So far, I have experienced the HVAC duct cleaning, sealing and sanitizing provided by Mike and Diego. They were very professional and courteous and kept me informed the enire time. I was provided with a computer read out at the end of the process that showed the difference in the system efficiency. They were excellent and I'm looking forward to my new system installation beginning this morning.

As a contractor, we provided mowing services for this location from November 2022 - April 2023. Unfortunately, after Francesca left at some point, it seems no one actually works here. Thus, the final mowing services we provided have been left unpaid for over 30 days at this point.

All calls are routed to a national headquarters and they will not transfer your call to the local branch, nor will they provide any names of who may be the point of contact. I have emailed the invoices multiple times as well as submitted a contact form detailing the issue, with no response to any means of communication.

As a business owner, I have never experienced this amount of deflection to pay a $325 bill. Future contractors, beware.

Service technician showed up promptly. Discovered A/C system was low on Freon and had 4 small leaks in condenser coils. A sales person from the company showed up and immediately tried to sell a $15k-$30K system. After a decision was made not to purchase an entire system we were charged
over $1200 for the 1-1/2 hour service call that included 5 pounds of Freon charge.
The next day we had another company analysis system and found no such leaks.
He charged us $60.00
Dallas Plumbing are artists in cheating and dishonesty.

The Saginaw Air Pros location installed my 92 year old father’s hvac system and all ducts about two years ago for $19k. They grossly overcharged him and the system was never installed properly causing major air leaks and mold. The tech literally put non-commercial duct tape over the leaks when we called to have them fix the system and shoved a piece of pvc under the safety shut off valve because the system was shutting off due to over condensation. Now they refuse to call us back despite numerous attempts at contact. Photo included was the brand new system they installed and the patch works all completed by airpros. Chris Fry, a supervisor who was recently moved to the Saginaw location said the system should never have been installed like this and should be replaced before the company stopped returning our calls.I spoke with the call center again today and was told for the second time they would be escalating the issue. I will update this review if I receive a call back.

The gentleman who came to give the estimate was not happy when I told him that we wouldn't be able to do the estimate because it was way to expensive. He told me he had to drive an hour to get here. I told him I was sorry but if the lady would have gave me a rough estimate over the phone he wouldn't have had to come over.
He also smelled really bad of cigarette smoke and we are both allergic to smoke

HORRIBLE! Do you enjoy wasting your time trying to schedule an appointment? Do you like it when your technicians shows up 2 hours late on multiple occasions? THEN Air Pros is for you!
Not only do they succeed in wasting your time for scheduling or repairing your unit, they will also do a terrible job while doing it! Since Air Pros has been bought out at least twice now, you can ensure this company will be around for years to come! Who knows, maybe they will disappear along with the warranty you thought you had! For terrible service, unprofessionalism, and an outrageous bill, you should definitely choose Air Pros, so they can let you down AGAIN.

Air Pros was quick to respond to the initial call for help. The repair was made as soon as the part on order arrived. The timing of his wrapping up business and a scheduled video call clashed. After spending hours in the heat, the tech was a great sport when he joined my family by video as we sang happy birthday to my grandmother for her 104th birthday! He understood the value of relationship. Knowledgeable, dependable and personable. This customer is SATISFIED!

Once you can get someone on the phone they are great. Technician was great, but ever since they joined a National group, the support sucks. Two of their phone numbers start to connect then auto disconnect. I was on a hold for 30 minutes one time before I was disconnected. Made appointment through chat feature and when I did end up talking with someone on the phone it had scheduled me for a different time than the chat person said I was scheduled for. I even got text messages and emails confirming the appointment, and they still didn’t have it correct in their system.

Again the human beings are great to work with, but it is so hard to get to a human being with their new system.

AirPros was quick to install HVAC units inside and outside. They did forget to install the $2500 Deluxe UV Light, but they came back out to verify and install. Called AirPros and made appointments for bi-yearly preventive maintenance, confirmations were emailed with date and time. Although they never showed, called close to and after the scheduled times but the technician didn't respond, dispatcher said she would radio them but still no show. It's terrible to pay for a service and not receive the promised services.

Do not use this company in DFW. Only states might be better, but Fort Worth location is not. We have had nothing but trouble with this company for years. We were in a contract with a reputable A/C company which they replaced all our units, and signed us into a warranty contract. Unfortunately that company sold to Air Pro after a year of installation, and ever since it has been nothing short of a nightmare dealing with Air Pros of Fort Worth. No shows, service technicians don't have the right service tickets, technicians show up without parts to fulfill service appointments, technicians not knowledgable on products they are servicing, no one follows up from the office.....etc. etc. etc. If you do use them for a service DO NOT get sucked into a contract with them! You will be held hostage by it. You may or may not get requested services/maintenance provided.

Blue star and heating installed our unit 4 years ago and Airpros brought the company. Our HVAC system is not working. We called on Sunday to get service for our unit. After numerous calls asking when a tech service would show up. They finally came out to our house on Tuesday claiming we need another new unit. The company screened our calls, hung up on me multiple times. This company is a nightmare to work with. Tech no shows/call to work on our unit. Manger contacted and did not help at all.
After almost two weeks with dealing with air pros our system is still not working. Unprofessional company and would not recommend. 0 stars ⭐️!

