Best HVAC Service in Fort Wayne IN

My furnace fan blower motor went out Saturday night, and I called at 7am Sunday morning. The technician showed up shortly after and had it fixed in less than an hour. He was very professional and I appreciate him being considerate of his time spent on the work in order to keep the cost low. I feel like like most would take advantage of the weekend/abnormal hours rate.

This is the best plumbing, heating and A/C company in Fort Wayne: they do everything plumbing. drain, heating, A/C and electrical.. The residential tech I had was Mark, he is honest, reliable and dependable. He bends over backwards to find a solution he goes above and beyond what is required of him. He is very polite he answers all my questions without making me feel stupid because I don’t know much about plumbing and heating but he takes the time to explain so that I know what’s going on. If there is a problem he gives me options . He is upfront about the costs there are no hidden charges. I have dealt with other companies similar to this in the past and this is by far the best one that I have ever found and Mark is the best tech that has ever worked on my equipment. A storm over the weekend damaged our AC unit. Home Comfort came out and repaired the unit in one visit. Cody Bennett was wonderful -- he spent plenty of time answering our questions and giving us several options for repairing the AC. Even though he was there for the AC, he checked the furnace as well and replaced the filter (which is something we forget to do!). A great experience and my family is grateful for their help!

I’m refinishing my kitchen and needed a gas line moved. It’s a relatively small job but one that needed a plumber. At first, I called the company that does it all and rhymes with Shmorty. No joke, they quoted me over $1,000. Clearly, the they didn't want my business. I called a few more places and was getting quite disheartened as all these plumbers wanted a $75 service fee to just come out and look at the work. My google algorithm finally suggested Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling. So, I gave them a ring expecting the same run around. Not only did they come out to look at the work for free, they charged me a much lower more reasonable price, and completed the work a day later. Their service didn’t stop there. Following that appointment maybe a month later, I had some trouble fitting the oven to the new gas line and they had me swing by where they gave me the part I couldn’t find at a hardware store…for free. They simply just wanted to help. Days later when I was pushing the oven against the wall I was having trouble getting it flush so I called them just asking for advice but instead they had someone come out and help get the oven flush against the wall without charging a dime. Frankly, they went out of their way for a customer that had a simple, cheap, easy job. Think about what they would do for a customer that had larger work for them. The ladies they have working the phone are kind and helpful, their plumbers are equally helpful and go out of their way, and I find their pricing reasonable and accommodating. I think it speaks volumes that this company went out of their way for a customer that had a small, simple job. I wish Summers did more than Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling because I want to give them more of my business based on how helpful, reasonable, easy to work with, and accommodating this company was for a $200 job. Give them a chance, I bet they will work over time to make sure you are satisfied with their work.

Tyler and his apprentice were very friendly, professional, and knowledgable. Tyler was very thorough and explained in detail all that he was doing to troubleshoot the electrical issues I had. He answered all of my questions and gave me practical advice and preventative measures on things I could do to improve my situation.I only gave 4 stars because the cost to come out and do any type of troubleshooting was different than what I was told by the scheduler when I called to make the appointment.

My well water pressure tank flooded my basement the day before Thanksgiving. I pumped my basement and picked up a new tank. Called these guys and they had the new one installed that day. They also had to change out some old pipes. They were super professional and polite. Will use them in the future.
