Best Heating And Cooling Systems in Fort Wayne IN

Everything about our new HVAC experience with Coe was perfect. On the sales end last year, they were the only vendor who actually sat down in my kitchen and explained the various options (including more expensive option they said we really didn’t need). After one year, we had our first service and that was excellent as well. Lot’s of HVAC options in the Fort, but I highly recommend Coe.

We started with Northeast Mechanical with a basement remodel eight years ago. We are thrilled when we
go downstairs to the basement in the winter months because it is warm and toasty. No need for a sweater.
Northeast Mechanical also found a way for our bathrooms on the main floor to have heating and cooling. In one bathroom, there was an electric heater mounted on the wall. This was taken off. A path for a duct from the furnace/air conditioner was found and installed through the bathroom floor. The other bathroom had no heat or cooling. The same process happened again for this bathroom.
We also have Northeast Mechanical routinely checkout the heating and cooling systems at the beginning of fall and winter. This ensures that these systems are always operational when needed.
We highly recommend Northeast Mechanical for your HVAC needs because we have never been with out heat or air-conditioning when needed.

J L MORY misrepresented their verbal service contract. In fact I never received a written service contract. When I needed service, I was charged for the service, which was told, no service charge, only for discounted parts. Really! I recommend that do business with their competitors, for example J F Miller - I am a dissatisfied customer stuck with an costly service contract ☹️

Great experience here, they were referred to me from a friend and I was completely satisfied with the work, knowledge and price I was charged. Our furnace went out in the middle of the night, I called Josh and he walked me through some troubleshooting tips (as he was still on a job). Once we realized there was nothing else I could do, Josh offered to come by after his other job was finished or first thing in the morning. He came by at 8:30AM had the furnace up and going in no time, he fixed the furnace and went back through the entire system to make sure all of my settings were adjusted properly. He never once tried to sell me any parts or things I didn't need. Top notch service company!

Arrived right on time & started to work on getting the pipe unclogged! Very pleasent & effecient!! 👍🙂

Jessie Garcia was the technician who serviced our two air conditioning systems. There were some issues with one system, and rather than charge for a test he thought was needed, he called in his supervisor to get a second opinion. Not only did they decide what was necessary, they gave us a very fair deal for the whole process. It is always this type of service that we get from Rolf Griffin and I would not use any other company. I highly recommend Jessie and the company as a whole.

Jordan the tech has the best customer service. He came up the driveway with a smile,and very pleasant with telling me what he was doing and where the problem was coming from.. Keep Up The Good Work JORDAN!!!

We are very happy with the service provided by Summers. We got a new furnace and AC at a great price and the installers Zach and Mike were very professional and neat. Overall a great experience. Michael S was very knowledgeable and professional as well. Thank you highly recommend company.
