who came out to perform a leak check on my AC. Unlike some other local companies, the techs focused on troubleshooting my issue, rather than selling me products or services. They explained their methodology, as well as provided what I felt were fair and honest recommendations. I am weighing my options as to next steps for my coil, but I would definitely hire this company again.

Spent a couple of hours with the estimator to get five new 5 Ton top of the line Trane systems installed in a 12,000ft home in Colleyville, TX. Waited a week, and never got an estimate. Contacted them, and was told estimate was on the way; another week went by and no estimate, after multiple inquires by me. For some reason, they just did not want the business, I honestly have no idea why, but they could have just told me that, instead of continuing to keep my hanging and wasting two weeks of my time. By the way, we are talking about a $100,000+ job here! So, I gave up, called Houk Air conditioning, and Pro Mechanical Air Conditioning, and both provided me with estimates in less than 24hrs. I chose Houk AC, because they seemed to really be on the ball, with diagnosing duct work issues I have. And their pricing was great! I have only written one review in my life, and this is it. Those guys at AirCo really wasted my time, and just would not shoot straight with me. There was no reason to keep me hanging like that.If this company won't take care of customers at the time of the sale, I can't imagine it gets better after that!
Justin was very patient and professional throughout the time he was in our home. He answered all my questions and did his utmost best to ensure my home was balanced properly with our AC system especially in my children’s rooms. We have had these folks come out to our house twice now, both being great experiences. I can’t remember who helped us back in 2018 with reworking our duct system, but they did GREAT work in balancing the air distribution. And as someone who worked in commercial HVAC, I know just enough to be a picky person. Our second experience to repair a bad capacitor on the compressor unit was no different. Andrew Spottswood was professional, thorough, transparent, friendly and super quick with getting us back up and running. Also want to give a shout to the dispatch team members, Nathan and Jennifer for the great communication on when to expect service. I was never in the dark. Keep up the great work guys!
Bill came out and inspected the A/C in our new office location. He was nice, professional and knowledgeable. I think the only thing I disliked, which is not a reflection of Bill, is the inability to schedule and exact time/day. I still give them 5 stars because I know things can be hectic and busy so maybe it's not like that all of the time.

Alex Valencia did a top rate and thorough job of checking my Trane system out during a scheduled spring maintenance visit. He found a leak in the heat pump evaporator coils that I was unaware of and ordered the necessary parts and will schedule their replacement when parts are received. He even took action to partially complete correcting one of two issues I had following the installation of a replacement system in 2019. I have nothing but praise for the job Alex and other AirCo maintenance technicians that have provided routine maintenance for my system.

AirCo was the 3rd company I called because I needed someone to come out the same day as the AC was not working at all. Not only were they able to send someone, the advanced notice of the technician being on his was well coordinated. Elvis was professional & knowledgeable & fixed the issue in a matter of minutes. He still completed a full check of the system & did not discover any surprise fixes or extra costs. Because of Elvis' great work, AirCo will now be my regular AC company!

After a long day of HVAC-work, Justin's last job was our house around 8 pm. Despite the later hour, he was courteous, positive, and efficient. He quickly got our AC going again, ran maintenance checks, and cleaned the condensers - he showed me pictures of Before and After, and gave me a comprehensive list of all work done. **AirCo installed our AC 3 years ago, and I always go back to them for maintenance. I was extremely impressed with the highly professional service provided by service tech, Henry Aldrighetti today on my furnace and A/C unit.He arrived within the stated time period and at the end of the service call, he explained what he had done and what we might do in the future to improve the operation of our system.My wife and I are very satisfied!4The repair performed by Alex(4 Sept 2020)--the installing of A/C coiling was a very long and demanding job that took about seven and a half hours. He stayed with it and took breaks in the work to update me on the progress. He is an excellent technician who knows his business and performed very well--my wife and i continue to be satisfied customers!
Fabulous service and the BEST people! Just had new a/c system installed and this was the easiest repair service I have ever experienced. The people are stellar! Everything was clearly explained and all my questions were answered quickly. The installers were friendly, cheerful and efficient -- they even introduced themselves and shook my hand to begin the process. I always felt comfortable with them in my home and after they left you would have never known they were here...except the house is cool again! And I received a great price on an upgraded unit with no hassles. READ, MAKE AN EDUCATED DECISION AND BEWARE.I have used this company 3 different times for 3 different costumers of mine. I install Security Systems and Home automation , thermostats are part of the packages we install at homes. As a company we decided to start using HVAC technicians after having a few services with thermostats that we did not fully understand this is why I contacted Airco.I have to start by saying that in my experience their management is great and they have the potential to become a great company. However, their technicians are money hungry and will try to do as little as possible, as fast as possible and will try to charge you extra every time specifically Andrew Spottwood and Jhoshua Callahan. If you see this names as your technicians be prepared to make sure they don't try to take advantage specially Andrew Spottwood.On my first service Joshua came replaced a $2 blown fuse and tried to charge me $120 on top of the $85 service fee, he was in and out in less than 20 min and didn't even fix the real issue which was a wire in the wrong place in the thermostat. They sent a return trip and Andrew was that return trip. He was able to figure out that ONE wire needed to be moved for the system to work properly and he tried charging my 65 year old widow costumer $150 on top of charging her $85 more for coming over. She refused and he didn't fix it. It takes 30 seconds to a minute to change that wire from one slot to the other but he is the lowest kind of human being that just because he didn't get the $150 from her he left her with no AC again.Justin the manager is a great technician and a great person as well. He was able to work with me and he finally did the right thing for my costumer.On second Service Jhosua was sent to a different costumer of mine and after being there for about 25 to 30 min with me helping him he couldn't really figure out what was wrong and said system works fine which it didn't. I tried asking him to tell me what would it take to fix it my company was willing to pay for this one I knew it was more than a service fee but he seemed like he didn't want share much . They sent a different tech and he was there for over 2 hours and he was able to figure out a whole list of components that needed to be replaced.On my 3rd service it was only to replace an existing thermostat for a new one that I provided (very simple job if you have the knowledge). Andrew Spottwood came to this one and before he even touched anything he stated it's $85 for me to get here and $178 to replace a thermostat. I didn't loose it only because I was in front of a costumer of mine. But I did not let him get away with it I couldn't believe I was in front of the same careless human that left a 65 year old widow with no AC when she needed it the most. At least Joshua is polite and professional but this Andrew was careless seemed to be annoyed and was angry he didn't get away with his tricks.By the way he did not even shut off the breakers and just ripped the thermostat off the wall I even saw a little spark. Luckily this didn't cause any fuse to blow but this guy is the last person I would ever want to do a job in my house.I had another service scheduled with AirCo , I canceled it and I was about to schedule 3 more but decided their technicians lack integrity. They don't love what they do therefore they won't do a good job. I'm sorry for Justin the and the rest of the management but their technicians are the type of technicians we fire in the company I work with.On the bright side they do work late and management will always try to fit you in as fast as possible, they also let you know when technicians are on the way. Management is reasonable they will try to work with you if you are not fully satisfied.

