Right before the Thanksgiving holiday, we needed a carpet cleaning after a medical emergency. Even though Mars was fully booked until after the holiday, Julie understood the need for urgency and made sure to squeeze us in. She returned my call when she said she would and was incredibly professional and nice. Ben came to the house to clean and was absolutely amazing. He was so kind, incredibly thorough and super helpful. My sister and I were in the middle of taking care of a parent in the hospital and the experience with both Julie and Ben allowed us to focus on our parent. I can't say enough good things about their professionalism and the outcome of the cleaning. I recommend them all day, every day!

After several bids, I hired Mars to swap out my old FPE “fire starter” panel In our new house. Jason gave me bid and scope of work that were very clear. The crew showed up on time and began work. As with many jobs, they did run into a few issues, but they stayed and made sure the job was done correctly. Chris and Pedro were very professional, and left the place nice and clean when they were done. I now have an awesome Eaton panel that will last a lifetime, and they even labeled it for us.

I use a contractor JTM Remodeling whose helper removed paint from cabinets using a sander inside the house without covering furniture, AC registers, appliances or anything else of value; Needless to say the finest black mist settled on everything-It didn’t matter how much I cleaned, the mist would come back. The good news is Jose Farina, the owner of JTD Remodeling happens to have great connnections and is one of the most honorable people I’ve met. He recognized the problem and hired Mars Services to deep clean the house and also Clean the ducts and vents. They did an amazing job. Frankly, I didn’t think it was possible, but they managed to get the place so that there are no traces of the mist. I can use my oven, the HVAC and enjoy my home again. Mars Services is fantastic- I recommend them highly!

I used myhome.pro who apparently use Mars services to do a/c maintenance.Two guys arrived and were here almost 2 hours where previously one person would be here for 20-30 minutes and do a good job.
They spent most of their time checking and measuring duct pipes and outlets from the attic causing dirt from the pipes to drop through every vent in all rooms. this was neither requested or wanted.
They 'noticed' ducts needed replacing for $3000, they 'noticed' attic insulation that needed replacing for $2600. A pity they didn't notice the new filter next to the a/c and ask if I needed it installed. tThey seemed more interested in giving me 4 quotes for extra work which they will not get.
I was not impressed at all.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! Mars is an absolute nightmare of a company full of scammers. Use literally anybody else. They claimed to have cleared out my A/C lines back in May. In July, my ceiling nearly fell in from a leak caused by A/C conduit lines being clogged and pushing down into my plumbing. My plumber discovered my plumbing was caked up from the A/C line connection with my 3rd floor master bathroom, and immediately told me that my A/C guy needs to be clearing the lines and doing regular maintenance. When I told him it had been supposedly cleared out just 6 weeks earlier, he said, Do you see these pipes?
I don't know what he did, but when I do it it doesn't look like this. It is beyond obvious Mars didn't complete the service paid for.

When confronted with the photos and statements, Mars immediately forwarded me to their legal counsel and refused to do anything about it.

Chris and Pedro were the technicians. They helped advise me on different options and the best location of the outlets. They were very professional, courteous, and friendly. The actual install was very clean, tidy, and met all expectations.

We used Mars for our turnover cleaning for off campus student housing. They were very professional and our site coordinator, David, was great. He kept me up to speed throughout the teams progress each days and was on time throughout the process. Krystina in the main office is great too. There was a scheduling mix up and she was able to get someone out the next day. Super helpful.

I do make the rating 4 stars instead of 5 simply due to the fact that during the turn process there were several scheduling issues (one day a crew didn't show up, they informed me after the fact they don't work on sunday, and there were a couple days they didn't complete the list given). The scheduling isn't a huge deal usually, but when we only have 2 weeks to turn 169 units, it gets tight.

Overall I would recommend them. They do quality work and for a competitive price.

I had my main water line cracked in several spots and was leaking pretty bad although we still had pretty good water pressure. Dakota J did a fantastic job of fixing the leaks with new pipe, keeping me informed of the actions taken. He was incredibly professional, polite, and did a good job of cleaning up after the work was done.
We chose MARS Services (plumbing) because of the good reviews they have on the internet and Dakota represented them very well.

I can't say enough about Mars Services. Les came out to help troubleshoot an issue that another plumbing service failed to do correctly, and his boss Matt was available to answer and explain the situation to me when I didn't understand the plumbing talk. Joseph Hicks, the pest control manager came out to our property as well and was very informative and honest about our situation. He explained the chemicals used by our current vendor and the chemicals used by their company. He went into detail on the different options available and suggested a course of action that we are happy with. I work with vendors every single day, and Mars' customer service and pricing can not be beat.

I’ve used Mars Services a couple times now. Once for replacing an AC unit and once for ceiling texturing. Both times their prices have been very fair, their workers professional and punctual, and the work done has been exceptional. There was something weird going on with the new AC unit and they sent a guy out right away that spent almost an entire day until he figured it out. I would definitely recommend Mars Services for any work you need done!

