Best Air Conditioning Service And Installation in Fort Wayne IN

My furnace fan blower motor went out Saturday night, and I called at 7am Sunday morning. The technician showed up shortly after and had it fixed in less than an hour. He was very professional and I appreciate him being considerate of his time spent on the work in order to keep the cost low. I feel like like most would take advantage of the weekend/abnormal hours rate.

Mike came out to take a look at our water heater. He arrived ahead of schedule, and diagnosed the problem within minutes. The price was definitely reasonable, and he was very professional. J L MORY misrepresented their verbal service contract. In fact I never received a written service contract. When I needed service, I was charged for the service, which was told, no service charge, only for discounted parts. Really! I recommend that do business with their competitors, for example J F Miller - I am a dissatisfied customer stuck with an costly service contract ☹️

Install went seemless with some minor fixes that the inspector nit picked on inspection, but they came right out to fix and resubmit. They even went above and beyond when they came to light the piolet light. I had some plumbing issues and the tech was able to get a bandaid on it untill their plumber came out to properly fix it.

I recently hired Sheets to add central air to an existing furnace and replace a 30+ year old water heater. Their professionalism, quality of work and attention to detail is first rate. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company.

Maybe a bit pricey starting out but excellent top drawer service. I think it is appropriate to say quality is remembered long after price. Management assured everything was left in perfect condition. I would recommend them highly.

When he found issues with the service, he explained the problem and what needed to be done. He was able to explain all my questions.He fixed the problems quickly and efficiently. We have used Korte for years, and today we were lucky to have Carlos Y. at our home to replace two faucets on our Kitchen sink. Carlos was courteous and knowledgeable. He talked to us about what services we needed and what we were hoping for, assessed the situation and then explained our various options. He then provided an estimated cost to provide the services discussed. He checked in with us multiple times to make sure we understood what he was doing and why.