Mr. Clayborne and another technician came to service my hvac unit on why it was leaking. They were at the house for a bit and never gave up on the problem. Had some ac cooling issues. He came Same day, was quick and professional. Knew exactly what to do and explained some maintenance items I can do on my own to help.
We had AirCo replace the entire HVAC system for our Church in Irving back in May 2021. We had AirCo install UV lights as well so it was a big project. After the completion of the project we wanted to have a walk thru and understand where the new air filters were installed but unfortunately their project manager never responded.We were also told that AirCo will provide a maintenance contract but again nobody followed up. Multiple people from our organization have called AirCo since but nobody comes. On two separate occasions when we escalated the issue we were told a technician would be sent but no one came.We are having some cooling issues and I am not sure if we can rely on AirCo to diagnose the issue in a timely manner.

Albert came out because my sons AC unit would not cool. Airco was quick to respond and sent him out. He was courteous, respected our distance and re-evaluated the problem because he told me he wanted to make sure the previous tech was correct. Once he found the problem, he fixed it quickly and efficiently. We are very pleased.Update it was the thermostat all along. I was credited for the part replaced and used it to install a sensor in my family room. All is good. Ricardo and Nathan came out to install. Quick and efficient.

Return appt with Elvis. He replaced the part we had to order - rechecked then system and completed all of the work we needed in a timely professional manner. Elvis is knowledgeable and thorough. We appreciate the work he has done and look forward to a very comfortable summer!Our Technician was Elvis. He was professional and courteous through his visit. He listened closely to the issues we were having and restated then to make sure he understood them! In a short period of time he determined how to fix it and best of all how to finally correct the issue moving forward. This is after years of another HVAC company not being able to fix it. We appreciate his hard work and his explanation on how to finally resolve it. They will have to come back to resolve it but for now it is working just as it should! Craig provided A+ service! There was an issue with the original scheduled service maintenance which fell through the cracks. He made sure to rectify this so that my second, already paid for, maintenance visit will be honored. He was very knowledgable and informative throughout the entire maintenance process and never tried to sell or pressure me into anything that was not needed. I was curious about their duct cleaning services, and after discussing it through i scheduled a future appointment. There was no pressure from him at anytime and he was happy to take as much time necessary to answer all of my questions. Thanks for the great service Craig!

This was warranty work paid for by builder so I cant comment on value or cost. Technician called before he got here, very friendly and polite, did the job well, was very careful so as not to damage wood floors, etc. This is very important to us and really stands out. We've had a lot of contractors do warranty work and they had no regard for messing other things up. Airco stands out in this regard. Also made minimal mess and cleaned up after himself. Overall very good service experience.

Andrew sincerely deserves a promotion for his professionalism and overall customer service experience, while the others need immediate formal training because they are absolutely not cutting it.For over one week representatives are telling me they are doing “everything they can,” but Andrew picks up the phone and figures out a solution immediately? There is a training issue here.

I am a regular customer of Airco, but today I asked for special treatment. I was having a holiday luncheon at our home at 11:45 am and at 9 am I discovered my HVAC was not working. I suspected a recent power surge, but I had exhausted all my DIY problem solving and still no air. So I asked for a miracle. Could Airco come over ASAP so we could comfortably have the long-planned luncheon? Everyone understood the issue and went above and beyond to try to make it happen. Although Joshua arrived after the luncheon had begun, I knew he was on his way and he worked quickly and quietly with little need to interrupt my time with my guests. Good enough group of people but watch out as the want to hard sell replacing your system vs repair. I have found it to be less expensive and more fair using other a/c repair outfits and after using Airco for 10 years will no longer. I should have quit earlier since they use proprietorial width air filters you can only get here.
I called AirCo just last night. They were super helpful and got me a technician out to my house today. The technician Terry couldn't have been a nicer guy. He explained the issue, told me what it would take to fix it, and got the job done in a quick manner.Terry was professional, polite, and super friendly. Hopefully we don't have any AC issues again anytime soon, but if we do, I'm asking for Terry?

Micaiah Lilly did an excellent job under rather arduous conditions. The fan on my outdoor compressor unit had stopped working. Mr. Lilly came out late in the afternoon, just as the rain started to fall. When he arrived it had turned into a real downpour. He kept his focus and diagnosed the problem and came back the next day to replace a defective capacitor. No sooner than he had arrived, though, it began to rain heavily again. In spite of the messy conditions, he got the job done and brought the unit back on line. All the while maintaining a positive, cheerful demeanor. I really appreciate his professionalism.
For today’s visit with Elvis only it was excellent. It was very clear that Elvis knew what he was doing and wanted my Trane system to work at its best. It’s unfortunate that the person who came out in February and even last week were not as consistent with wanting to make sure that the customer was happy and that the system was working at its best.But again Elvis handled the problem like how Airco used to do it. I was proud to have him here representing his company. He was exceptionally respectful towards my son and myself. I can only hope that the service stays consistent going forward.The one negative I will say is I that I honestly feel that the system of not giving customers any idea when the repair person will be out is horrible. I’m not asking for an exact time. But to honestly feel that Airco doesn’t need to even give a 4-5 hour window of when the person will show up is beyond anything I’ve heard of for any delivery service, any repair service, even any city service.I understand that Airco has a new system that’s supposed to great. But as far as I can tell it’s only for Airco. Example: I was advised that on April 10 that since my reason for needing anyone to come out was basically something the repair people like to handle at the beginning of their shifts. So, I was advised that although they couldn’t tell me when, that more then likely it would be in the morning based on their knowledge.So I got up early to be prepared Incase they were here as early as 7am and I waited. Finally around 3pm I called to see if anyone was even going to show up. I ended up having this worry because when the appointment was made no one asked me my name, or address, or phone number. So they confirmed the time and that’s it. So I thought, oh no-maybe the person doesn’t know what they are doing and no appointment was made. So I called to find out.I was advised that yes Andrew would be here with in 45 minutes. An hour and 1/2 later when he arrived it was almost 5pm. This was one of the worst appointments I’ve ever experienced in 20 years with Airco. He didn’t even check to see if he fixed the issue and he didn’t. He just charged me several hundred dollars and was borderline hostile in so many ways. He told me that he had to cut pipes to fix the problem aNd that this was to fix something that was at the extremes. But I’ve been told that before, that the person showing up was doing the very best to fix an extreme situation. Yet never in 20 years had any other person suggest cutting pipes. I will say he was correct and the pipe was very clogged. But on the previous 4 appointments, basically well-type visits for the system. At each of those appointments I did what the Airco service person suggested, did the things they claimed would stop the system from getting clogged. But even with doing every single thing they suggest and having them out to do the Gold service visits to keep the system working great-Airco still has to come out every single spring when I turn my air conditioning on for this same issue.FYI: I even filled out two online surveys about the horrible less then one star visit on 4/10/20. The first was short asking someone to call me. And I heard nothing. The second I actually didn’t send since I wanted to wait to see if the dripping was fixed. Needless to say it wasn’t which is why Elvis came out today.Elvis was worth the wait and really did an above and beyond service call to fix the issue. He was able to figure out in less then 5 minutes where in the line it was still clogged and hadn’t been cleaned out.Thank you Elvis for doing a great job. You really represented Airco exceptionally today and have been the best service person from Airco to come to my house in a few years. Thank you.
David G came out promptly and was friendly and professional. Checked to see if any of the manufacturer's warranty would defray some of the cost of the repair. AC repairs are never cheap but its nice to feel as though a company is looking out for the customer.
July 2020We have used AirCo two times now. First was to replace all of our ductwork, install new vents and replace old HVAC unit with new. We have two systems. One was 30 years old, the other is 18 months old, though prior owner failed to complete the warranty paperwork so no warranty on it.AirCo has been extremely responsive, courteous, timely on everything, great work and though HVAC work is always costly, we knew we were getting excellent quality equipment and service! We wouldn’t think of using anyone else!November 30, 2021Juan Delgado was our AirCo service rep today and he was excellent along with his partner whose name I did not get. Both were friendly, courteous, and professional as well as on-time, even early! They were able to assess the problem quickly and discovered our thermostat had gone out, under warranty thankfully. They obtained a new one quickly and we’re back in less than 20 minutes to install it and set it up. Once again, we are very satisfied with AirCo’s excellent service and customer care!
Alberto came for the yearly AC tuneup and he was very professional and explained everything he did. We never get anything but exceptional service with AirCo. I recommend them to everyone when asked. Top notch service.

