Jeff C has been my service tech for several years. Knows the furnace well and winterized it this time. Very courteous and speedy. Knows his stuff

I called another HVAC company at 3:00 p.m. on a Friday and was told I'd be charged higher weekend/emergency fees for same day service on our furnace which was not working correctly the weekend before a frigid January forecast. Hung up and called Northeast Mechanical. NE was able to come out that day and fixed our problem for a very reasonable fee. Had glorious heat all weekend -- very pleased with my experience!! Would definitely call them next time I need repairs or routine service!!

Was the original installer when we had home built. Failed to connect 'super heater' on Geo system. After we discovered the install was not complete came back and hooked up.
1st service call two years later, service man was on time and polite. Did not fully complete repair (didn't have part). Stated he 'might have to come back'). Did not return but his 'temporary fix' worked for several months, $80 trip charge.
When the same failure reoccurred, another serviceman came $100 trip fee. Serviceman said he needed a part he did not have. Another temp fix. He told us he could come back but there would be another $100 trip fee.

I have used them for years. They really do a quality job! And their commercials are pretty funny too....Recommend!

I would definitely recommend this company, they did a great job we had great guys to do the work , they were courteous, they let you know when there on there way . We felt they were very affordable for all we got. We had a couple mishaps happened while they were on project and they fixed it with no fuss or problems . Great bunch of guys to work with . I am very satisfied with Rolf Griffin. Joel Stephenson came today 1/12/22 because my furnace was leaking water. He was very friendly and courteous and solved the issue. I am very pleased with his work and I plan to continue using his services. Thank you Joel!

Peter bowman was not only professional and knew his job. But he has an awesome personality and delivered great service. He even found us a crew to fix chimney and called us and set up an appointment.would like to keep him for our service man from now on .

I called summers because our furnace quit working they came right out and fixed the problem. A big thanks too Jeff Ormsby the technician for taking care of us.

The guys did an amazing job! I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of any of their many services. Our furnace blower went out in 90 degree weather. I called that morning and they came to look at it within a few hours. Service tech found the problem along with a few other issues. Bad news was they had to condemn the unit do to carbon monoxide gases entering the house. With recently become a parent and having a 7 week old in the house we know it needed to be fixed. We agreed on a new unit that would be installed within a week due to a backed up schedule they were handling with the weather we were having. Once word got out about us having a 7 week old at the time the moved the install date to the next day. The unit is running great and we got some nice warranties included that will have it running great for years! Again they did an outstanding job! Thanks guys!

Jake did a thorough job of assessing my situation and presented me with 5 pressure-free options. After I picked the option that worked for me, Jake (and Cody) were quick to start the work. A short time later, I have a new water heater, I understand how it works, and I couldn't be more pleased with this entire experience. I also appreciate Lizzy and Heather for getting me a quick appointment so I didn't have to wait for hot water!!!