The company installed my new AC unit but today was just a maintenance. They are always professional and courteous. I do have carpet upstairs so you have to request shoe covers, not sure if that’s a requirement for them to have. Again, always courteous, professional and knowledgeable.

Blue Star did a great job. They were able to come out to my house on the same day with scheduling me to the end of the day; and they have good communication in regards to the best way to contact you. My technician, Travis, did a great job. He was not rushing and was able to answer all my questions. He gave me his honest opinion about my two AC units , explained my options and the process. Blue Star has a great professional team.

I have used this company exclusively since they originally installed our new AC system in the home, approx 5 years. Reason for the low stars is that my original rate for the system inspection and tune up was a set amount via text. When the tech finished the work, he had tried charging 10 times the amount.

Shawn and Mike Bidwell were very helpful and answered all of my questions and concerns. The price was very good and they install on Mon., Sept. 27. Update: The unit is installed in a timely manner and works well. I'm not certain that the ductwork was cleaned and I had forgotten about it until the techs left. I still need a thermostat-the one out of the box did not work and the tech is supposed to drop by later in the week to install a new one. Everyone was friendly, professional, and courteous. I will use Air Pros again in the future.

The worst customer service I have ever seen and told us one thing and put something different in the contract. The workmanship was very subpar. Sold us a air purifier then didn't install it. System lasted 11 days then stopped working and no one would come out to fix it after we were told that the tech was on the way

Our AC went out on a Thursday afternoon. Friday morning, we contacted Blue Star and a service tech, Justin, came out to assess the problem and informed us of our options (which were grim). When we tried to set up a same-day appointment to have our system replaced, they had already become booked.

So this company, with decidedly AMAZING customer service, decided to foot the bill for us to have Freon over the weekend until they could get out on Tuesday to replace it. They arrived a little early on Tuesday morning - a plus when you’re racing against the heat of the day! We’d been told it would be a 6-8 hour job - they were out in less than 5. Those guys have a rough job but they went to it with a will.

They left our attic looking more orderly than when they arrived. Everyone was polite and efficient. When we had some trouble getting the bank to approve the payment amount, Kim at the office was very kind and patient in helping me get it worked out. Overall, I’m very happy that we went with this company and I will definitely remember them for all our AC/heating needs. ❤️

My latest Air Pros experience began as a weeklong nightmare, but ended on a very positive note thanks to the attitude and expertise of Chris Fry. Broken promises, poor communications and a failure to achieve the mission of restoring my A/C were my week long experience prior to the arrival of Chris to the Ft. Worth location. Had it not been for the professionalism and concern that Chris brought to our home regarding our A/C issues, I would have fired Air Pros and gone with another company. Chris replaced I'm trying with I will and did whatever it took to get to my home and fix my system. If every technician and every manager at the Fort Worth Air Pros simply emulates the can do attitude and example Chris portrayed, then they will have a very successful business.

I originally signed on as a customer with Blue Star Heating and Air almost 4 years ago due to the extremely high level of concern and care they showed toward our family on their first visit. They cared more than any other company and they proved it! The technician showed up at 9pm and fixed my system when he should have been at home with his family. I was so impressed that I immediately became a loyal customer and eventually became an Air Pros member when he advanced to becoming an Air Pros manager. Since then, I contracted with Air Pros technicians on a couple of visits to make improvements to my A/C system and spent a few thousand dollars. Unfortunately, in the last year the initial level of care I experienced diminished and eventually evaporated completely with this latest experience until Chris arrived at this location and to my home. I hope Chris will change and restore the attitude and aptitude that existed previously. Because of Chris and his actions, and only because of Chris and his actions I am choosing to remain with Air Pros. That is a reflection of how much confidence and trust one man can bring to an organization. I will be watching to see if the organizational changes he promised to make come to fruition.

Worst experience ever. Purchased duct cleaning when i had my unit replaced back in October. Scheduled the duct cleaning service and technicians have yet to arrive. Three no shows! Called the office to speak with management and they have forwarded all my calls. Not the type of service i would expect from such a large company.

This company is AMAZING... right up until they're paid. They told us when we were looking to replace our HVAC that they would get the proper permits for us. They came in and promptly installed said unit. They installed new wifi thermostats and were professional.

10 months later we get a call saying the city is going to send out an inspector to look at the install. Took the day off, no one ever showed. We called around to find out they only just started the permit process a couple days before they told us the inspector would be out, and it was NEVER completed!

Another month goes by and finally we have an inspection and several things are wrong. We called to have them come back out and fix it and we are being hung up on or can never get through their automated system. Finally we get through and they'll be here between 2-4pm. Surprise surprise no one ever shows. Called customer service again and either hung up on or left on hold listening to a robot tell us how important we are to them and they look forward to assisting us. ?