I recently had our HVAC system replaced by AirCo in Hurst, Texas. Heidi came out to my house within two hours of when I first called their office number. She did a great job of explaining all the options available in the product line that I was considering. Once I made my decision she helped me through the entire ordering process. She’s a good one! The next morning Juan, Francisco and another helper arrived at my house to install my new unit. It took all day but they made sure everything was done right, including testing all functions and cleaning up. They graciously answered all my questions, of which there were many. I could tell they knew what they were dong. I’ld highly recommend looking at AirCo if your considering purchasing a new HVAC system. They really did a good job for me!

The tech Purna provided great service and was great with explaining issues and even recorded the problem so I can see. I am happy with service; however; I wish the manufacturer covered the labor.09/09/2021 - Elivs G installed capacitor and coil. Exactly job! Explained why the parts were so important.
The only thing that took long was the wait time for the tech to arrive. But I did appreciate the texts I received that provided me with an ETA update and explanation of the delay. The technician was very professional and provided adequate details that helped us understand the situation and costs.

Awful Customer Service. I received a postcard advising it was Time for service on the unit they installed last year. I called for an appointment and was told they were over 3 weeks out. Wasn’t happy, but it is the season. In the meantime the service needed and replace air filter notice has shown up on my system. Today, 24 hours before my appointment I get a call saying that due to emergencies, they can’t make the appointment, tomorrow. What?!! I’m not important? That’s pure BS! I’m sick and tired of Customer (No) Service! Bye bye AirCo. No more referrals or business from me....I am updating my review to 3 stars, because after my rant on social media, I got a call from the General Manager. He said they never cancel appointments. OK, then why did I get the call to begin with? At any rate, he sent out tech Craig, who performed the service as scheduled. Although he didn’t restore things the way they were, and he tried to recommend over $1,200 additional service on a brand new unit, I was satisfied with General Manager Blake’s follow up and seemingly sincere goal for good customer service. I’m still not happy I had to go through the hassle to get the service I paid for and deserved.

Had an issue with out AC unit, called AirCo as they installed the unit and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Eric arrived when he said he would and he identified the problem quickly. He ran thru a thorough check to be sure the problem was solved and he even gave me some advice On how to save money on operational cost. I have always said great customer service retains customers and this was a prime example. Great job AirCo!

Haven't had our new HVAC installed yet, but felt the sales process was very easy to navigate. We felt really comfortable with Kristin. She was able to help us who have no prior knowledge about HVAC equipment understand everything we needed to very easily. We really liked that she gave us multiple options with choices of multiple vendors. Probably could have found a cheaper deal somewhere else, but very satisfied with the professionalism displayed from Kristin and happy with our decision. Hopefully the installation is as easy as the sales process!
Jason from Airco went above and beyond what I expected in an HVAC repair call. He even left and returned with a replacement part when he could have easily made me wait until Monday morning. Being that temperatures at that time were in the teens, I am exceptionally grateful for his dedication and compassion. I wish all service people, as well as others, had his work ethic. What a GREAT employee, and person.

Then on to servicing our dual Trane units. He did locate a failed capacitor and expertly explained its function. He represents his company’s mission very well. Our ac stopped working and it was 85 degrees in the house. AirCo was the only company able to come out the same day. All the others were at least 2 days out. Our tech Andrew was on time and very friendly. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had the parts on his truck to repair it right away. Got us up and running in no time, and didn't try to sell me any bs I didn’t need. Highly recommend.
The technician, Mr Purna, was very knowledgeable and polite. He performed a THOROUGH inspection on all of the air condition units. He found and fixed a few issues that we had. They a very knowledgeable in what they are trained on. They don't skip around and cut corners to complete the job. AC stop cooling a Saturday. Monday morning problem solved. Thank you Elvis Ramos communication was great. What’s not great is my 5yr old TRANE capacitor blew out and I had to pay for the part. Been waiting for a call from AirCo manager on duty since 12noon no luck. February 2021 Alberto Martinez from AirCo came to my home to reposition my outside unit to a different location. Alberto was friendly and knowledgeable although it was pricey $$ to reposition this unit. Thank you AirCo, As reviewers can see in the bottom the response, nothing resolved I still ended up paying.

AIR CO recently replaced our furnace along with upgrading our thermostat to a digital Trane control board which can control the settings at any time either through my computer or phone app. I absolutely enjoy this feature.Today I switched over from heating to A/C, but the outside compressor wouldn't turn on.I called AirCo and they immediately scheduled me a morning appointment. Eric found a minor safety switch inside the pan that was not standing up causing the connection to the compressor to turn off. Eric made a minor adjustment and the unit is now cooling.He was so kind and patient to get my app fully working as it was designed to do. There were no charges but lots of smiles. If only all businesses could provide excellent customer service. Thank you for your honesty.I would highly recommend AirCo!

I enjoy working with Kristin Hensley. She knows her HVAC and takes the time to ensure you get what you need and will truly enjoy. I didn’t know anything about variable speed systems but have now bought two from Airco through Kristin.
Airco technicians are very courteous, timely, professional, and knows what they are doing. They fixed the A/C unit on a hottest day when we needed it the most. The reason for the bad review here is the front desk/operator staff. I have tried calling them several times for possible leak and part replacement issue that the tech mentioned last time he came out, but I haven’t gotten any good response from the operator about setting up appointment. Very disappointed that great technician service is undermined by poor quality on the operator side.
Tech was great! No part and no call from the office as to when it would be fixed. Would've thought our business meant more to them than that.Update this morning. I have had a nightmare since buying a brand new LGI construction home that Airco was contracted to do the HVAC install. I have lived in this home less than 2 months and have had different techs out here 6 times and they still haven't fixed the problem. First of all when you make an investment in a new home you expect no problems, but when they do happen you want them fixed. I am extremely furious and as of this review my AC system is completely frozen AGAIN!EDIT: The GM blake made things right and sent 2 techs out to replace entire unit, inside and out. Hopefully this will mean an end to my problems.
Of course he was on time and very professional and answered all my husband & I’s questions. He also introduced us to the monthly plan to keep our service. Way personable young man!
Alberto was right on time. He quickly found our problem and performed to regular maintenance as well. Extremely nice young man. Very competent. Look forward to seeing him again in six months.

