Best A/C System Maintenance in Fort Wayne IN

House built in the later 1800's with enough set issues I had to get my lines cleared every 6 months due to roots and other issues. Bright these guys in, found out one of my lines was cracked and over 50% blocked, and they literally got on my roof and went through the vent to find out I had a major blockage that several competitors had missed. The other guys wanted $150+ to get the camera in my lines, FW Pipeline did it for free and saved me over $5k. Been a year and haven't had an issue, for the first time in 12 years. Couldn't recommend more, one of the all time best experiences I've had as a home owner.

Everything about our new HVAC experience with Coe was perfect. On the sales end last year, they were the only vendor who actually sat down in my kitchen and explained the various options (including more expensive option they said we really didn’t need). After one year, we had our first service and that was excellent as well. Lot’s of HVAC options in the Fort, but I highly recommend Coe.

This was the third company we called for the same problem with our AC. Called them at the recommendation of a friend. So glad we did! Technician knew immediately what the problem was. VERY reasonable price. Very professional. Would recommend to anyone!

Very unprofessional people. Calling for an appointment is like getting blood from a stone. Once they do show up, some really young kids who barely know anything turn up yanking and tearing at things unprofessionally. Once they left I noticed they left some tubing unscrewed on the condenser which created leaks. Now tell me why should I have to repair the repair I just paid for????

There are all polite and respectful. Everyone is very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions even at 2am to fix a pump. They fix things for n/c if they notice something not correct without questions.

We woke up Christmas Eve to a very cold house as our heater was no longer working. I called a number of companies with little success. When I contacted A. Hattersley they informed me that they could work us in. It was not long before Mark arrived and determined that our furnace line was frozen. He was able to get it thawed out enough to get the heater running again. We felt bad that he had to be out in this weather to correct the problem but grateful that he was able to identify the problem. He also explained the issue with how the line was installed. We will be looking in to having the line reworked once the weather warms up so we don’t run into this issue every time the weather gets this cold. We much appreciate the quick response on a holiday weekend.

Our Technician Ed was prompt, professional, and friendly. Looked at our problem quoted a price, we accepted, and he went to work on our problem. He got done in a timely manner and cleaned up. No complaints here, and this was our first time using Roto Rooter...Will be the first to call in the future if needed.

I called Service Experts and received a highly competitive quote on a new air conditioner. Two days later Abe Sanchez was in my garage to begin installation. He was very professional, respectful and friendly. He put me at ease and answered every question I had as if he had all the time in the world. When he realized he was missing a part another Service Expert team member was quick to deliver it. Abe worked efficiently and when he left, my garage was clean as if he had never been there and my house was cool and comfortable! I was so extremely impressed with Abe and his team. I had to reschedule multiple times due to work schedules and they were understanding each time! Brandon is extremely knowledgeable and very good at what he does! Will definitely recommend them to anyone needing hvac or plumbing work in the future!Also, just had to use Home Comfort Experts for a plumbing issue that we had. Caleb was extremely knowledgeable and got the issue fixed in no time. Definitely grateful for this company!

The Drain Doctors did an amazing job helping clear one of our sewer lines at work. They were able to diagnose where the issue was and then show me with a camera. Once they cleared the line, they showed me video of our clean sewer line from the main tee to the clean out. This is the first time in 15 years that someone has been able to show me the issue, as well as the resolution. I really appreciate their knowledge and professionalism. They explained everything along the way and were very thorough. They are definitely my new contractor of choice!!

Woke up to a backed up sewer line on a Saturday. Summers was responsive and called me back immediately. The serviceman followed up with a another call letting me know when they would arrive. Once he arrived he went over all the charges and proceeded to repair the issue. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is due to the cost of having them do the job. It was higher then I expected. But it was the weekend and I was at the mercy of getting the sewer unclogged ASAP.