Don't use this company. I've had better customer service at the DMV!!!

We called on a Friday night at 8pm right after noticing our system wasn’t cooling. After a short and very very helpful phone call the woman said they’d send someone right out. We got a call from the tech less than 10 minutes later and he was here within 30 minutes! Once Daniel arrived he was very kind and very helpful. We felt we were being well taken care of and that he truly wanted to help us. We signed up for maintenance plan because I trusted Daniel! (And if was a great deal!) And I could trust that if we had any issues they’d be here right away just like they were this time.
I will recommend blue star to family and friends and look forward to using them for all of our future needs!

This was one of five companies I called on a Friday night at 7:30 when our ac stopped working. They were the only company who could service us immediately. The other companies couldn't get to us until two or three days later. There was one company who was going to charge us $250 when they walked through the door because it was after hours so that was an easy NO.

The great service started with the operator who took my information and got us set up. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and really put us at ease. That great service continued when the technician Daniel arrived. He was knowledge and friendly and got us repaired quickly. We also feel the pricing was fair and reasonable and didn't get an impression of being taken advantage of.

We will be continuing our business with blue star and highly recommend them!

These guys used to be called Blue Star Heating and air I believe. My experience is very similar to the guy who got ripped off for 15 grand. Mine was similar... 17 grand. I complained about the new unit not blowing cold enough several times.. and what did they do? They recalibrated the thermostat to falsely show that it was several degrees lower so I'd stop bugging them. No documentation provided on the new unit they installed, which supposedly had a warranty. They are CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been using Blue Star for just under a year. I have their maintenance package which they come out twice a year. And when Blue Star comes out, they actually perform maintenance! A novel concept. They will spend round 90 - 120 minutes each time, meticulously going through my systems to make sure they work at their peek performance. The other company that came out I paid the same amount for their maintenance package and they may have spent a total of 30 minutes. All they did was check to make sure everything was running at that point. Well....

Last year they installed a new coil. That coil went out and was only warranted for 1yr and of course the warranty period passed. Blue Star came out and offered me three different options. I chose to have the entire system that went out replaced. Ouch!? Well, if I had them 2 years ago and was given good professional advice, the money I spent with the other company would have paid for the new system. They do fantastic work and they back their work. Thank you Blue Star. I have been nothing but impressed with the work you do and quality of your workmanship. Thank You!

Wow. Adam, Alex and Frankie just finished replacing my entire heating and a/c system and did it in all in well under 5 1/2 hours. As soon as they turned the unit back on the difference was noticeable, the house cooled down very quickly and the airflow was much better. These guys were very professional, very knowledgeable and very personable. They left everything clean and looking as good or better than they way they found it. Blue Star is a wonderful company with great service and expertise.

I had recently had my inside and outside AC and heating replaced by Blue star. I would most definitely recommend this company. Service was excellent! Dealing with this company has been a pleasant experience and they are extremely accomdating! I felt no pressure when discussing my system with Eric, the technician. Any time I have had to call with questions, Eric explained everything perfectly and walked me through whatever my husband and I were concerned about. This is a company that delivers high quality service with a friendly and familiar attitude. I will definitely be using them in the future!

Justin did a fantastic job. He was kind, helpful, and efficient. He explained everything really well, and left additional product information after the repair was done. The entire experience was smooth. Savannah was really helpful when I called in the morning, and within a couple of hours Justin was at our house assessing the problem. He was able to get all of the parts and complete multiple repairs by the afternoon. I will use Blue Star again, and recommend them to anyone!

The ac maintenance employee, Kevin, arrived promptly. He was polite and quite knowledgeable. He seemed to have a genuine vested interest in making sure that I as his customer was more than just satisfied with his (and therefore the representative of his company) service. Which, I indeed was. It is not often to meet service reps with the attitude and goal of exceeding your expectations. Kevin does this. It is obvious to me that he was treating me like he treats all of his other customers. He is an asset to your company. He is the best billboard your company can invest in.

I contacted Blue Star because my heater would not stay running. I had two separate visits from two different technicians. Daniel came out for the 2nd visit and took care of us. His customer service skills are exceptional. He made certain the issue was properly diagnosed, I understood why the system wasn't working the way it should, and what the resolution needed to be. I had a faulty gas regulator that shutting my system off and keeping it from heating. Daniel explained the details, cost, and the maintenance plan and its benefits. I decided to sign up for the maintenance plan and saved 20% on the spot. Blue Star will then come out twice a year and perform preventative maintenance and inspect the entire system. Signing up for this at the time of the repair paid for itself. Daniel made the repairs a couple of days ago and everything has been working as it should. He even called me this morning to follow-up. I recommend Blue Star, and if you are lucky enough to have Daniel as your technician, even better. His Customer Service is better than anyone I have ever met, in any industry! Thank You

