I called another HVAC company at 3:00 p.m. on a Friday and was told I'd be charged higher weekend/emergency fees for same day service on our furnace which was not working correctly the weekend before a frigid January forecast. Hung up and called Northeast Mechanical. NE was able to come out that day and fixed our problem for a very reasonable fee. Had glorious heat all weekend -- very pleased with my experience!! Would definitely call them next time I need repairs or routine service!!

Just in the service tech was very pleasant and efficient on time did the best he could to help us at least keep some heat but now there’s parts that cannot be replaced this time very impressed with your service man and the way he handled it. it was a wonderful experience

Sheets is my go to for all HVAC & Plumbing! They are always on time, do a great job, and the price is right. They have installed and serviced AC & Furnace Units for me. I have also used them to install water spigots and trouble shoot leaky pipes in a rental property. I will not call anyone else when I need help. Very trustworthy.

Bryan came for a routine tune-up and ended up putting in some extra effort fixing the humidifier. He was very helpful!A couple weeks prior, we had thermostat issues and Zach and Mike R fixed it right up. Very friendly and helpful.

Awesome experience with KORTE today! I called in the morning & within a couple hours, there was a Service Tech in route. I really appreciated the call to say they were on the way & the estimated arrival time.MIKE Y. could not have been more professional & friendly. He was super informative and shared with me some really useful maintenance advice & explained in great detail some questions I had about our water & what we needed to do to improve it, which was what my Husband & I had been talking about & already knew we needed to address.As an added plus, I had asked for a few estimates on some other things we're going to be needing & was presented with multiple options, and some bundled together to save us some money! We will definitely be calling on KORTE to do some additional work.I felt like today was a one stop shop for a bunch of stuff we needed.It's true!!! KORTE Does It All!