Carlos did a great job on our couch! We had a few stains from moving our white couch in the Uhaul and he was able to remove them, even the really dark stains we thought were hopeless, now look unnoticeable. We thought the pricing was very good as well. Carlos was professional and polite! We will definitely use this service again, but hopefully we wont need it for awhile :)

We recently used Mars to come out after a company said my 2017 water heater needed to be replaced, the company who came out spent 5 min looking at things and ordered a new water heater, I was not ok with what they said and called Mars for a second opinion, turns out the water heater was fine and my home was inadequately plumbed, so Mars in one day brought my plumbing from 1/2 to 3/4, it was smooth and easy to get through the process and Derick was super knowledgeable about the process. We are greatfull for Mars and will use them for all of our home services!!!

We have used this company many times for carpet cleaning for our apartment complex. They are pretty good at that. But the housekeeping service and contact named Maria are not professional at all. We have had to have them come back multiple times to redo cleans. Been told by a housekeeper that stuff didn’t need to be cleaned and her refusing to do so. Also when Maria calls to correct a problem she is anything but professional. Rude, condescending, and very disrespectful. We are a place of business and this is not tolerated. We have chose to use a different service company solely because of the attitude of Maria. After years of working with them we are sad to do so, but happy to find a company that is great full for our business.

MARS Services is a mess. Avoid this place as much as you can. I had a plumbing problem and asked them for help. They sent some people to give me a quote first. Then instead of sending me the quote they started sending me invoices for a service that was not provided. This is the eighth time that they are contacting me with phone or email to charge me for a service that was not provided. I cannot be patient with them anymore.

Called Mars Services out to snake a drainage line. We found out it was a bigger problem, broken cast iron pipe. I paid $125 before he left for the snaking services.
They came out the next week to run a camera down to see the issue. Ran the camera from two spots and said we'd need to fully redo all of the drainage plumbing for our house. Said all of it everywhere is bad. Nothing too specific. Never asked for payment that day, said he'd give me a report with pictures and a video, since I was not home and so we could send it to insurance.
Never got the report. I asked once to follow up, still nothing. Still never asked for payment. Finally I moved on to another plumber. We were planning on getting a second opinion anyways.

About 6-7 weeks later I start getting calls from Debby with Mars Services that we owe them $325. I asked them what that was for. She'd call the next time that this was for running the camera. I said that was forever ago and we went with another plumber because y'all never followed up. She said she'd check into it. She called back, this time with a price reduction. $285 now for the camera the ran. I said again, y'all never followed up with me, we went with another plumber and the project is done. I don't know why I have to pay this. She said its for the camera they ran.

$285 was the agreed price before they came to run the camera. They said they'd waive that if we chose them for the project. They never followed up with a report and/or offer to do the project. They just came to me more than a month later for payment - initially for more than the originally agreed price.

Have your stuff together before you repeatedly come to me for payment. To me, you didn't do anything. I wasn't home, you said you'd send a report of your findings and you never did, and you never sent an offer for the actual project.

I ended up paying them the $285 because I don't know if they were about to send it to collections or what. The lady Debby called me like 4-5, never remembering the last time we spoke and seemingly more confused about my story. They must have no way of tracking conversations because she couldn't remember talking to me multiple times, and they never followed up on the plumbing project.

Jacob came and cleaned our carpets and did an amazing job. We did a walk through beforehand to look at a few of the stains. I didn’t have high expectations for one of our rooms, because our dogs had a few accidents in it and it was highly stained. The room smelled terribly of dogs. Boy was I wrong. Jacob was able to remove all of the stains and the smell. The carpets looked really good. I wished I had before and after pictures, because of how good it came out. Jacob was very professional and made sure I was happy with the results before leaving. Mars Services is reasonable priced, but give high quality results. I will be using them again next time I need carpets cleaned.

Shout out to Shane at Mars Services!! If you are in need of a thorough diagnosis Mars is the company to use. I went a week without hot water, when the issue could have been resolved by the first contractor that was sent out. Shane took his time and checked everything out with my hot water tank. Shane was very efficient and professional. Great customer service goes a long way with me and Shane exceeded my expectations especially after the horrible service I received from the last company. When he left i cried tears of joy, we take for granted the things that we have on a day to day basis. Thank you Shane for doing an amazing job! I will definitely use them in the future and you should too.

I called Mars to get a quote for replacing my electric panel in a ~40 year old home I recently purchased. Sammi was amazing in getting me a quick, competitive quote and then getting things scheduled. The electrician who replaced the panel was on time, friendly, and ensured that the work was done fully and safely.

I also used Mars a few days later to replace my main shutoff valve. Sammi got that scheduled for again, a competitive price and the plumber was on time and friendly. The initial replacement leaked a few days later (not Mars' fault, hairline crack in an existing connection) but Sammi was quick to get another plumber out the same day to fix the issue.

If you need electric or plumbing work done, Mars is a great choice.