Terry Birl responded to my house, from AirCo. He was extremely pleasant, polite and professional. He examined the issues I pointed out and spent a couple of hours looking at all the equipment. In the end he made an assessment to what the problem entailed and provided me with a written explanation. I was extremely satisfied with his work! Thank Terry!

Great company to work with. They worked us in to the schedule for the following day even though I called after hours. Our technician was very friendly, very helpful and made worthwhile suggestions on how to keep our house temperature down and how to be better energy efficient. Will most certainly be using them again in the future.
AirCo inspected our A/C as part of our home closing over a year ago and made some repairs, but missed an issue that we could have fixed before we moved in. Fast forward to today, the issue caused our upstairs unit to malfunction and AirCo stood by their work and came back (free of charge) to repair the system. Not a cheap fix! Recently had a service appointment with this company and Aaron was the representative that assisted. Appreciated Aaron's respectfulness of our space by utilizing a face mask and shoe coverings, was personable and informative. Based on this this visit alone, I would certainly look to this company first for future needs.
Fernando did an excellent job for me. He strived to understand the AC issues I had. He spent considerable time analyzing my AC systems and fully explained what he found providing solutions to solve my problems. There is no doubt I’ll use AirCo in the future.

Terry did an amazing job getting our relatively new Carrier HVAC systems checked and maintained, and also made a few small tweaks to balance out the air and fix some surge issues that the outside units were driving into the house. He was so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful — it was a pleasure having him in our home. We can’t wait to see him again for fall maintenance!
We have been an AirCo customer for many years now and they have installed two Trane systems for us. We do not use anyone one.
As always I purchase filters from AirCo and today Stacie helped me out.

My wife and I woke up to hot stagnant air at 3 in the morning and new something wasn’t right. We called AirCo later that morning and had someone come out and inspect our AC unit. The guy notified us immediately that the capacitor was shot and the unit itself had long lived its expiration date (21 years since the house was first built!). We knew we had to make a difficult decision to replace our HVAC entirely, especially in August when it’s 100 degrees + everyday. The guy who came out for the inspection was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about what was going on and how to best service our needs. We then scheduled another technician (Kristin) to come out, inspect our entire HVAC unit, and help us find a solution to best fit our budget with a quality product that is up to local code. Again, very friendly, professional, cooperative, knowledgeable, and understanding of our situation. What really set AirCo apart from everyone else was the customer service, the reimbursement of the initial inspection fee ($85), and being able to come out the next day to work on our HVAC. Most other places would have pushed us back on scheduling, something we could not afford to do in August Texas heat.The next day they came out within the timeframe that they said they’d be at our house. Lance and Alfredo were very professional, explained what they were going to be doing and how long it would roughly take, were transparent, and friendly. When the job was done, my wife and I were very impressed by how much the new system had cooled down our house and using much less energy to do so. We could definitely sleep better at night.The only issue we had afterward was that the hot water heater had shut off and was not coming back on. We did not realize this until a few days later when all of the hot water was gone from the tank. We called AirCo back on a Sunday (we knew it’d be tough to get someone out until Monday). Luckily they had sent someone out, but unfortunately they did not know anything about hot water heaters, so we scheduled an appointment for Monday. Lance and Alfredo came out again the early afternoon and luckily got it up and running within 10 min. Again, they showed professionalism and a willingness to get the job done.We would work with this company again if we had any other issues arise, and we were very pleased with the customer service, the urgency, the professionalism, and the quality/ price of our overall unit.
Carlos Rivera was our technician today (11-04-2020). He was on time and performed the requested work efficiently.. He checked out our furnace and prepared a report indicating that our equipment is in good working condition. We'd be happy to have Carlos service our HVAC again in the future.

The Airco AC technician Fernando arrived on time. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He quickly switched out the compressor fan motors on my two AC units, as I had requested. He was neat and left my units and the area around them as good or better than he found them.I would recommend Airco and Fernando for AC repairs. This repair work was scheduled on Saturday, which i understand is not the norm. I was very appreciative of this courtesy, as one of my AC units had been down for over a week and the heat was getting oppressive outside and barely manageable in the first floor of my house.MY only negative comment is that the fan motors had to be ordered from factory and they took five days to arrive.
AirCo service people are always very courteous and responsive both in scheduling and maintenance. You get a texted photo of your service person so you know who to expect at your door. You always get a call or text with a heads-up as to when they will arrive. AirCo has always done a good job for us and now that have replaced both of our aging HVAC systems.
Our A/C unit was in desperate need of maintenance and AirCo was the perfect company to get the job done! They called me prior to arrival and did a thorough check of our unit. Alex was so polite and took care of every detail of maintenance. Thank you so much!
Hello! This is Maya Allen, i had to use my daughter phone to do another review! I made one about 3 months ago! You told me to contact the office ! Well i did not right away ! I talk to the manager in the office he’s the one who came to my house about 3 or 4 times but my problem was never fixed like i told you in our last review! Now they telling me i have to pay cause my warranty is out ! But i call before my warranty was out and the problem was never fix! Each time he put the boxes in my house he would come pick them up but would never call and tell me what they say ! A month or 2 would go by i would call him then he would say they didn’t find nothing ! This last time he put them in my house i didn’t know what they said until you told me in my review! I’m not understanding why they come to my house but never tell me what the problem is? My house is only cool in the front part of my house our room get hot i have to keep my AC on 70 y’all said i would save money with this unit but I’m spending more on my bill! Well the manager told me to contact my builder but I’m not understanding what they have to do with my AC! I’m asking for someone to figure out what’s going on i been dealing with this since i move in ! I think it’s unfair you asking me to pay for something that was never fix from the start ! And they all had attitude when i called the manager was acting like he was tired of me calling the office! I told him you told me to call cause i gave a bad review he ask what # he tell you to call i said this # he then said well let me get with him and Me or him will contact you ! Well that was 3 weeks ago and i haven’t heard from nobody ! This is what he do he always say i will call but he never do is this how y’all run your business! Can you contact me i think his name is Ron or Don! I just want my AC fix they keep sending them young kids well they look young they telling me all my rooms have the same temperature and they can’t be i had to buy fans in order to keep my kids cool in there rooms my son has asthma ! Can you please fix my problem! My house is only a year old i move in January 2018 and haven’t slept good yet !Maya Allen i don’t wanna put my # on here but i need my problem fix! I am writing a long review...you've been warned. I believe a quality review will help others make a good choice.Our old HVAC system went out. We shopped around some bids for replacing and were fortunate enough to find AirCo. They answered my call on a Sunday and had a comfort specialist to our house on Monday morning. Our specialist, David R., walked us through AirCo's processes, explained in detail the service they would provide, provided us some education on HVAC and debunked some of the myths or half truths we had heard from other companies. He worked up an estimate on a quality system with good warranty...giving us a good, better and best option. After my wife and I heard from a couple other companies...the choice was clear that AirCo was for us. We made our decision on the unit that was right for us and contacted David after 9pm Monday night. He answered his phone right away and was happy to take our call! He told me how to apply for our financing (great terms) to get the ball rolling. Our appointment was scheduled for Wednesday morning. I had one special request...could they bring a window ac unit to get us through one more hot night?! He came out the next day to calculate the load and verify the needed tonnage (spot on). To our delight he brought a window unit. Now, I imagine this is not something they can do every time but it really meant a lot. The day of the install, the installers (Osvaldo, Alphonso & Alberto) were very friendly & respectful to my wife and small child. They protected our house from start to finish with floor covers. They answered any question we asked. They went above and beyond by checking the ventilation in a room we have always had trouble. A supervisor came on-site to verify the progress of the work. The install was finished and they cleaned up after themselves. During the process, they had to remove a door to install the unit. Thursday morning, Miguel, their handy man arrived to put the door back. Again, top notch work. The door has never opened so well. We are now 24 hours later and loving our new AC system! It's quiet and cool. AirCo was been top notch from start to finish. All companies should strive for this level of service. We will definitely be calling them for the routine maintenance. Thank you AirCo.
Arturo was on time and very professional and friendly. Resolved the issue promptly and effectively! When he left, I thought there was another issue, which was not the case, but he immediately came back to help. Arturo and Airco as a whole are excellent in every aspect. Nathan sent a technician out the same day. He was very courteous and professional. He explained the issue and how it was going to be fixed. The temperature in our house was 81* and rising. I had informed him that my mom whom lived with me, has COPD and we needed the ac fixed ASAP. He got right to it and we had cold ac again! Thank you AirCo

