Everything about our new HVAC experience with Coe was perfect. On the sales end last year, they were the only vendor who actually sat down in my kitchen and explained the various options (including more expensive option they said we really didn’t need). After one year, we had our first service and that was excellent as well. Lot’s of HVAC options in the Fort, but I highly recommend Coe.

When they installed the new A/C unit, they used my new power disconnect, whip, and old lines running into the house. I really thought that they would give some sort of discount for using all of the stuff I already had. I guess not. I was told that my furnace was too big for my house and that they would have to slow down the fan so the new AC unit would work correctly. That didn’t happen. Not sure if I will use this company again.

Amazing customer service!!! Mark H. was very professional and courteous and told me exactly was was going on all the way through the process. I also had a water softener installed in a very tight footprint and he was able to make it all work! Would recommend them again and again!

I've never been a customer and yet I routinely receive multiple phone calls asking to schedule additional services. The most recent called being at 8:15PM. Be a better business with better business practices...

Josh arrived promptly. He set up shop and began work with a good understanding of what he was to do. He gave me a lesson later, as well! Very personable and competent.

Had a water leak and the repairman came and fixed it in less than10 minutes. Nice guy fast and professional!

Korte installed my vented range hood through the attic and out of the roof. They did an amazing job starting with Trevor, who is very knowledgeable when it comes to HVAC system. He walked through and explained all the details we need to know and how air flow works with range hoods. After receiving and agreeing with the quote, the team of Chris, Caleb and Cameron were all awesome. They were on time, they were nice and very clean and professional with the job. I was so amazed how they did this project, from the hood installation, to the rigid piping tin the attic, the inflow switch, and the roof vent is so well done. They even got a building permit and city inspection follow up and visit to make sure their job was properly done. I could go on and on about Korte and how well and professional their team is. Just an overall great experience with them, I will not hesitate to call them up for any project in the future.

These guys are the best! They were able to get someone out to look at our issue at the office right away and make quality recommendations. Not only did they offer several options on how to proceed to fix the issue they did so several times on other problems as well.
My only regret? Not calling them sooner.
