Jeff C has been my service tech for several years. Knows the furnace well and winterized it this time. Very courteous and speedy. Knows his stuff

We had a complicated situation and the repairman went above and beyond for us. They not only were professional but they were knowledgeable. I will continue to have them come for all services.

Was the original installer when we had home built. Failed to connect 'super heater' on Geo system. After we discovered the install was not complete came back and hooked up.
1st service call two years later, service man was on time and polite. Did not fully complete repair (didn't have part). Stated he 'might have to come back'). Did not return but his 'temporary fix' worked for several months, $80 trip charge.
When the same failure reoccurred, another serviceman came $100 trip fee. Serviceman said he needed a part he did not have. Another temp fix. He told us he could come back but there would be another $100 trip fee.

Great experience here, they were referred to me from a friend and I was completely satisfied with the work, knowledge and price I was charged. Our furnace went out in the middle of the night, I called Josh and he walked me through some troubleshooting tips (as he was still on a job). Once we realized there was nothing else I could do, Josh offered to come by after his other job was finished or first thing in the morning. He came by at 8:30AM had the furnace up and going in no time, he fixed the furnace and went back through the entire system to make sure all of my settings were adjusted properly. He never once tried to sell me any parts or things I didn't need. Top notch service company!

Highly recommend! We had been without AC for 2 months because we were quoted such a high cost by another company. Decided to contact Poormans and their pricing was much more reasonable, they came out first thing and were so kind and went above and beyond! Excellent service!!

I called Sheets Central Air at 9:33 am and my A/C was fixed by 12:30 pm ! My technician was Jeremy, he was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. No nonsense, very efficient. We placed sump pump using Rolf Griffin, the service was great and quick, still working great, last week I had a question about blinking light, they sent techician right a way, he answered my question and also looked at other plumbing issue in the house and offered simple fix and saved me at least a thousand dollar for a unnecessary job that I was going to do and advised by another company, I will definitely reach out to them for future plumbing issues.