Blue Star is an amazing company. This evening I had an issue with my air conditioning. Despite the fact that I called right before they closed, Desiree was very friendly and I quickly received a call from one of the technicians. Eric went way above the call of duty. I knew he was swamped with calls but he actually made time to stop by and quickly fix a simple duct problem in the attic. It is so refreshing to receive excellent service from an honest company!! Blue Star was top notch- from start to finish. They we quick to schedule, gave several conformations of appt. time and when they would arrive. Travis was my technician and he was courteous, prompt, took extra care to keep areas neat and clean, and also handled a fee resolution with his boss in a positive fashion. I highly recommend them ! Our A/C went out a few weekends ago and we were referred to Blue Star through our warranty company. I spoke to Desiree in the office and explained that I had a sick child at home and it was heating up quickly. She was GREAT!!! Tony was out within a few hours, but turns out our 18 year old system had seen its last day. Tony fully explained the differences between our options and was incredibly patient with my 1000 questions.
Nick, Donovan & Gabe was the team of guys that came out and installed our new system. Very professional and polite young men! Eric came out in the middle of the install and talked to me for quite some time, explaining how A/C systems differ, and answered any and all questions I had.
These guys & Desiree were a pleasure to work! I would highly recommend Blue Star Heating and Air! Keep up the fantastic work y'all!!

I had a really awesome experience with this company. Started with Desire, she was courteous in getting a technician out the same day. Ralph came out to access my system and determined it was an electrical issue. He definitely went above and beyond the call of duty by explaining what I needed and even followed up on me the next day to see if I had spoke to the electrician. I had and my system is up and running. I so appreciate his dedication, honesty and integrity! Now that is customer service which seems to be a lost art. You guys definitely have it. No brainer, I will definitely be back if I ever have issues again and will tell my friends. Thanks Blue Star for hiring such awesome people!!!!!

Daniel Penn provided us with outstanding service on a Saturday night. We had been experiencing A/C issues for the past two days and our upstairs was 91 degrees. We had another service out two separate times on Friday and neither technician diagnosed or solved the issue correctly. Frustrated, we decided to call another service to get help as fast as possible, as we have two kids, a dog and a cat and all bedrooms are upstairs. We found Blue Star on Google and decided to give them a call. They were very friendly and said they’d have someone to our home in Keller between 6-8pm. Daniel arrived at 7:30pm. Not only did Daniel find the problem and fix it, he found the issue within 20 minutes. Daniel was friendly and provided us with excellent customer service! We now found a reliable, friendly company to bring our business to!

Our house had an older unit we were trying to keep alive and had scheduled a fall tune up. Danny arrived and walked me through what he would be doing. He was extremely professional and respectful, which is really important as the face or frontline of the company. He was very honest with the fact that our fan blower was on its last leg. Without any pressure, he asked if we would be interested in seeing what options they could provide.

That's when we had the pleasure of meeting Eric. From start to finish, our interaction with Eric was top notch. He does business the way it should be done. He was straight forward and clear with respect to their prices and what he could offer. He respectfully gave my wife and I a few minutes to talk things over. Again, no pressure in our experience. Simply an upfront conversation that helped us make the right decision. Install was quick and efficient. We are really happy with our new unit (inside and out). The company was great by even coming back today to reseal some of the lines running into the house. It's the little things that make working with a family owned business like this worth it! I would recommend them to any in the area!

FANTASTIC SERVICE. Arrived on time and was flexible in terms of scheduling. Extremely Professional. Air Pros Blue Star Replaced my Heating A/C system which a previous company had not done properly and replaced all my A/C Ducts. Had AC quit working earlier this past summer and had a tech out the next morning after calling 5pm the day before. Capacitor was the culprit and was back up and running in less than an hour. Recently had an additional return added due to the prior company not doing it upon install of new unit. Tech found that there was a vacuum being pulled in the system. Had duct ckeaning performed along with return. Techs were punctual and I was notified multiple times leading up to appointment. Tech did quality work and extremely clean while working, very appreciated. Had a follow up call within 10 minutes of techs leaving ensuring quality work. Customer satisfaction is shown through action and they've done it well. Thank you.

Today, 11-04-2021, Air Pros did a twice annual HVAC maintenance routine on my system. My tech was Jose Martinez, a very personable & knowledgeable young man. Jose checked & cleaned as needed all aspects of my system pertinent to keeping it running all winter in good condition. He changed out my self provided filter & checked several aspects such as cleanliness of the coil & blower motor, AMP draw on blower motor & compressor, static pressure & several others items that all make the system run efficiently. He discussed with me several topics from my past experiences that I mentioned & initiated estimates for those services should I choose to have Air Pros do them in the future. Jose is a very good technician & I will request him for future service on my HVAC system.

Ralph was the best repairman I've ever met. He was professional, but friendly , kind , helpful and very educational in teaching me how to up keep maintenance to my unit. I will recommend Air Pros and Ralph to family and friends in need of service.

Service was great. Ralph arrived on schedule, quickly found and corrected the problem. He then checked out the system, found no other problems and left. Air Pros has given excellant service both times I have called them.

They were able to get to me the same day, but the price did not match the service. I was charged $476.00 for my repair and all I needed was a capacitor that costs less than $50.00. No explanation for the huge bill, or a receipt breaking out the charges.

