Everything about our new HVAC experience with Coe was perfect. On the sales end last year, they were the only vendor who actually sat down in my kitchen and explained the various options (including more expensive option they said we really didn’t need). After one year, we had our first service and that was excellent as well. Lot’s of HVAC options in the Fort, but I highly recommend Coe.

They were recommended by Home Depot. Austin came out and fixed the pilot light on the water heater. He advised that the heater was old and needed replacing. A couple of days later we had him come back out to give us a new water heater. He did it in the time he said, and did a great job. We are very pleased with them.

Added an electrical boxes for tv. They will always be my go to service!

Was the original installer when we had home built. Failed to connect 'super heater' on Geo system. After we discovered the install was not complete came back and hooked up.
1st service call two years later, service man was on time and polite. Did not fully complete repair (didn't have part). Stated he 'might have to come back'). Did not return but his 'temporary fix' worked for several months, $80 trip charge.
When the same failure reoccurred, another serviceman came $100 trip fee. Serviceman said he needed a part he did not have. Another temp fix. He told us he could come back but there would be another $100 trip fee.

I got multiple estimates for a new Furnace and A/C for my home, before being recommended MJM by a friend. Their estimate came in lower than all the others (significantly lower than some companies), and they had still had the top of the line equipment I was expecting. The service technicians were prompt, friendly, and answered all my questions. I would HIGHLY recommend MJM Mechanical to anyone shopping for a new HVAC system.

I have used Rolf Griffin for many years. They are an extremely reliable company and give great service. Rafael Alfano-Valencia came out to service my furnace. He was thorough and walked me through every aspect of what he was doing. I highly recommend this company.

Doesn’t feel like they stand behind their products. 2 year old system they put in and charged $125 just to come to the house and then $140 to replace a part under warranty, 3 total screws and 3 quick connects. 10 minutes tops. Sound reasonable?I do not put this on the technician, Dillon was courteous and professional.

We paid $400 to get our plumbing issue fixed. Two weeks later it’s completely the same as before and the second technician says we need all new plumbing estimated at 11k so basically we just threw $400 down the drain because the first technician didn’t even pay attention to what was wrong.

Noah and his team were very fast and efficient. I called this morning at 9 o’clock. My water heater was broken and turns out it needed to be completely replaced. They got us up and running by 1 PM same day !

Due to a mixup about the key box code the technician was unable to do an inspection but he supplied us with helpful information.
