Best Cooling Air Conditioning in Fort Wayne IN

My furnace fan blower motor went out Saturday night, and I called at 7am Sunday morning. The technician showed up shortly after and had it fixed in less than an hour. He was very professional and I appreciate him being considerate of his time spent on the work in order to keep the cost low. I feel like like most would take advantage of the weekend/abnormal hours rate.

Always very professional so I get my tune ups through them also. They also don't price gouge.

J L MORY misrepresented their verbal service contract. In fact I never received a written service contract. When I needed service, I was charged for the service, which was told, no service charge, only for discounted parts. Really! I recommend that do business with their competitors, for example J F Miller - I am a dissatisfied customer stuck with an costly service contract ☹️

This was the third company we called for the same problem with our AC. Called them at the recommendation of a friend. So glad we did! Technician knew immediately what the problem was. VERY reasonable price. Very professional. Would recommend to anyone!

We have been with Merz for years now, they have done repairs on the old HVAC system and then installed new furnace and AC a year and half ago. They have always been great at the work and also great to deal with very friendly and explain everything. Very trustworthy!

Poorman's installed a new heating and cooling system in our home and we could not be happier. After an initial service call revealed our old system was dead, we worked with Tyler to design our new system. He was patient, transparent and answered all our questions as we reviewed multiple quotes. On the day of the installation the team ran into some unexpected issues (with our house), but they handled it in stride. It was a long day but they did not leave until we had cool air coming out of our vents! The follow through over the next few days was excellent as they tied up loose ends and ensured the system was working as intended. Every Poorman's associate we came into contact with was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We highly recommend.

I had a issue with plumbing i knew the company im a member with would be well lol , so i called mark an he was on it here in mins an hours b4 my own company, he saved me time an $ , we need more people like him in this country , hard working, no bs , an 1 of the nicest most helpful people ive met , this is rare now adays , an i cant thank him enough, if u need something they do , give mark a call , u wont regret their work ethic an skill level , infinite stars , thanks mark , ur time an know how was much appreciated !

Zach came out and immediately went to work servicing my A/C. He went into the attic to drain lines and checked the filter in the house. He then went outside and cleaned and serviced the compressor unit. I needed some parts replaced and he explained what and why I needed new parts. Ross joined him and they both were very helpful in explaining the reasons for parts replacement. I was very happy with the services rendered.

Lucas and Gage were very friendly and well versed in their trade. It is hard to find workers who take their trade professionally and we appreciate that. They gave us several quotes and offered advice as well. We like that they are from our hometown and that we can treat each other like neighbors. Thank you again for the service and looking forward on keeping our membership with the company because of them.

Sorry your people never continued follow up with me to schedule installation of a new furnace and air conditioner, especially when they knew my present furnace was not working properly. Don’t tell me you’ll call me Monday and then never contact me again. I went with another company and have received excellent and timely service. Phone call one day, visit the next day, and installation the next day.

Have been very friendly, always answers my questions. Very professional, good work, on time, great with being on top of things.