Aaron came out today to give us a quote on a new air conditioner unit. He was very courteous and answered all of my questions. He made sure I was comfortable with what he was putting in his quotes and did different quotes for different units.

Tony (after he had inspected my existing system) was thorough in explaining my options for repairing and/or replacing my existing system. I choose to replace my system. I was very please with the installation crew, Adam, Frankie and Cesar. They worked steadily in very hot conditions and explained everything that was taking place. I highly recommend this company.

I’m back on here updating my review as this company has continue to run around in circles with me. The city will not close my project out because this company lied and never got their permits from the city and now I can’t move forward. It’s been months and months of dealing with issues on a brand new unit. If anyone is reading this please run away from this company!!!! Do not throw your money away. You are better off rolling the dice with any other company but this one. I’ve been reaching out to the Texas district manager and he reads my messages but just ignores me. Lots of fake promises and after paying thousands of dollars I’m left trying to push and push on this company to step up.

The Blue Star techs earned 5 stars weeks ago and earned 10 stars this weekend!! In all my drama. frustration and near hysteria both on the phone and in person, all Blue Star employees, especially Carlos and Eric, were absolute professionals and assured me I was now a part of their family and that they would take care of me. They did!

In early June, my old workhorse AC system, R2, bit the dust. I interviewed and received quotes from a couple places and chose Blue Star. The tech who described and recommended the new system, Carlos, explained a lot to me and even talked with my Mr Fix It brother-in-law over the phone to answer some questions.

Within a few days, the complete new system was installed (in less than 3 hours) and running. The only problem was that it seemed to run almost all the time. Then, a power outage turned it off and when I reset the breaker, it took almost a whole day to cool.

A few days later I noticed that, despite the thermostat being set at 73, the temp read 77. I called Blue Star and a tech came out right away. He worked both outside and inside and got the system running again.
Unfortunately, this happened several more time over the next few weeks.
During this time, the Blue Star tech made at least 3 4-hour service calls, trying everything from replacing a part on the inside unit, to adding insulation above the new inside unit, to carving out and installing an additional outtake vent - at no cost to me. They even lent me a window AC unit, just in case.

The AC manufacturer came out and examined the system and decided that the outside unit should be replaced. Within a few days the replacement unit was delivered, but, while installing it, the techs felt they needed to verify that, this time, there would be no more problems. So, they went up into the rather messy and dauntingly HOT attic to check out the situation.

Unable to even get to the spot above the inside unit, one tech, Carlos, found a kinked suction pipe!! The poor guy was definitely suffering from heat exhaustion by the time he climbed out of the attic. But, both he and Eric came back the next day and replaced that section of pipe - at no cost to me.

So far, so good - the house is cool, the AC is functioning as expected, and Blue Star doesn't quit until the problem is absolutely solved!

****Here I am again, telling you how great Blue Star techs are and repeating my 5 star rating! A couple days ago, May 29, 2018, my new AC unit stopped working! I called, the tech came out - friendly, personable Adam - and asked for details about what happened then explained his process for troubleshooting and that he was confident he'd get the unit up and working.

Adam was here about an hour and a half and, sure enough, the air was flowing again! He explained what he found - I am not a tech, so I can't be sure of the details - somehow the cycle time reset from the recommended 5 minutes to 1 minute. Well, a couple of days of that demand in upper 90s in Texas, the thing gave up. I say a couple days because I did have a power outage a few days before this happened.

Adam explained what to do if I noticed another power outage. He also cleaned both inside and outside coils (I have 3 shedding pets), checked electrical and it was just minutes before the house was back to a cool 70.

Thank you, Adam - and thanks, again, Blue Star!

I recently used AirPros-Blue Star to check my home A/C system’s readiness for the coming hot summer months.

Despite their recent change of ownership, the AirPros-Blue Star scheduling and appointment confirmation process was efficient, timely and used online tools effectively.

Service technician Tucker Lange arrived on schedule, was pleasant, competent and professional, and answered my queries about his job experience fully and respectfully. He was also careful to observe virus distancing safety practices.

After checking my system, he identified items needing attention, explained what they needed and why, and worked with me to reach a price within my budget.

He performed the required services efficiently and did a good job cleaning up after the work was completed. He also listened patiently to a couple of suggestions I made.

I was completely satisfied with the service call and feel confident that I was treated fairly. I intend to stay with AirPros and hope to see Tucker on my next service call.

Awesome experience and professional staff from Eric, Adam, Frankie and Alex they toke care of replacing my entire A/C and furnace, Eric recommended different ideas and accommodated the expense on payments plus the enormous difference on the professional installation the the excellent Lennox unit is awesome super quiet efficient and smooth. Everything was done in one day and they even came across a little problem with our old cooper line was damage and they replace it at no extra expense. Than you for everything my family and me really appreciated the work.

Our units are 28 years old and have had issues for years. Almost every company that came out to service our ac and furnace told us we had no choice but to replace everything with new equipment. Tony at Blue Star did a thorough inspection of the entire system, cleaned the units, and brought several items up to code. Our system is now safe and with regular annual service should last for many more years! Blue Star saved us thousands of dollars! We highly recommend Blue Star Heating and Air for your AC and heating needs!

