Best Air Conditioning in Fort Wayne IN

My furnace fan blower motor went out Saturday night, and I called at 7am Sunday morning. The technician showed up shortly after and had it fixed in less than an hour. He was very professional and I appreciate him being considerate of his time spent on the work in order to keep the cost low. I feel like like most would take advantage of the weekend/abnormal hours rate.

Great company and th have worked for me twice now. They don’t upswell me and fix things not try to sell you a whole new system.

I called to have someone check our hot water heater. We had no hot water. They sent someone out within 2 hours and he was able to fix it immediately. He also showed me how to light the pilot light. I am very happy with their service and will call them for all my plumbing jobs.

J L MORY misrepresented their verbal service contract. In fact I never received a written service contract. When I needed service, I was charged for the service, which was told, no service charge, only for discounted parts. Really! I recommend that do business with their competitors, for example J F Miller - I am a dissatisfied customer stuck with an costly service contract ☹️

Had an issue with my HVAC! Their tech Branden helped diagnose the issue over the phone quickly and efficiently! Had our heat up and running in no time! Highly recommended!!

I'm currently upgrading my basement and decided to convert my wood burning fireplace to gas. I received a fair estimate from Merz and have been very happy with their work and understanding of the job to be done. They took their time in evaluating the scope of the project and completed the job as discussed. They connected to my gas line outside and brought this into my house. They then made the connection through my brick fireplace into the inside.

During the upgrade of basement, I decided to replace my old Furnance and AC Unit as well. I again used Merz to complete this task. They did an awesome job with installation and even recommended/completed a small redesign in utility room to make everything fit better. They re-ran new main heat duct up in trusses (were below ceiling before) and redesigned cold air return for better efficiency. Dan and his crew were exceptional during all phases and communication of project was great. During clean up, his crew detected a small gas odor too (nothing from their work) and were diligent enough to fix and correct. Very..very happy customer and would 100% recommend this business. All things working great with new Trane System, and looking forward in keeping comfortable with new units.

I'm very impressed with my whole experience with this company. Brian sold me my air conditioning unit. Seems very upfront and honest. Greg Conrad installed my unit and was prompt showing up and done before the estimated time he predicted. Greg also showed me a faulty trap on my furnace. He replaced it that day as well. This was never mentioned by the other company I had.

Evan and Doug were are service technicians and they were very responsive, polite, and professional. We had a sewage backup, and needed a plumber to get the sewer line unplugged.

IMPRESSIVE company! Called and they were professional, timely and accommodating from the sales team (David Amstutz) to the Installation Team (Giles Desotell). We took advantage of the membership option and know we can have confidence they will take care of all our hvac/plumbing needs.

Joel, the service technician, came to our house to conduct an inspection on our 28 year old geothermal heating/cooling system. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He provided valuable information in regards to what we could do about the problems with our outdated geothermal unit. We intend to continue to work with this business to take care of our future heating and cooling needs.

An update on this review as we eventually purchased a new geothermal furnace and water heater from them. They did a great job of installing both units and we are very happy with the work they performed! Joey, the sales representative, was very helpful in providing all the information we needed!