Mars Services is an absolute joke. I requested a quote to fix around 7 doors inside of a house that entailed adjusting hinges and moving the striker plate. They insisted replacing all the doors for over $750. When I questioned what they were charging $750 for and why they were suggesting the doors be completely replaced, they went radio silent. I reached out to a local Handy man who fixed all doors for $150 and all issues were resolved in less than an hour. Very unprofessional, prices are terrible, and the fact they avoided my questions regarding their quote should speak volumes to the integrity of this company. I would never recommend this company to anyone. DO NOT USE THEM.

I think we all know the rule by now.. We don't talk about the ice storm that took over Texas back in February.. AKA snowvid. As a Property Manager working with residents during the storm and all the damages associated, I can say that partnering with Mars Services, Coni Leal in specific, was my light at the end of the tunnel. She had streamlined so many repairs for my residents and community to ensure we were back up and running just as quick as humanly possible. Coni's expertise in communication and project management provided the needed support to reassure my residents that they were in good hands. Coni, as their Project Manager, was out almost every day to ensure her teams were completing projects efficiently and effectively. I am the Store Manager of Fry's Electronics and we had a pipe break in our store, which caused severe flooding throughout. I called on to Mars, and within 45 minutes of the call I had several guys from their team on the job site. Within just a few hours and a ton of water to clean up, We were back in business. Mars is amazing. I have called on them from a flood emergency to regular service and then a move out service. The flood emergency was probably the worst because my landlord sent his guy. That person messed up my carpet so bad. I had Mars come in and not only get the rest of the flood out but also fix the damage to my carpet. Mars also helped me get my carpets ready for when i brought my son home from the hospital. They were understanding in The situation that my kid couldn't get sick or he would spend days to weeks in The hospital. As soon as they heard, they scheduled a cleaning so that when I brought him home, it would be safe. The products they use were safe for my son. They also did a move out for me. Mars left my house clean for me to get my deposit back. They did such a great job. The people that have come over have always been respectful and caring. As soon as I found Mars, I haven't let any company into my house.

I was given a job by this company and really felt that this was going to be a great place to work for an extended time. I was sure wrong. I wasn’t even given a chance really, which is good because I have come to see that the pay situation seems rather shady. I tried numerous times to get a breakdown of the hours I worked to compare to my daily log. Despite my efforts, my requests were ignored. I was charged a weekly retainer fee, even when I had no possession of anything belonging to the company. The crazy thing about my employment here was the fact that I was fired the morning after telling my boss that I was a disabled veteran. It was shady the way my employment was terminated and I will never see the money that was wrongfully taken out of my check. If an employee is done this way, there’s no doubt as to what the customers are getting. I have worked with a lot of companies and Mars was the worst by far. I worked too hard for the money to have it taken away by the employer. And surely there’s a discrepancy in the hours worked or I would have been able to see some proof of hours worked, instead of them bouncing me back and forth between offices. Only to be ignored. This is not a good place to work and I surely would not trust the services of a company that is wrongfully taking money away from its employees.

10 out of 10 would definitely use again. I had a clogged pipe so all of the plumbing in my bathrooms were backed up. Matt was very helpful and got me on the schedule immediately even though I had contacted them last minute. Les came out and had us fixed up in less than an hour.

Extremely pleased with the carpet cleaning services. We use MARS services twice a week at the apartment complex I work at in North Richland Hills. Julio is the one who primarily does the carpet cleaning and sometimes Carlos or both. They both do exceptional work and our senior residents are always extremely happy with the results. We also use MARS for vacant apartment make ready's, occasional air duct cleaning, flood emergencies, carpet stretching and repairs. They are the best!

On July 27, 2020 at approximately 1125AM an old Caucasian lady with glasses and stringy curly hair cut me off and nearly took my life on S Cooper St and W Arbrook Rd leaving Discount Tires to be stopped by the red light. If you plan on being in business the least you all could do is hire and train your employees about the rules of the road or what a major liability it would be to hit someone with company property. Your million dollar policy wouldn't of been enough for me if I was hit by this maniac behind the wheel nor will I ever do business with you all. The tragic driver nearly killed me and acted as if she was in the right. Cutting me off and nearly killing me by crossing 4 lanes of traffic to be at a red light isn't worth it. By the way I was NOT the only vehicle this trash driver cut off. It was by the grace of God no one was hurt, THIS TIME!!

We have done better renting the machine from the grocery store. The guy who came cleaned our 2 bedroom apartment in less than 10 minutes. It took more time for him to get the hoses up to our 3rd floor apartment than it took for him to clean. First he sprayed a solution all over and did like a steam clean all over passing over each area once. I didn't even know he was done. After using the steam to go over the carpet and not thoroughly (in one ofbthe bedroom the door was open and he didn't even close it to get behind the door) I thought he was going downstairs to get some other machine or something. He said to me , some of the stains in the living room and dining room are food stains and they are permanent...that's it. Clearly I was his last job of the day, he was sweaty and looked exhausted. Definitely not interested in customer service he wanted to check our job off his list and go home.
