I've utilized Golden rule three times. Steve came out the first time and I've requested him since. Very knowledgeable, cleans up after he has finished. Steve does a great job.
I wish I could give a negative number on this review. I called looked for someone to unclog a kitchen drain. The only thing I got from the time the phone was answered was attitude.
You may be called golden rule but you sure don't know what that means ! I will spend my money elsewhere !!!!

Forgive me I am so sorry I forgot his name. Anyway he is so professional very polite he speak to you and I'm polite manner make you feel comfortable in your own home and I want to thank him for that. He came out the first time to unplug the sewer drain that was clogged with grease when he got done he told me that he had found some roots and that I need to take care of that soon so we schedule another appointment for the next month he came out on time each time he came out he was on time never late like I said very professional I will let all my friends know of Golden rule and if I had to call anyone else again I hope I get him sorry I forgot your name LOL very professional very. I pray your back feel better soon. Very satisfied with the work that was done.

The only positive was that they had someone available the next day. Everything else was downhill from there.
I was given a price on the phone to clear a drain but when the guy showed up he told me he charges by the hour not the price I was given. So of course he turns out to be the slowest guy in the world. Not only did he move slowly, he keep taking breaks and also liked to talk a lot. Ultimately he did not have the right tools to do the job so that was a total waste of my money. Why be efficient or effective when you can get rich being an incompetent sloth? He told me I needed to call someone to do a camera inspection. On his page it says he does camera inspections, but he said he doesn't. When I do find people who do camera inspections, they all tell me camera inspections can not be done if the drain is not clear first. I finally find someone else who knew what they were doing to clear the drain with no problems.

This is a superb company! I was getting the run around from another company I had already paid but didn't get my issue fixed. I had reached my limit and called this company for help. They had someone out the next day and they had it fixed in an hour what the other company couldn't do in 3 weeks. Not to mention they were far more affordable. They are a blessing. I would 100% recommend them to anyone.
lady that answers the phone has very little information about what's going on with the company. it was kind of disappointing she couldn't answer general questions. Howeverwe booked bc of family friend. The actual service was great.

We had an emergency on a Saturday afternoon and they came out within the hour. Not only did Steven do a fabulous job when he rescued us, the amount charged was incredibly fair! I highly reccommend this company.

They staff on the phone was nice,but never called us back. I called several times throughout the day to see when they could come out. No one could give me a definite answer. So i called back after waiting several hours. They acted as if it was the first time they talked to me and was the same thing,we will try to contact our pump guy and get back to you. We endend up calling someone else. Thanks anyway.

As much as it pains me to have annual sewer cleanings from maple tree roots, the folks at Golden Rule Sewer Service deliver on their namesake with prompt, dependable service at competitive costs. They came out to unclog a sewer but told me it wasn’t needed. Went in to check toilets and sinks and found a couple of things there that were causing a slow flush and drain. Didn’t even charge me! Great people who have been there for others in my family before.