He talked me through the check up process, pointed out several things which need corrective action, and provided a price quote for those things. the tec I would give him a high-five.My one reservation about this service call was that scheduling did not seem to have a way of alerting meh was having an extra long day and I was near the end. I could have used that five hours wait time to run errands.

AirCo is a great family owned business. They have always been honest and done outstanding work every-time I have used there services!
Worse ac company ever! The quote over the phone was extremely off from the price that we were given after the exact work that was done was even less work than discussed in the quote over the phone. The tech was almost 3 hours late and never called to let us know that he was running late so we sat at home and missed other appointments due to his discourteous behavior. When he did arrive he didn’t even attempt to apologize for being late until he handed me the bill and I told him I had to discuss this with his supervisor before paying it because he was 3 hours late with no call or apology and that the bill was almost triple what I was told over the phone!
While no one enjoys having their air conditioner repaired, especially on their first evening in their new house! Alberto came in and corrected the problems straight away. He is not only expertly knowledgeable, but he is very personable as well. Any other technician might have been perplexed with the issues we experienced. Next time we need the system serviced, we are definitely asking for Alberto.

Purna came out due to a clog and needing a tune up, which hadn’t been done in years. He was very honest and told me what was needed. He replaced the capacitor, unclogged it, and did the tune up. The price wasn’t bad and the service was great. Purna was on time and super courteous. He made sure everything was working properly.
My heater quit on me literally 2 days into winter storm URI. Airco sent out a technician that very same day and Purna, the technician, made sure we were able to run our emergency heat even though the bigger problem could not be remedied immediately. When the parts came in, he made sure everything was up and running properly and listed next steps for start of the warmer season. Very pleased with the service and Airco responsiveness.
We had received a quote from another company and called Airco for a second quote. They came out and in 10 minutes they accomplished more and showed us what exactly was the problem and where, then the first company we called. Within 2 business days we were repaired and up and running, and that was them diagnosing, ordering the part and installing the part. They called when the technician was on his way and gave the drive time it would supposedly take the technician to get here. Very professional and informative and their pricing was comparable if not less then their competitors.

We recently had AirCo come out to our house to install new air conditioning units. We could not have been happier with the whole process. The service techs showed up on time and they even finished early! When they left the house was cleaner than it was when they showed up! They did an incredible job cleaning up.Since their installations our home has never been more comfortable. It’s unbelievable. They installed a digital thermostat that is incredible. It’s awesome.I would recommend AirCo to my best friends. They do the job right

I have purchased 3 units for 2 different locations. All 3 units have problems. When I call AirCo, they never call me back. I feel cheated with bad Trane units. If only one broke within 5 years, I can say I have bad luck, but all 3 broke within 5 years, after spending around $30K.Update: AirCo finally called us back. They helped us got our warranty settled and gave us free 1 year of maintenance to all 3 units. Upgraded from 1 star to 4 star.

Airco had been servicing our A/C for years. When we had to put a new one in they discovered that the A/C was pulling super heated air from the attic, a situation that had been occurring the entire time they serviced my unit. They refused to even offer a discount on service to repair it, even though they had missed this issue for years, costing me higher electricity bills and assumedly more work for the A/C that eventually died.

I have no idea what the bad reviews are about, I had about 3 different technicians come out and explain exactly what the problem was and fixed it same day. Everyone of them walked me through the process (which I understood before they did) and fixed the problem. They were professional and genuinely nice guys. Do not let the negatives reviews fool you. My service call was great, simple and to the point.
Great help! My house was miserable at a melting 92 degrees. AirCo had the first available apt out of the three companies. When the tech showed up, he listened to the problem and let me tell the full story and what attempts I’ve already made to remedy to situation. He then walked me through what he was doing to fix my system, giving me lessons on basic A/C systems. Fee was very reasonable and my house can get back to normal!
The Tech that came to my house was very nice friendly and explained to me everything he was doing and checking when he was doing the maintenance on my system I’m very pleased with my service I’ve been using this company for many years

Staff was courteous and communicated their arrival. There was some flexibility about arrival time and I was able to text an earlier arrival time which was advantageous for all. Best little detail was a surprise they left me. After telling the technician that I used to step on the slab to avoid a muddy area next to the outside unit and the new unit left little room for that, he added a stepping stone that must have been an extra stone from their truck. Nice touch!

Jeremy took the time to fully explain what my issues were and what the options were to take care of them. He spent more time with me than expected to make sure I fully understood, and didn't push me to do anything I wasn't sure about. I was definitely pleased with my experience.
Airco called the day before to confirm appointment and again the day of to say tech was on his way. Elvis did a great job explaining what he was working on and was extremely professional during the appointment.

Had problems replacing the filter in the attic, so they can out to fix it. The guy was nice, polite and friendly. Showed him the issue and he made the adjustments in a few minutes. I will have to see if its enough the next time I need to change the filter again. :-)

My AC went out in the middle of the Texas summer. Contacted my Home Warranty company, they said it would be at least 3 days before someone came to fix it. Called AirCo, they heard I had my infant inside the house and sent a tech right away.Robert showed up and went to work right away! He came inside and said things weren’t looking great for my AC unit. The unit was original from when the house was built so almost 15 years old. He said there were 2 options we could pursue: 1. Bandaid and the compressor goes out in a couple months 2. Look at getting a new unit.The wife and I decided on looking at a new unit. Craig responded to the house within 40 minutes of getting the call from Robert. He looked at our current system and discovered not only was this system 15 years old but they installed an AC unit that was too small for the square footage of our home.We sat down, discussed the options, and ended up purchasing a new AC unit. They even refunded the amount of the initial service! AirCo was there when we needed them the most.I thank both Robert and Craig for their amazing service and help taking care of my family.Thank you AirCo.
AirCo replaced our main unit on top of the church and do so with integrity and excellence!They are currently working on two units that someone else installed years ago. Great company, excellent customer service, and courteous techs every time.

