Everything about our new HVAC experience with Coe was perfect. On the sales end last year, they were the only vendor who actually sat down in my kitchen and explained the various options (including more expensive option they said we really didn’t need). After one year, we had our first service and that was excellent as well. Lot’s of HVAC options in the Fort, but I highly recommend Coe.

So impressed that our AC was fixed just a few hours after my initial contact for repair. Then our 2nd unit broke the next day and I was able to have the same serviceman come save the day once again. Thank you!

Mark and Ron were professional and knowledgeable. Explained everything they were doing and what I still need to do. Got the roots out of my sewer and unclogged my bathroom. They showed up on time, were efficient and I would definitely have them do more work at my home

Was the original installer when we had home built. Failed to connect 'super heater' on Geo system. After we discovered the install was not complete came back and hooked up.
1st service call two years later, service man was on time and polite. Did not fully complete repair (didn't have part). Stated he 'might have to come back'). Did not return but his 'temporary fix' worked for several months, $80 trip charge.
When the same failure reoccurred, another serviceman came $100 trip fee. Serviceman said he needed a part he did not have. Another temp fix. He told us he could come back but there would be another $100 trip fee.

I have used MJM numerous times! They are always on time, professional, and charge a fair rate. Would highly recommend compared to any other HVAC company I have used.

There are all polite and respectful. Everyone is very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions even at 2am to fix a pump. They fix things for n/c if they notice something not correct without questions.

Evan and Doug were very professional, polite and completed the job quicker than was originally thought as well as contacting their supervisor being able to bring down cost from original quote. Evan has been in our house multiple times during a stressful time of having a fairly major water leak and his presence was reassuring as he explained things throughly and assisted us through the process. We request him by name to return for service. Highly recommend Rolf and this team of workers.
