Everything about our new HVAC experience with Coe was perfect. On the sales end last year, they were the only vendor who actually sat down in my kitchen and explained the various options (including more expensive option they said we really didn’t need). After one year, we had our first service and that was excellent as well. Lot’s of HVAC options in the Fort, but I highly recommend Coe.

He was great. He took his time did everything he was supposed to do. No problems, very informative.

I had a busted pipe in my garage they came out fixed the pipe for a couple hundred. I also had an issue with water backing up into our lower level bathroom and they replaced a sump pump and advised me that I might need a check valve for my main sewer line. They recommended a company and were very helpful and honest as well as very reasonably priced. I'm very happy with their service and will be calling them again if I need work done.

J L MORY misrepresented their verbal service contract. In fact I never received a written service contract. When I needed service, I was charged for the service, which was told, no service charge, only for discounted parts. Really! I recommend that do business with their competitors, for example J F Miller - I am a dissatisfied customer stuck with an costly service contract ☹️

Great experience here, they were referred to me from a friend and I was completely satisfied with the work, knowledge and price I was charged. Our furnace went out in the middle of the night, I called Josh and he walked me through some troubleshooting tips (as he was still on a job). Once we realized there was nothing else I could do, Josh offered to come by after his other job was finished or first thing in the morning. He came by at 8:30AM had the furnace up and going in no time, he fixed the furnace and went back through the entire system to make sure all of my settings were adjusted properly. He never once tried to sell me any parts or things I didn't need. Top notch service company!

They were excellent to work with when I had a furnace emergency and had to replace an entire unit in my home while it was freezing outside. They are very attentive and pay attention to the important details when it comes to heating, air conditioning and plumbing. I’m new to the area and am so happy to have an honest and fair company like Hattersley . We were about to attempt to fix the toilet ourselves by ripping it out of the floor and are so happy we did not!! Hattersley not only fixed the problem without any invasive or damaging solutions but taught me exactly what to try in case we ever have a similar issue . They have a the heart of a teacher !

Today Chuck came out and he did our yearly on our air and furnace. He of course did a great job and then took the time show us some new things about our thermostat, which we really appreciated. He was very knowledgeable and so friendly. I do hope we get him again next year.

Other than the call center giving me bad information on when the system was going to be repaired, I had no issues with the Tech that came out. AC unit got repaired and everything is still running.

This is our first time using Summers and we were pleased with the service and timely repair of our ac unit. Our air completely stopped working so we spent the evening without. It was miserable! We called around hvac repair companies that were recommended to us—Other companies in the area could not come out until 4pm or later. We called Summers first thing in the morning and Ryan arrived by 9:30am and our air was on and working by 11. He made it easy to understand what repairs were needed and he even spent some additional time recommending little things we could do to help cool our home more efficiently. Very thankful! As for affordability, I do believe they have reasonable costs of service and repair. We signed up for their membership which also sounds like a great deal— now to schedule the next maintenance services and utilize our membership :)
