Replaced my old tankless water heater with a new high efficiency electronic one, required a lot of repiping and venting. Job done professionally and appears to be working better than the old one ever did.

My appointment was at 3pm but I was running super late. I called the office to see if they could come out at 4 instead. (it was 2:30pm when I called in) They were kind enough to change the time for me. I was so greatful! Installed a new humidifier and changed filter and bracket on my ac. Rudy and his apprentice Justin did a great job relocating and installing a new outlet for my dryer. I greatly appreciated his thoughtfulness and thoroughness. He even fixed the mistake the people made with install my new dryer cord. Would definitely use Korte again.

Excellent technician and very reliable company . This is the second heating company I have used for the same issue, and this place did not up charge me and run my bill up . He actually diagnosed what he thinks the problem is . I will be using this company for ALL future heating and cooling needs . I’m so glad I was referred to them and didn’t waste my time with any other companies and only wish I had tried them a lot sooner . Lesson learned .

Greg and Caleb did a great job installing our new furnace. They were on time and communicated well. They were very professional and courteous. All the challenges of the installation were handled with thoughtfulness and efficiency. They made sure all our questions were answered before they left the job site. I would recommend them and Korte without reservation.

It takes a lot for me to write a bad review. Absolutely do NOT use this company. I had some work done through my warranty company back in January 2019. They never submitted the claim but took the $100 deductible I paid. I have been fighting with my warranty company to cover the repair cost of the two holes in my ceiling from the plumbing fix because Jason from Simply Water Heaters never sent in the Service Report. I have called them several times a week and spoke with Erica who says they sent it but then clarified they actually only sent in the dimensions of the holes they cut open. Jason keeps saying he will call me but never does, they won't give ME a copy of the service report, and no one can give me a better break down of the bill because I'm now totally skeptical and wondering if they over charged me and walked away from submitting it to the warranty company.

I am SO sick of calling and begging someone to help me here, all I'm asking is for some information and no one can be bothered.