I made an appointment for an AC tuneup with AirPros. Weah Johnson showed up on time, friendly, and went right to work. He identified a bad capacitor that needed replacing. Explained that the capacitor was currently working but on it’s last leg and putting the compressor at risk. He explained the problem in understandable terms and showed us exactly where the problem was with the old equipment. He immediately installed a new part and got us back up and running. I really feel like we are better off using AirPros because they identified a future problem that we can now avoid. Thank you Weah.

Shawn Pettway was our technician and he was extremely professional and courteous to me my wife and child. He went above and beyond on trying to work with us. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because the loan lenders interest rate could not beat my credit card rate. For the average American it was an okay rate- but it couldn't beat 9.9%. I will edit and update this rate after services are rendered. As it stands Shawn Pettway was excellent

We have been with Blue Star about year. Best company and employees EVER. We just had outside and inside units replaced, and are so thrilled with the service and quality of our units are GREAT. Love when before they come in they use shoe covers. Adam is The Best, Freindly, So knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything. Marco is the BEST. I called Blue Star at 6:30pm because our AC stopped cooling and it was approaching 83 degrees in the house. A technician showed up at our house by 7:30 and had it cleaned and fixed by 8:15. Our technician Ron was the sweetest guy and took the time to explain to us what was going on and how to keep our unit clean. As a new homeowner I valued this attention and feedback. I will be requesting him for all future visits. Thanks Blue Star for cooling my house down tonight! I'm one happy member. :)

Review of service on 9/7/2019. Do not call these guys to your home unless you want nothing fixed and still end with a bill. I had Daniel (A/C. Tech ) at my father in laws house last evening. He arrived and got right to work 15 mins later he says the board went bad and then a few mins later says oops not the board the fuse switch went off so he reset it and said he thinks that fixed it. Then he checks everything else from the outside unit to the thermostat and after 1 hour he says the thermostat is bad it was activating the fan but not the cold air. He said we could buy a new one for $450 off his truck or go to home depot and buy the same brand we have for $25 and just replace the face plate / front of thermo stat and it would automatically start back up and we will have cold air. Well he left and we bought one 30 mins later and it never worked. We called their customer service this morning which I have on recording and they said they are sending a tech out between 8am-12am. At 11:40am I haven't gotten an eta or anything so I called them back and the guy says so sorry for the inconvenience but who ever is dispatching people to residential is making a mistake because techs don't do residential on Sundays. They never even called me back to tell me. All this time and its super hot not to mention my father and mother in law are in Their 70s and not A/C. He said again I'm sorry but we only respond to commercial and emergencies on Sunday. So Apparently the elderly in a house backing in the heat doesn't constitute to an emergency. Hhmmmm I will never let this company step foot in my families house again. They don't even seem like they care to make their mistake right.

Update to review: 9/8/2019. We had to call another company to finish the job this company couldn't fix or figure out. Turns out the thermo stat was not the issue at all and it was an electrical issue with the wire running from the unit in.the attic to the unit/compressor outside. The tech from stark heating and cooling did an amazing job and was up front and honest with us during the whole process. This was Sunday afternoon and their rates were better then blue star who accomplished nothing.

Update to review:/9/92019. Blue star customer care called back and asked about what happened and all they could say is I'm so sorry that's not typical blue star customer service and they would be passing this on to a supervisor. It was negligence on their techs part that caused my elderly parents to be in a house with 110 degree temps who are diabetics. If this company really cared they would have tried a little harder to fix this issue. At this point I think they should pay me back for my bill to stark since they sent a tech or completely diagnosed the wrong problem and just left before seeing if a new thermostat would really fix it.

New update: today is 10/04/2019. The owner of the business contacted me to apologise after reading my review. He seemed concerned with my review and how this could impact his company in the long end. He quotes how much a business can loose in profits with one negative review. I completely understand his eagerness to resolve the issue and don't blame the owner. The tech was responsible and he the company did tell me he was let go to his actions. The owner also asked what else he can do to help change my review and I stated he could cover some of the cost for having a second company come out and to compensate my mother and father in law for there worries. He agreed to send a check of $150.00 to compensate for the ordeal. I will update when it has arrived.

Tony Escajeda came out and was very nice and professional. He was pretty straightforward and told me what i needed and what I can defer for later. I got the regular maintenance for them to come by twice a year. I didn't realize all the work they put in and how beneficial it is to do these regular checkups. Awesome service and very happy that I decided to let them perform maintenance. Definitely will request for him on the next tune up.
I had my capacitor replaced and the UV stick light added to clean any existing molds and prevent any new ones to develop.