Adrian Salazar and his team show up on time work very diligent in installing my new A/C and Furnace and took time to explained how our new system work. I am so happy for my new Variable Capacity Zoning system I will recommend AIRCO to anyone. There pricing were competitive I check with several different company HAND DOWN no one could beat there pricing.

Airco is a top notch company!! My A/C went out in the afternoon on Memorial Day and Robert was at my house within 2 hours. Not wanting to spend thousands on a 20 yr old system, he got my system running until they could get me scheduled for replacement & then credited me the majority of that service charge towards the new system. Carlos, Comfort Care Specialist, met with me the day after my system was patched and professionally walked me through what I needed and was absolutely accurate; no pressure sales just honest advice. By Friday, Uriel did a fantastic job replacing my system; clean & efficient.My sincere thanks to Robert, Carlos and Uriel of Airco for their unparalleled service & professionalism!! Warranty service: (1 Star)Thermostat bad. Charged $85 for service charge and $170 for labor to basically plug in a new (UNDER WARRANTY) thermostat. I was not pleased at all about paying the same price for labor as purchasing a new thermostat from Amazon would cost me just to plug into wall plate. Have a feeling they expect that customers will not be able to deal with Trane directly for replacement. It's a $$$ maker for them. Bottom line: the $85 service charge should have covered an under warranty swap out of a bad thermostat. The extra $170 is gouging the customer. Between my house and my parents, we have spent nearly $35,000 with AirCo over the last 7yrs on 4 new complete systems. Shame on them. Unfortunately, I won't be recommending them anymore after this experience.David J was our technician. (5 Stars)Super friendly, efficient and express willingness to make the customer happy. Also pointed that startup capacitor has over 300 amp load when kicks on, he recommended adding a Kickstart capacitor to protect my system. After install start lowered to 33 amps. Much less stress on all electrical in heat pump. Twice a year after 7 years, Airco continues to exceed expectations.Thank you!
Well at first I thought great place. After many different hvac companies, I thought look no further. Had unit installed in December.My old unit 3 ton worked fine but come July and August won't cool past 79 hot part of day. I just had the house wired so all the wiring was new, panel, quick disconnect so I ask two take that off install and see how much it would bring price down. Well I decided to go with the price for 3.5 ton variable speed. Well when summer came hot time would not get down past 78. After 2 months of recording temperatures I started researching my new unit turns out to be a 3 ton non variable which they just took my working unit almost year before. Called them they were suppose to come out and check it. No one showed so I called the office told them they told me talk to reply and she said I said go with 3 ton. I wouldn't have said that because I was building 2 rooms out back and I was going to have to run ducts off the new unit and no way now right. Well my paperwork had 3 ton and 3.5 on itI said why would you write both units on there when I wanted a 3.5I looked for original paperwork was unable to find. So I got stuck with the new unit and for the 2 rooms out back cost me another 3 grand so I guess their great if you don't have issues would have asked for my old unit back but that wasn't an option.Will not ever be using these people.And I will let everyone know that. The reviews with good probably didn't have issues so their good. I guess it's a dice roll but as for me and my friends; will not be using them again.
The technician not only changed out my outside fan motor and matched the exact condensor fan relay to my new motor, he also discovered that a blown fuse in the my air handler was keeping a charge from reaching the outside unit.Only a skilled technician would have figuted this out.I would highly recommend Andrew to anyone who has an emergency with thier A/C unit.

AC issues right before summer RIGHT? Not what you really want to deal with, but I'll tell you... working with this Companty from start to finish has been like a drink of fresh water. Nice polite customer service, Fantastic job on Heat/Air installation by Jose Vega and Alfredo Melendez. They did great job. Explained all and stayed to make sure unit was working properly after we turned it on. Conciencious of floors with drop cloth and shoe footies for protection. Highly recomend this Company to anyone. My AC went out at the worst time (2 a.m. July 4). AirCo came out that morning to assess the problem and offer a temporary solution. And even though they had to order the part, they were out Monday afternoon to replace the motor. The service technician was courteous, friendly, and prompt, and when I had question about the service and associated costs, the office was quick to address my concerns, making me fell heard and respected.

I was obviously panicking when I saw a high number on my thermostat in Texas summer heat one early afternoon. Eric was out to my house the same day! When he arrived, he was kind and started to figure out the issue on my house's unit. He double checked everything and was very good at explaining to me his findings. Had an issue where our downstairs air conditioner quit cooling. Alberto came out the same day we called. He checked the unit and unfortunately the repair was too costly and the money would be better spent purchasing a new unit. He scheduled a technician to come out to quote a new unit the next morning. Macaiah Lilly was friendly, knowledgeable and explained my problems and options. Immediately determined that the evaporator coil and drain pan was frozen. The freezing of the drain pan stopped all drainage from the unit, causing it to leak.Set up appointment for first thing the next morning to discuss the cost of replacing the evaporator coil or replacing the entire AC system.

I doubt very much that these people care about reviews. For every 5 bad customer experiences, they get paid back with one sucker who pays their ridiculous prices for their work. I turned down their quote, then got the work done from a more experienced tech than they sent in less than 24hrs for 75% less cost. Had I used them, I would have waited for them to order parts that weren't required. They also didn't diagnose ALL of the issues which would have added more time and $$ to the service. Shop around before you choose these rip-offs.

My AC units were installed by Airco several years ago and I recently called them with a condensation line problem. The first tech they sent thought he had the problem fixed but it was back in 2 days. They immediately sent a tech named Jeremy. He is awesome. Great technician and a truly nice person. Worked on the condensation lines found the problem and fixed it. No problem since. I would recommend them to everyone. Thanks again Jeremy. Airco may not have permanently fixed the problem the first time out but they responded immediately to make things right.

I had Air Co come out on a Sunday the technician was very impersonable. He did not greet me or tell me his name until I asked. I was charged $250 to tell me there was absolutely nothing they could do and my unit was bad and I needed a new one. I had another company come out and was informed that my wires were switched and a wire for my thermostat was disconnected so my unit wouldn't come on. Needless to say I will never call this company again and I will make sure I tell all my family and friends never to go to this company either.

When we bought our house, the existing air conditioner was purchased from AirCo, so we had them continue to service it. When it broke down, we got quotes and advice on a new unit from a few large A/C companies, and AirCo (specifically Carlos) was the lowest price, most straight forward, and transparent company we spoke to. Carlos gave us quotes based on what we actually needed for our house and didn't try to upsell us with extra pieces of equipment in the attic that we didn't need. We had a tight attic that was difficult to get to the unit in, but they didn't charge us extra labor like the other companies. They also do the Oncor rebate and some other discounts, which some large TX companies didn't. Installers dropped the ladder in our hallway, but had thankfully already put floor protection down so we only had a small nick in our wall. They offered to putty and paint it right away, but when they went way over install time, we told them not to worry and we fixed it. A few weeks later we received a thank you card and COOKIES for our business. How sweet!

