House built in the later 1800's with enough set issues I had to get my lines cleared every 6 months due to roots and other issues. Bright these guys in, found out one of my lines was cracked and over 50% blocked, and they literally got on my roof and went through the vent to find out I had a major blockage that several competitors had missed. The other guys wanted $150+ to get the camera in my lines, FW Pipeline did it for free and saved me over $5k. Been a year and haven't had an issue, for the first time in 12 years. Couldn't recommend more, one of the all time best experiences I've had as a home owner.

My furnace fan blower motor went out Saturday night, and I called at 7am Sunday morning. The technician showed up shortly after and had it fixed in less than an hour. He was very professional and I appreciate him being considerate of his time spent on the work in order to keep the cost low. I feel like like most would take advantage of the weekend/abnormal hours rate.

Our furnace went out on Friday before the holidays & we called everywhere to get a part for furnace no one would sell to an unlicensed contractor! So we waited till Monday & Trane only does wholesale but they gave us Poormans number & they made a special trip to get us part we needed! They really went above & beyond & now our furnace is fixed & just in time for it to get cold! Thanks Poormans!

I've used Sheets twice for furnace & a/c replacements (2006 & 2017). They are always honest & upfront about your options. They will work with your budget. Both replacements have been great experiences. They offer coupons from their website & have honored them every time we've used Sheets. Of course, anyone interested in furnace or a/c replacements should perform their own due diligence online before calling any company to consult. Doing my own research, each time, gave me the insight whether the companies, their estimates, and explanations were honest or exaggerated, for upsales.

Greg Conrad is a valuable asset to Sheets. He heard our concerns & budget, and worked with us on our recent furnace replacement. Was very honest about where all matters stood with our existing furnace and did not try to up-sale us on unnecessary furnace items or features we didn't need to spend our hard earned money on. His 40-years experience of providing honest, knowledgeable service came through while talking to him, and was well appreciated.

I've consulted other local heating, a/c & plumbing companies. Some are as honest & reliable. Others not so much. I'm very comfortable with Sheets, and hope they can continue this great reputation I've experienced with them.

Tyler's 2nd visit to my home, this time to replace the kitchen faucet that had been leaking badly. While he was here he recommended some additional work that should be done ... replacing the water shut-off valves under the kitchen sink and in the main bathroom. They definitely do need replacing as the water will not shut off from the valves presently in place (found out the hard way last Christmas when we had a bad backup). Also recommended perhaps a toilet replacement. Once I can get my finances in line, I will be calling again for the valve repairs. This company is so easy to work with ... the tech shows up on time and is knowledgeable & friendly as well as a great company representative.

Drew was a timely and conscientious technician who represents Rolf Griffith in a positive way.Denny, Ryan, and Morgan installed my new heating and air system on 10/ 23/2018 They were prompt, courteous , good technicians who completed the work in a timely manner. I've used Rolf Griffin for many yrs. and they are almost always great technicians who get the job done.

Over priced equipment that was the lowest efficiency possible. The install was horrible with 3 inch air gaps that had to be caulked shut with a cardboard cut out. Bought a new furnace and central air. My 20 year old equipment worked better. Rip offUpdate: They came out to inspect the air conditioner last month as preventative maintenance. The tech broke something and couldn't get the furnace to come back on. Now i see how he fixed it. Leave the fan setting to ON, because the auto no longer works. Now i have to deal with problejs all over again. Waiting on the service manager to call back...

I needed the constant drip on my shower fixed so I called Korte. When they arrived, I found myself being persuaded to get my toilet fixed instead due to the techs sales pitch. Over $600 to lift the toilet and replace the ring, a 30 minute job. Insane pricing, Didn't get what I needed fixed and what is worse, the tech raised the pricing everytime I asked how much, as I was tending to my kids, one of which is severe special needs.I will NEVER recommend Korte.For the record, the toilet is still loose. Money and time wasted.
