Nothing in my house was draining and in less than 5 minutes they identified the problem and took care of it for me. David and his partner were very professional and knowledgeable. There is no one I'm going to call besides Drain doctor For any plumbing issues I ever have in my life. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

As a single momi obviously have no idea what's going on with my drains so when I had an issue I panicked it was 3am and the toilet was overflowing. I couldn't believe how responsive this company was they were here at 8am sharp and got me squared away. The service man was so professional and customer service was A1. The guys who repaired the broken pipe I had did an amazing job! They worked me into their busy schedule to get it done as quickly as possible and communicated very well throughout the entire process. Both were professional and informative. Use Drain Doctor!

Honestly one of the most friendly services I’ve ever dealt with they were very honest and upfront about everything, I called to make an appointment because it was after hours but they were able to come that night for my emergency issue and I would very much recommend them. Very professional, informative, polite and friendly. He made sure the job was done well and in a timely manner. He even called to make sure no other problems cropped up. Would absolutely recommend!
Just to let everyone know, when this company tells you the fee is $125. That is only paying for their drive time to your driveway. They then have minimum fee of $225 for any work done in a kitchen or bathroom. Dave was at the house less than 30 minutes and the bill was $350. I will never use them again.

I had a clog in my drain and was VERY exhausted and upset that I was unable to get a professional out who knew how to fix my problem or had the tools to do so, until I was connected to this company! Very professional and showed up when they said they would be here. David and Seth did an outstanding job of completely cleaning our 57-year-old main sewer line from the basement toilet to the city sewer line. We had another local company snake the sewer line 3 years ago and they just ran a 3/4 snake down the line and said it was fixed. David and Seth ran a cleaner head down the 4 sewer line that completely cleaned the cast iron pipe. I am completely satisfied with the work they did and would recommend their services who want their drain problems fixed for good.

Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality job within a short time frame. I called at 11pm, and David was at my house within 30 minutes. He immediately jumped into the job with no hesitation and no worry about the mess my backed up drain caused. David exceeded expectations set by any other company we've ever used for our too frequent sewer back ups. First, he was early for his specific appointment time, no 2-4 hour windows. He was super friendly and, most importantly, he even helped clean up the mess in the bathroom. He asked for more towels, a fan and extension cord to keep our floors from being ruined. I was just going to wait for my husband to get home to take care of all that, now we're 5 hours ahead on drying out the space. We'll definitely spread your name.

This is one of the best plumber experiences I’ve ever had. David came out within an hour of us calling he was extremely kind, and did great work. He showed me that the sink was no longer leaking and even checked in 24 hours later to make sure it was still not leaking. It was also extremely reasonably priced. I will absolutely use drain doctor for all future plumbing needs.
They got to me the same day I called. They showed up and got right to work they were informative about the process and how it worked. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of cleaning their drain.

The Drain Doctors did an amazing job helping clear one of our sewer lines at work. They were able to diagnose where the issue was and then show me with a camera. Once they cleared the line, they showed me video of our clean sewer line from the main tee to the clean out. This is the first time in 15 years that someone has been able to show me the issue, as well as the resolution. I really appreciate their knowledge and professionalism. They explained everything along the way and were very thorough. They are definitely my new contractor of choice!!

Had the Drain Doc out for a clogged tub. They were able to come in the evening to ensure we were back to normal for our night time/morning routines. Without exaggeration, the BEST experience ever with a plumber or anyone who has worked on my house! I called at 8am about a clog other plumbers were not able to clear. Drain Doctor responded to all my questions with great patience and knowledge. They came by 2 hours later and immediately unclogged the drain with no problems. Next time they will be my first call.