I felt that she would take care of any problems that I would encounter and she did. Installation was a breeze with 2 units installed. They checked and rechecked on me and the install. It did take 2 days but it was alot to install. I have had them 1 year to date and have only had 1 problem which after talking with Sandy was taken care of. Osvaldo and Juan arrived when they said they would, introduced themselves, and before coming into my home, they put on shoe covers to keep from tracking anything into my home from outside. They went into the attic to inspect the drain pan to see what the issue was. They found that the drain pan was not level and after a few minutes, they had the problem fixed, and the water was draining properly. That’s AirCo for hiring guys like this that makes us homeowners feel comfortable in the job they do, and to know we hired the best company out their to do our HVAV service.
Update: I wrote this review 2 weeks ago and received the phone call from managers next day. They sounded really care about their service and promised to refund the amount I paid. That hasn’t happened yet. I uploaded the picture after I cleaned the clogged pipe myself after the technician left.Also I found out that this company charge almost 8 times more for 410A freon.The estimate was $238 per pound with this company, other companies gave me the price of $30 per pound. Unbelievable…——————————————They are definitely over priced and dishonest company. I had a water leak from inside unit so the first thing the technician did was cutting the drainage pipe to check then cleaning the pipe. That cost me $85 a service call fee + cleaning fee of $168 that he didn’t even use vacuum or check the line from outside.Then he told me that if the cleaning line is busted it out in the downstairs bathroom sink that connect it to the ac drainage, he has to cut the pipe and clean and reconnect pipes and that would be another $250 which it didnt even make sense. He also mentioned that drainage pan needs to be cleaned and he can add tablets to that and make sure that connection is clean and that would be another $50. I don’t know much about AC but I know that’s something I can do my own just paying $6 for the tablets at home depot so I declined it.Then he went to outside to check the outside unit when I asked him don’t we should test it out before he leaves.He came back in a couple minutes and mentions there would be another additional fee of $68 or so to check the line that there is a possible leak.He keeps dropping additional possible charges and I had to stop him at the point and just leave.I’m not sure he knows what he was doing but I had enough already with this company.My AC drain line is still clogged.I wasted my time and money on this company.Beware!!!!

Elvis did what I expected from an AirCo technican—a good job in doing an AC inspection. Beyond this he noticed and corrected another company’s change in our system’s wiring that significantly effected the efficiency of our unit. His careful check of the outside unit discovered an oil leak that required the replacement of a capacitor. We could not have been happier with his work!!

Our AC struggled on a hot afternoon due to a refrigerant issue and we were visited same day four hours ahead of schedule. This meant the world with a toddler in the house. Follow up visit is scheduled, but we were topped off and house is cool! Elvis is always great when we need help!
Had them install a new unit for me. Unit was working and running great up until about 2 years from installation date. Started reading high head pressure and the tech informed me that the ac units were installed too close together ( my home has 2 AC units). So the installer made this mistake and when I reached out to the company they were able to come out and resolve the problem by physically moving the unit. So although the unit was not installed properly (spacing), they still took care of me 2 years later. That is some peace of mind to have.
Miciach (sp) did an excellent. He was courteous and professional. He explained the steps he completed to ensure our unit(s) would operate efficiently.
I bought a new air conditioner system 3 years ago through Airco and use them to do the preventative maintenance on the system and have always had a great experience. All the techs who have come by have been knowledgeable and always do great work. I highly recommend them.

In the midst of the January cold spell, we had a heating issue with our heat pump system. AirCo responded promptly, sending technician David Jones to address the problem. David straightway diagnosed the cause and got our system functioning properly. In the process, he noted the compressor motor was showing signs of its advanced age. I told him of our extended warranty and asked him to see if we could get the warranty to replace it. A couple of days later David returned to replace the motor at no charge. I found David to not only be competent professional but also a caring, personable, customer-oriented gentleman and credit to AirCo. Elvis came out to diagnose why our AC wasn’t properly cooling. Immediately identified the issue and fixed it. Went outside to run a quick inspection and found our condenser coils dirty and clogged. Suggested I have them cleaned and my idiot self declined. Since we’re selling our house, we decided to have them come back out and clean the condenser unit to make sure buyers had a clean slate. Opted for a full service system maintenance and Elvis got sent back out. He was very professional and did a great job again. I always hate the cost associated with AC repair and maintenance but I’ve learned over the years it helps mitigate larger cost/repairs down the road. I should’ve listened to Elvis yesterday and had the coils cleaned then to cut down on the dispatch cost, but ya live ya learn. AirCo does a good job and really hasn’t given me a reason to complain.

Airco is and has been a life saver. We shopped around for new HVAC units 11 years ago, Airco wasn’t the least expensive but they weren’t the most either. The salesman was no nonsense and sincere. He sold us two new units and sold us on the company. Since then, for a span of 18 months we had renters in the house, I counted on Airco and their techs to keep our units working and in good condition despite what the renters might be doing. David came out for our regular maintenance today, to ensure the house was ready for the hot summer days ahead. While testing and inspecting the equipment he found a fried wire leading to the compressor-he showed it to me, fixed it and finished the appointment. All with a smile on his face. I have spoken with their service department, scheduling, and throughout the years many technicians, some even while I was in a different state. All of the Airco professionals I have talked to have been courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful of my time and money. Before we got our new system either my husband or I would have to spend at least 2-3 days in the summer waiting on A/C repair people, A/C would go out a company would fix it, A/C would work for June and the company would be back out by August. My time is money and I believe Airco understands that. I whole heartedly recommend them. Great company with great people!

AirCo installed this Trane XV20 about 2 1/2 years ago. Worked great, until just recently when it started to struggle to keep cool. Turns out there was a leak in the main evaporator coil and would have cost me almost $2000 for labor only. Talked to General Manager Blake along with Tyler and Ricardo. Together they were able to work with Trane and fix the unit under complete warranty. Technicians just replaced the coil and everything is working well. Shows how AirCo really cares for its customers and reputation.

Dear AirCo,I don’t normally leave online reviews, but in the case of my residential HVAC repair experience (ultimately my new sales and installation) it is very much warranted. I hope customers reading reviews understand my experience with AirCo in Hurst, Texas, has been a refreshing one, coupled with “top-notch” professionalism through and through...a great experience!Starting with Carlos with your Comfort Team, he brought a calming demeanor to the table and explained everything (from right-sizing my system to the back-end warranties and services offered) in great detail regarding Trane and AirCo HVAC systems. He provided me with three options which made the decision process a simple one.During the next day Installation of the new system, Osvaldo and his team, performed professionally during the entire installation process. My new Trane XR (17 SEER) with multi-speed compressor HVAC system with Heat Pump and Air Handler was all completed in one day. Amazingly, the multi-speed compressor is very quiet too! Furthermore, he and his team took the time to show me all the system improvements and particulars with the new Trane XR17 and Nexia thermostat (a far better product than the Nest, which I returned to the store). We reviewed the entire installation upon completion which included new four-inch filter replacement, operating the new drip pan water back-flow sensor and the integrated surge protection at both the indoor air handler and outdoor unit. Although, they didn’t install the air/water combo line flush kit at time of install (as per the work proposal) Carlos has assured me they will follow up and install the kit. Overall, I am very pleased with the employees work ethic and performance at AirCo.Lastly, I would be remiss if I didn’t comment and thank Service Tech, Craig and Field Supervisor, Ricardo. Both did a great job of quickly identifying my old system problems and leading me the way to both Trane HVAC products and Installation and Service backed by AirCo. David did an outstanding job of maintenance testing our 9 year old 4 ton XL19i Trane, resolving conflicting information and putting our minds at ease about keeping a reliably-operating system. From now on I will ask for David by name, though I suspect AirCo management is insistent on quality customer service from all their technicians.

