My furnace fan blower motor went out Saturday night, and I called at 7am Sunday morning. The technician showed up shortly after and had it fixed in less than an hour. He was very professional and I appreciate him being considerate of his time spent on the work in order to keep the cost low. I feel like like most would take advantage of the weekend/abnormal hours rate.

Was the original installer when we had home built. Failed to connect 'super heater' on Geo system. After we discovered the install was not complete came back and hooked up.
1st service call two years later, service man was on time and polite. Did not fully complete repair (didn't have part). Stated he 'might have to come back'). Did not return but his 'temporary fix' worked for several months, $80 trip charge.
When the same failure reoccurred, another serviceman came $100 trip fee. Serviceman said he needed a part he did not have. Another temp fix. He told us he could come back but there would be another $100 trip fee.

Can’t say enough good things about this company! They spent several days in our creepy attic replacing a 30+ year old A/C unit and installing some new returns. Other companies wouldn’t even take the job, but they took it on without hesitation - no complaints and nothing but professionalism. Team working on the install was great from start to finish - and I love how they text you a pic of the technician when they’re on their way so you know who to expect. Great experience, and I highly recommend this company!

Mark and Nate spent the day with a boring crew at my house yesterday to bore in utility lines for my new building. In all, they ran a sewer line, a water line, and two conduits for electrical service. Mark and Nate were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the whole process. They left a clean worksite free of debris. I had a good experience and would recommend them.

I have always been satisfied with the professional work the technicians do. Zach did a maintenance check on my furnace today and he was polite with all information. I’ve been with this company for 18 years and satisfied with them.

Let me set the scene here. Friday night, 8PM. Just got home from work. Clogged sink with a sink full of dirty dishes. It happens with two kids and a wife who doesn't like to use our dishwasher. I work all weekend and I have to have a working kitchen sink. Call around and on my third call Summer's was by far the least expensive. Gentlemen by the name of Dallas calls me and gives me the prices, says he is about 20 minutes from being done with his current call and he will give me a call if I would still like to have him come out. Also gives me the prices if I choose to make a regular appointment for Monday. Dallas pulls up around 9:15PM and when I say he ran the 100 feet of so called Titan Pipe cleaner SEVEN times, I wouldn't be exaggerating. He was here until almost midnight running this thing and we couldn't figure out why it wasn't coming unclogged. With determination and resentment he finally broke the clog. 5 out of 5 would definitely recommend.

Had a backed-up floor drain in the utility room stemming from a clog in the kitchen. Called Korte at 6:45 pm on a Friday evening and they had it cleared by 9:15 pm that same night! Neal K. was a fantastically friendly and informative technician.

Jason did a great job repairing the heater in my barn and installing a new thermostat. He knew I had having a party and worked extra hard providing friendly customer service to ensure the heater would be ready. Thank you!

The service guy himself was okay. I didn't like that he wouldn't tell me how much my part was or give me a breakdown of what I was paying for. I called the company where my part came from and my part was $35.00 probably plus shipping. The job was $363.00 not including the $121.00 discount because it took so long through no fault of their own. It took him less than five minutes to complete the job. Turns out I could have done that myself. The tech said, It's easy, when I said that didn't take long. Leads me to wonder. What is their hourly rate. He told me they do a flat fee. That's some flat fee.
