Best Maintenance And Inspection in Fort Wayne IN

House built in the later 1800's with enough set issues I had to get my lines cleared every 6 months due to roots and other issues. Bright these guys in, found out one of my lines was cracked and over 50% blocked, and they literally got on my roof and went through the vent to find out I had a major blockage that several competitors had missed. The other guys wanted $150+ to get the camera in my lines, FW Pipeline did it for free and saved me over $5k. Been a year and haven't had an issue, for the first time in 12 years. Couldn't recommend more, one of the all time best experiences I've had as a home owner.

Very unprofessional people. Calling for an appointment is like getting blood from a stone. Once they do show up, some really young kids who barely know anything turn up yanking and tearing at things unprofessionally. Once they left I noticed they left some tubing unscrewed on the condenser which created leaks. Now tell me why should I have to repair the repair I just paid for????

Have a 3 year old Trane furnace that froze up twice in the winter. The installing contractors were unable to determine cause, and didn't want to pursue. The guys at Sheets came out and fixed some shoddy installation work. I will use Sheets for all of my future HVAC and plumbing needs.

I’m new to the area and am so happy to have an honest and fair company like Hattersley . We were about to attempt to fix the toilet ourselves by ripping it out of the floor and are so happy we did not!! Hattersley not only fixed the problem without any invasive or damaging solutions but taught me exactly what to try in case we ever have a similar issue . They have a the heart of a teacher !

We had a clogged drain and they were able to get someone out that day to clear the clog. The service was fast and the technician was efficient.

As, always, your guys are friendly, helpful and informative. As a business, I give you a one. It never fails that as a loyal customer, I am paying more than new customers or customers that need to pay on monthly bases. Having to pay an extra $20 for paying in full is ludicrous!! I am not happy at all.

Top of the line! Very professional & family oriented. Came to fix something & did a couple other services for free. Will be expecting these guys again for another job.

Was the original installer when we had home built. Failed to connect 'super heater' on Geo system. After we discovered the install was not complete came back and hooked up.
1st service call two years later, service man was on time and polite. Did not fully complete repair (didn't have part). Stated he 'might have to come back'). Did not return but his 'temporary fix' worked for several months, $80 trip charge.
When the same failure reoccurred, another serviceman came $100 trip fee. Serviceman said he needed a part he did not have. Another temp fix. He told us he could come back but there would be another $100 trip fee.

Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling arrived on time and quickly disconnected my old dishwasher before installing the new faucet and bathroom shower head I bought. Sadly, the new dishwasher hadn't arrived by the time they were done their other two tasks (they were just *that efficient*), but they were able to step away to another job. The dishwasher was delivered in their absence, and they returned within two hours to finish install it. They we're courteous, polite and adept. They were neat and tidy, and left my condo kitchen spotless. They were a pleasure to work with, and I cannot recommend Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling highly enough. While their services did not come cheaply, I for one am very happy with the price I paid for their excellent service.

Carlos,and mason worked very hard together to install new sink and faucet and refrigerator line for water and ice.had to trim my countertop to get a great fit.Also cleaned up everything before getting to their next appointment.You guys were much appreciated. Thanks!!!

We were have AAA Sewer come out every 6 months to clean our lines. They always did a great job but that didn't fix the problem. They came out and replaced the line. It was so less expensive then we were anticipating. Great job guys!

Had them come out to check on leak for toilet. They said it was wax ring (which I just changed). Leak continued after and I called them to come check it out again. Same issue and again they said wax ring. I now have water stains in the ceiling below toilet and am currently hiring another company to actually look at the issue and now I have to hire a contractor to repair my ceiling.

Update: My entire sub floor and ceiling below needs replaced due to a problem I hired them to fix multiple times and they brushed off as a wax ring. Terrible service.

Had old water heater replaced by Jake Schlie. Work was done on-time, quality workmanship, quality product, answered several questions I had about the process and the product. Very well done and I'd recommend Jake and Korte to anyone!
