House built in the later 1800's with enough set issues I had to get my lines cleared every 6 months due to roots and other issues. Bright these guys in, found out one of my lines was cracked and over 50% blocked, and they literally got on my roof and went through the vent to find out I had a major blockage that several competitors had missed. The other guys wanted $150+ to get the camera in my lines, FW Pipeline did it for free and saved me over $5k. Been a year and haven't had an issue, for the first time in 12 years. Couldn't recommend more, one of the all time best experiences I've had as a home owner.

My furnace fan blower motor went out Saturday night, and I called at 7am Sunday morning. The technician showed up shortly after and had it fixed in less than an hour. He was very professional and I appreciate him being considerate of his time spent on the work in order to keep the cost low. I feel like like most would take advantage of the weekend/abnormal hours rate.

I'm currently upgrading my basement and decided to convert my wood burning fireplace to gas. I received a fair estimate from Merz and have been very happy with their work and understanding of the job to be done. They took their time in evaluating the scope of the project and completed the job as discussed. They connected to my gas line outside and brought this into my house. They then made the connection through my brick fireplace into the inside.

During the upgrade of basement, I decided to replace my old Furnance and AC Unit as well. I again used Merz to complete this task. They did an awesome job with installation and even recommended/completed a small redesign in utility room to make everything fit better. They re-ran new main heat duct up in trusses (were below ceiling before) and redesigned cold air return for better efficiency. Dan and his crew were exceptional during all phases and communication of project was great. During clean up, his crew detected a small gas odor too (nothing from their work) and were diligent enough to fix and correct. Very..very happy customer and would 100% recommend this business. All things working great with new Trane System, and looking forward in keeping comfortable with new units.

Poorman's installed a new heating and cooling system in our home and we could not be happier. After an initial service call revealed our old system was dead, we worked with Tyler to design our new system. He was patient, transparent and answered all our questions as we reviewed multiple quotes. On the day of the installation the team ran into some unexpected issues (with our house), but they handled it in stride. It was a long day but they did not leave until we had cool air coming out of our vents! The follow through over the next few days was excellent as they tied up loose ends and ensured the system was working as intended. Every Poorman's associate we came into contact with was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We highly recommend.

I’m new to the area and am so happy to have an honest and fair company like Hattersley . We were about to attempt to fix the toilet ourselves by ripping it out of the floor and are so happy we did not!! Hattersley not only fixed the problem without any invasive or damaging solutions but taught me exactly what to try in case we ever have a similar issue . They have a the heart of a teacher !

After heavy rain, our sump pump went out.Rob from Roto Rooter was here in less than an hour.Our Water Commander back up which was previously installed by Joel from Roto Rooter worked flawlessly. It was pumping water out of the house like a fire hose and not a drop got in the basement. Rob replaced the old sump pump like the pro that he is and we couldn't be happier.

J L MORY misrepresented their verbal service contract. In fact I never received a written service contract. When I needed service, I was charged for the service, which was told, no service charge, only for discounted parts. Really! I recommend that do business with their competitors, for example J F Miller - I am a dissatisfied customer stuck with an costly service contract ☹️

I've had a relationship with Roth Griffin Service Experts since the early 1990s. They have installed HVAC units in two of my homes. I am satisfied with their work, their promptness in their appointment time and they leave the workspace clean. Nick V was here yesterday and did a fantastic job!

I was ripped off. I was told I'm not a salesman but he was and that should've stopped then. I wasn't told and couldn't see the print about no reimbursement of my 1st payment of the membership. 😒.

Outstanding......Sump pump failure lead to several inches of flood waters in to the basement. Korte's had a guy on site asap. They handle the furnance, hot water heater replacement & new sump pump with battery sump pump as a back up.Both Neal K & Aaron K were very professional & knowledgable. I would highly recommend them & will to any one I know.Thank you!!!