From the initial phone call , to the technician being in contact and on time, the whole experience was 1st rate . We received the highest quality service from our technician Daniel Penn. He was thorough and detailed ,making sure that we understood what he was doing and why he had to do it . He also made sure we were able to contact not only the company, but himself if we had any issues with the work at any time after completion. It was refreshing to see a young man work so hard and look like he really enjoys his job. I remember that I told him that I appreciated his work ethic, he replied, “ Well, in what ever I do , I really like helping people.” We could use more attitudes like this in our world these days..

Me and my fiancé had went out of town for a few days. When we came home today we notice our home was extremely hot. And the temperature in our home was 89 degrees. I had called several other ac repair companies they were booked the rest of the day. I got in touch with Blue Star and with no problem they got us in today and even pushed our time up. We had a number of issues with our downstairs unit, and bluestar addressed them all in a timely manner with professionalism and great customer service. The first issue we fixed, knowing it would be a ‘patch’ and crossed our fingers that it would give us another year or so on the unit. When that proved untrue after a week or so, Blue Star came out again and took that into account when quoting us the price for a new unit, bringing the price down since they had just replaced a part. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for hvac service. Great communication throughout the entire process.

Blue Star repaired my A/C two years ago and heater today.
Both times the tech was professional, instructional, and suggested could do - should do - must do options. I'd had other companies come out who were bent on ripping me off.
Today Daniel gave me a decision tree to follow because I can't get one issue to happen when a tech is here. What an amazing help that will be! A 6-year issue may have an end in sight!!
I trust Blue Star and will never call another HVAC company!!

The heater in our house wasn't working so I looked up heating and cooling companies in our area. That's when I came across a Blue Star and gave them a call.

Eric was the technician that met me at the house. He was very professional and straightforward. He explained to me that our unit was pretty old and on it's last leg, he also showed me some different options to fix the situation in the meantime.

It was a no pressure situation, he wasn't trying to make a quick buck. He didnt even bother to charge me for the service call. I will definitely be giving Blue star a call when it comes time to install a new unit in the house.

The problem was that the condensation drain was blocked causing water to soak carpeting around the unit. The technician came in, spent 10 to 15 seconds to simply turn the thermostat to Off. He cleaned out the drain and told me I have a leak in my A coil and charger $339. After he left, my air conditioner will not turn on.

I am very happy with a/c service today provided by Justin Newberry. He got my air conditioner up and running promptly and was very courteous. Blue star was able to come out the same day I called, while other companies wanted me to wait three or four days in this heat. Pricing is fair and Justin made sure I was comfortable with everything he was doing. Be sure to ask for him! Thank you blue star and thank you Justin!! I will definitely use them in the future!

Blue star provided high quality and quick customer service to get my air conditioner working, and to make my family comfortable again. Alan responded to our call in only a couple of hours from another appointment on the other side of Fort Worth at 8:30 in the evening. He was very understanding about our miserable situation, knowledgeable and put us at ease in the first few minutes we met. We had a friendly conversation while he examined our system, and he took the time to let us know what he was doing and what he was examining on each part of our system. Ultimately, we learned together that our capacitor was bad. Alan demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, and yet seemed like he was our neighbor next door fixing our system. Because of his professional attitude and courteous behavior, I enrolled in Bluestar’s Annual Maintenance Plan and have every confidence in entrusting my HVAC system into his capable hands. I’m glad I didn’t go with anyone else!

Not only do they come to your house as fast as they can when your unit is misbehaving, they explain every detail on what's wrong and what needs to be done so that everybody understands. I am worried that my unit is not large enough to cool my entire house. I have been told in the pass that I need a 3 ton unit although they only cleaned my ducts they did not replace the vents/grills but told me I needed to contact the company and you would send someone out. One would think since i will be in your dept fir the next 12 years you would replace my vents/grill. I don't know if I t makes didderence but husband is a vet and an AARP MEMBER and my room is not cool. Can u make that right?

These guys came out last minute . Checked our 2001 old system and recharged it at a very fair price . They did not over sell just showed what needed to be done . I highly recommend them . Ask for Tony the Tech he is awesome ! Plus they contribute to wounded warrior project to help our vets ! Very nice people . Tell them John from Grapevine sent you . Well had to change my review. I called another tech out here and he told me a different story than these folks. Apparently it was just a blower motor and not a massive leak. I was told there was zero pressure, turns out that was not true at all. They tried to sell me another system when in fact it was just a small repair that was needed. BEWARE!!!!!!

I made a mistake while replacing my thermostat and ended up blowing a fuse on my ac unit (unbeknownst to me at the time). Additionally, this happened on the Saturday before memorial day. I called at least 8 different places, and blue star was one of the only ones who called back. In discussing my problem, they tried to get a technician out as soon as possible and genuinely cared about the uncomfortable nature we were in as the temps we in the high 90s. They were able to get out early the following day and found, and fixed, my problem on about 15 minutes. Blue star provided some of the best service I've had in dealing with any AC service.

