House built in the later 1800's with enough set issues I had to get my lines cleared every 6 months due to roots and other issues. Bright these guys in, found out one of my lines was cracked and over 50% blocked, and they literally got on my roof and went through the vent to find out I had a major blockage that several competitors had missed. The other guys wanted $150+ to get the camera in my lines, FW Pipeline did it for free and saved me over $5k. Been a year and haven't had an issue, for the first time in 12 years. Couldn't recommend more, one of the all time best experiences I've had as a home owner.

Called for an emergency toilet clog and Kris came out on a very cold day and helped! He worked tirelessly to fix our problem. As new business owners we are learning that things break frequently but it’s nice to know there are small businesses like ours that can help! Would definitely recommend them in the future!

They did an awesome job replacing two outdoor spigots that were old & leaking. Our water main shutoff wouldn't close completely and needed replaced, they coordinated the shutoff so that the repair could be done, as well as getting the city back out to turn on the water after the shutoff was repaired. Very fair price on all the work as well, thanks for a job well done!

My husband and I had a tankless water heater installed by A Hattersley & Sons and our installers (Mark and Josh) did a wonderful and thorough job, he was also very pleasant and cared about our questions and any concerns we may of had. We used them before when we had our toilettes changed out and they did a wonderful job with them as well.....in fact we have them do our yearly maintenance checks. Great people!

The two technicians that were sent out the same day I called were very professional. They got right to work determining exactly what was causing the problem with our plumbing. They were careful not to track in mud even though it was a rainy messy day when they came. I am thankful that there are still people out there who stand behind their work.

I needed electrical service installed for a new home and called around to a few contractors. Korte wasn't the lowest estimate (nor the highest), but I ended up choosing them because of how easy their people were to get in touch with, it was like pulling teeth at some other places. Once I gave them the OK to proceed, the work was scheduled quickly and the crew came out on time and did a fantastic job. A few days later AEP informed me that they needed a component changed and Korte had someone out to replace it in just a few hours, providing simply amazing service, I'm not sure that would have gone so smoothly with some of the more economical contractors. You certainly get what you pay for in this world and Korte provided me with a great value.

I found them to be overpriced. I called 3 different companies for duct work cleaning. The price quote I received over the phone was considerably more than the other quotes I had received.

Mike was very informative and did an awesome job. He arrived within one hour of my phone call and had my water heater installed and the old one gone in two hours. I only have good things to say about Korte. They have helped my out more than once and their employees have been nothing but polite and helpful. Thank you!

The only positive was that they had someone available the next day. Everything else was downhill from there.

I was given a price on the phone to clear a drain but when the guy showed up he told me he charges by the hour not the price I was given. So of course he turns out to be the slowest guy in the world. Not only did he move slowly, he keep taking breaks and also liked to talk a lot. Ultimately he did not have the right tools to do the job so that was a total waste of my money. Why be efficient or effective when you can get rich being an incompetent sloth? He told me I needed to call someone to do a camera inspection. On his page it says he does camera inspections, but he said he doesn't. When I do find people who do camera inspections, they all tell me camera inspections can not be done if the drain is not clear first. I finally find someone else who knew what they were doing to clear the drain with no problems.
