We had a hot water heater issue and Local Plumbers Fort Worth was on it! They arrived the same day; and from scheduling to service, everyone was friendly and helpful. Tech was able to repair instead of replacing. Appreciate the honesty! We will definitely use them again

Update - After a few mishaps in scheduling, Local Plumbers
called me and explained why his team wasn't able to come out as scheduled.
Local Plumbers made a promise that he would personally come out and fix my leaking sprinkler pipe and he kept his word.
Leak was fixed as promised and the pricing was very reasonable. Thank you Local Plumbers for rectifying the situation

Appointment was made by phone, but no technician showed or called, and no answer when I tried calling to inquire about the status of the appointment..
I left a detailed message with the scheduler on the day of our appointment to see if they would let us know when we could expect their arrival, but no call back.
I think we may have been skipped because our repair was unlikely to cost much and their tech worked on more profitable jobs instead.
It all worked out ok, since we called another company and they promptly replaced our faucet for less.

They schedule service and don't show up. Then they say they will call you back and never call. I have no water and wasted my day trying to get service with this people. Do not use them for an emergency.

This is the worst company ever. I called was told someone would come out. No one ever called. Then when I called back. Was called a liar and was hung up on. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