We noticed that our heater was not working on a rainy, cold evening on December 23. Eric came to our house and told us the mother board was shot...To make a long Christmas story short, our new complete system was installed on December 28 - great price, more than fair maintenance program and incredibly nice people that will go way above to help you even at Christmas! I came home today and our home was 86 degrees. I tried everything I knew, which is, check the breakers and take a water hose to the outside unit. I called Blue Star at 7:30 pm or so and by 9:00 pm Carlos, a friendly, experienced and knowledgeable Blue Star tech was leaving my house and my a/c was repaired! He explained the what's and why's while he repaired and checked my system. Great experience and Carlos won Blue Star a repeat customer, if needed :)

Excellent customer service from Desirae answering the phone and getting Ralph and Sal out ASAP to get our AC back online. $89 for ONLY a bad drain switch. Another company wanted $1400 for a faulty motherboard. We will use Bluestar from here on out. Great job and thank you very much!!!

I recommend to get a second bid on any work they want to do.
They came out replaced a fan motor on my outside unit $1000.
I had them bid a HVAC system replaced $11000. after I produced 2 other bids for $6500 and $5000 he lowered his price to $6700. It reminded me of a used car dealer. Overcharge and see if they will pay then come down.
I just recommend second opinion for any work before by these guys.

Fall system maintenance scheduled a bit late this year .. my fault. Technician (Josh Reed) showed up exactly within the time frame I was quoted. This Scheduled Maintenance visit was Outstanding - here is why: Sr Tech Daniel was PREPARED (w/ history of my HVAC), and NOT RUSHING - a valued BlueStar characteristic. He troubleshot a partial heating failure in one of the (non-BlueStar) units that we had been experiencing and quickly identified the source, and equally quickly remediated it. Note: one unit is BlueStar installed, the other - not; both are BlueStar maintained. He fully explained the results of the checklist. Superior visit experience!

Very uncomfortable call with the representative taking appointments. Called to ask about pricing of freon and she wouldn't tell me. She said Its more than $60 but less than $150. I asked how much and she wouldn't tell me. She then said I don't have time to waste with customers who aren't committed to an appointment. I felt like this place was a scam waiting to happen. Why are you hiding your prices until the customer pays the service change? You know how much time you charge for freon. I asked if the person who would do the work could just simply call me. She said No. I would not recommend any business that hides their prices from consumers

Eric and the Blue Star crew performed terrifically in the troubleshooting and replacement of our amazingly old HVAC unit in our home. They performed all aspects of replacement in a matter of hours and the house was already cooling down by the time they drove away. Eric came out after just 30 min after I called, which with having 2 kids and all was awesome. Our AC hadn't worked all day and I came home to an overly hot home. Eric came out, took a look at the AC and then told me what was wrong with and listed out the things that could go even further wrong with it. He didn't beat around the bush like most technicians and before the hour was over, the AC was back up and blowing cold air again. I will be calling these guys out again and I WILL be requesting Eric.

Brandon H and Blue Star came to our house today inspected our 10 year old unit and explained everything clearly to my wife and daughter. We got a club membership so that we could safe on all the things we need to get done. We even found out that we were lied to by another company when our unit was put in, we were told it was a heatpump and it is not a heatpump. Thanks Brandon H for all your information and help. We checked around with friends that are air conditioner people and found that the prices quoted for parts and services needed were comparable and that Blue Star is a great company. I had your Technician Brandon H. Come out to re-wire my thermostat. But over time the wires burnt out. He came back for free to re-wire them a second time. My wires burnt out again. He came back a third time to re-evaluate the issue. Free of charge. Now we know we need to re-wire the whole system. At a great price and am Very Greatfull for your professionalism. Oneguard Home Warranty sent Blue Star to assess our unit that was blowing lukewarm air. The technician checked the unit in June and stated it doesn't perform as well because it is old- no servicing, just that diagnosis.  It went from bad to not functional in a month.  The same company came out at an additional fee and claimed to have fixed it by flipping a breaker on the broken unit 8-7, which caused  the other unit to go out within a day.  They came out again 8-17 (not between 12-2pm as discussed), for a third fee, and stated the unit was frozen and couldn't be worked on, probably just needed freon, and they would call to reschedule for 2 days later. That night, the breaker flipped unit they fixed 10 days prior went out- now both units are broken. They failed to call and schedule for Thursday (though supposedly put us on the schedule, says OneGuard). We have a house full of pets, no ac, and despite what would be free follow up, I hired another company just to stop dealing with a Blue Star as they can't schedule an appointment, much less fix an air conditioner.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. This company was extremely unprofessional and did not stand behind their services or products. We had a brand new system installed by them under a year ago with a 10 year warranty and 2 year parts and repairs warranty and they inform us that our board went out and would not be covered under their warranty. They wanted us to spend over 4K to have someone come out there and replace their faulty system. I refuse to use this company ever again.

Of course was in a jam, A/C went out when it was very hot. Was told that someone would be out to the house between 4:00p.m. and 7:00p.m., tech called around 1:00p.m. that he would be there in 30 minutes. I had a very good experience with this company.... I called at 8:30am and within 1hr they were at my home.. The technician replaced the Contactor on my A/C unit and the A/C was running up again... My charge was 400 dollars but i think it was worth it because they arrived promptly, explained the problem and got the A/C running again.