Purchased two new systems through Airco. Pricing was good and sales people were friendly and knowledge. However, during the install the compressor fan made excessive noise. The install team identified it and said they would promptly replace the part.Over a week went by and I hadn't heard from Airco. I called to check the status and they said the part needed to be ordered and they would call when it came in. Apparently that wasn't already done. After another week of not hearing from Airco, I called back to find out the status, they said the part should here this week and they can get me scheduled for the following week.The communication was poor and it's concerning it takes nearly 3 weeks to get a fan ordered and replaced. Particularly after I just spent 15k with the company. I am glad my unit is working. I also tried to reach out to my sales guy, to no avail. The same guy who said he would come back and do a walk through with me and never did.Overall, happy with the install, but customer service, communication, and repair services are poor. I don't think I'll use Airco to service my units in the future.Edit: Airco corrected the issue and made an effort to make it right. Updated to 4 stars.
Mr. Gomez arrived on time and ready to work. During his inspection of the attic unit, he found a seal that needed replacing and took care of that in short order. Inspecting the outdoor unit, he found a capacitor that looked like it had overheated. It was still working and the voltage was normal. After bit of discussion, we decided let it go and replace it on the next inspection in June. He was professional and knowledgeable. Did feel sorry for him . A cold and miserable day to be working outside. Not much better in the attic. Cold but no drizzle Job well done .

AIrCo came to my house to run maintenance a fix a A/C gas leak. Alberto Martinez was able to fix the problem and ensure everything was as expected. A true professional with high qualified skills. Beyond that very customer focused, answering all my questions and giving explanations of the work to be done. Congratulation to the AirCo team in providing the best professionals.
Terry came out, he was very polite and professional. After a thorough investigation he found the problem. He showed and completely explained the issue to me. It was a very good experience and I'm going to request Terry for all future calls.

As always the service provided by AirCo is top notch. They have been my cooling and heating company since 2003. Every time I have had an issue with my system they have responded in a timely manner and have always fixed the problem. If you need a reliable and responsive heating and cooling company this is the one to call. No one does it better!!!
In the summer of 2017, my entire ac/heating unit went down at the end of spring. You know here in TX the weather fluctuates. This week it was strangely hot and wife was unhappy. I went on Google, found Airco, that evening I met a sales rep and got this 16 sear system. They even told me about the money I saved for purchasing the unit before June. No strings attached. They came out today for my yealy maintenance check. Service was spectacular as always.
Elvis Gomez did an excellent job in getting my AC back running on an extremely hot day. He was very informative about the problem and explained what needed to be done to correct it. In addition, he was very friendly and followed all COVID-19 recommendations.
It's a rip off.. they charged $265 for one hour of dianostics.. filled geothermal unit with water from my house.. couldn't figure where the leak...

Jose and his team were polite, respectful and knowledgeable. They finished faster than the estimate and the install looks great. We would recommend these guys to anybody looking for HVAC work.

I highly recommend Airco for A/C installation and/or repair. They installed a heat pump system for me 6 years ago & the fan motor went out. Airco sent David Jones out & he quickly diagnosed the issue and had the motor ordered right away. David came back after 6pm to install the motor. Excellent service! David has a terrific sense of humor and is dedicated to taking care of his customers.
I have been a customer since 2003 and yesterday (Friday) I came home from work (4:45 pm) and my temperature sensor failed. I made a call to their office and Nathan followed up with sending a Technicion (Terry who I knew from previous service) came out within the hour and professionally diagnosed the problem and had the parts to replace the sensor! Air Co knows that professional customer service with certified technicians is their business and that’s why I’m a customer for life!!!

Alberto was very informative and helpful. 4 stars because Airco doesn't fill the Freon for my condenser r-407-c (I wish I had known that so I didn't have to pay someone else to come out here) and he couldn't fulfill that part of the fix. He did discover 2 wires that were weak and he was very patient and kind. I always call Airco. I hope they can fill my Freon soon.

Airco AC Technician Alberto Martinez was very knowledgeable and professional. We have used Airco several times. Never had any issues with the people or work that was done.

David did an awesome job!! He came to replace our condenser fan motor and while he was working he discovered that we also had a capacitor that had blown...and he replace both of them!!! Fixing the capacitor today saved us from having to call AIRCO back to fix that in another appointment.
Alberto is top notch. Was on time and did the work quickly and efficiently. My Trane XV 20 system was installed by Airco and I continue to use them on system maintenance and repairs.

Carlos is the man! I had an AC issue where my secondary drainage pipe always dripping water. I had 3 others technicians coming in over the last two years and they could not fix it. Carlos was able to figure out the issue immediately and correct it. From now on, I will be asking for Carlos by name for any of my future AC needs.

Fernando was amazing! He had to give us bad news, but he was very polite, extremely knowledgeable and it was by far the best experience I've had with an HVAC tech, and I've had more than I'd like to think about.
Justin was very professional and explained what we needed to do to keep our system running properly. We will definitely use Airco in the future.
Horrible, horrible company. Came out, charged $85 diagnostic fee. Told me a part was bad on my outside unit. They attempted to charge me $485 for a $40 part. Found out original part wasn't bad. Asked for a supervisor to come out, that guy wanted $300-$400 to charge my system. Nothing but con-artists here.

They were very very professional, very knowledgeable and extremely thorough. This is the second year that I have used AirCo and highly recommend them.
They did an awesome job. Answered all of my questions. Cleaned up and made sure everything was working when they left

Just want to post that this company's employees knew I had dogs..knew I had them in backyard, knew because I made them aware! And yet they still left my gate open and my dog got out and hit by a car. How irresponsible!! I called my rep Carlos and expressed my feelings and nothing but I dont know what to say.If this is how they treat customers during this part of the process..I can only imagine what lies ahead.Not feeling very confident!Also, my trim work needed to be replaced, still no call from person to install it!

Very unprofessional and unorganized. My home A/C went out and I phoned them for service on a Thursday evening. I had to first get thru their answering service to get to some dispatch office where the person told me that the earliest they could come out to my location would be by Saturday around 5:00 PM. I said fine, and waited. No one showed up so on Saturday, after 5:30 I began calling them again... Had to go through their answering service (again) only to be told that they were sorry, and they would have to call me right back after they contacted the technician. An hour goes by with no response! I call back again (through the answering service AGAIN), and the dispatch female keeps apologizing and saying that she is working out of her home on an IPad, and that she has had an ear infection all week, worked for 14 days straight, and that with everyone calling her cant seem to find my information. I asked to speak to a manager and all she could do was keep saying that she'd have one call me back. I never heard back from them again. Avoid this home based business like the plague. They have no organization, no professionalism, and that probably extends to their actual service... If you are lucky enough to get any service at all.
