Everything about our new HVAC experience with Coe was perfect. On the sales end last year, they were the only vendor who actually sat down in my kitchen and explained the various options (including more expensive option they said we really didn’t need). After one year, we had our first service and that was excellent as well. Lot’s of HVAC options in the Fort, but I highly recommend Coe.

Furnace not working, technicians came over the same day I called. Thermostat needed replaced. Loaned me a used thermostat until new one arrived and installed the day after I received it. Prompt and professional service!

Great experience here, they were referred to me from a friend and I was completely satisfied with the work, knowledge and price I was charged. Our furnace went out in the middle of the night, I called Josh and he walked me through some troubleshooting tips (as he was still on a job). Once we realized there was nothing else I could do, Josh offered to come by after his other job was finished or first thing in the morning. He came by at 8:30AM had the furnace up and going in no time, he fixed the furnace and went back through the entire system to make sure all of my settings were adjusted properly. He never once tried to sell me any parts or things I didn't need. Top notch service company!

I am very happy with the installation of our furnace and a/c. The service men were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The quality of the system is very good. We can tell the difference in the quality of the air in the house. We did get the air purifier and I am very happy that we did. I would definitely recommend.

Great Service all the way around. Initial consultation with a knowledgeable and courteous rep which convinced me to have the installation done by them. Prompt service and hard working installers showed up the next day. Very satisfied with the level of service and the staff of professionals.

Had Mark come and fix my heat pump. He had it figured out and back working in no time. I've had Mark work on stuff before when he was with other companies he worked for. He knows his stuff and works very hard at finding and fixing the problem and has a solution in no time. A Hattersley & Sons should be very thankful and proud to have such a great worker and person on their team! Highly recommended Mark for anything you have an issue with.

Just had Nick Vandersloot out to do the annual service check of my furnace. He gave me a call that he was on his way and arrived promptly did an excellent job checking my system and making a minor repair of a condenser that was near the end of its life can't say enough about the excellent job that he did. THANKS SO MUCH!

Our technician, Jahliya, was an absolute pleasure. She worked quickly, professionally, and made sure any of our concerns were addressed before she left.

Giles and jordan did an amazing job repair the water main to my new house. They also went above and beyond to repair our toilet!

I had my heat go out all of the sudden at 8 PM and Joel was at my place to fix it in about 30 minutes after I called. He did a great job and because of his professionalism and service I will continue to be a Korte customer.
