Everything about our new HVAC experience with Coe was perfect. On the sales end last year, they were the only vendor who actually sat down in my kitchen and explained the various options (including more expensive option they said we really didn’t need). After one year, we had our first service and that was excellent as well. Lot’s of HVAC options in the Fort, but I highly recommend Coe.

The owner himself came out and looked at everything and gave me a good price for replacing everything. He has good conversation and explains everything very well and in detail on what you are getting and what they will be doing step by step. The installers are quick and very professional.

Maybe a bit pricey starting out but excellent top drawer service. I think it is appropriate to say quality is remembered long after price. Management assured everything was left in perfect condition. I would recommend them highly.

Very professional, replaced a hot water boiler, explained everything about the installation and operation. Was pleased with the service and employees. Excellent experience with company.

A gentleman named Jacob showed up to fix my furnace. He was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. I would ask questions at times and he would explain what he was doing. I appreciated his work and professionalism. I would highly recommend him to everyone. In the future for other services or maintences I will them again given they send Jacob. Had an issue with my HVAC! Their tech Branden helped diagnose the issue over the phone quickly and efficiently! Had our heat up and running in no time! Highly recommended!!

I couldn't of been happier with the install of my new AC unit. I am a first time customer, called different places and came back to Poorman's Heating & Air Conditioning for my new unit. Very professional, pleasant to work with, and the installers Tyler and Don were great guys. They answered all my questions and the install looked very good, they made whoever installed the AC unit when my home was build look like a bunch of amateurs. Today I had my home generator serviced by Durville. I have used Rolf Griffin for 15 yrs. I have had many technicians (no problems with any of them) but Durville was knowledgeable on the equipment and his personality was outstanding! I’m happy to have him looking out for my generator.

Carlos and Logan were extremely professional, polite, and good with problem solving. I had a very old gas line that was leaking. NIPSCO had to shut off the gas due to the leak. Our water heater was also at the end of its life. Carlos and Logan worked to figure out how to untangle the mess of gas lines and replace the water heater. Thank you to Korte for getting it as quick as you did. I will definitely recommend Korte to friends and family and I'm looking forward to a few other projects that we had quoted today as well.

My Husband & I bought a 100 year old farmhouse and I’ve called T&T for every little hiccup that we encounter that we cannot take care of ourselves. Each time they show up, their employees are so friendly and helpful. I have no problem getting a technician out quickly, often on the same day j place the call! The lady at the front desk who I call to pay my bill over the phone with is always so friendly!

I’ve never had service done, or a quote given for service that I’ve felt was outrageous. They have very fiat prices. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone.

I had Korte come out to look at my drain and plumbing situation. Another sewer company came out and things ended up getting slightly worse.

Neil and Jake came out to assess and fix my problem. They ended up snaking my drain and now things seem to be better. They gave me a guarantee that if it ends up not working, they will refund the cost to small on future work needed (like a credit).

The price was close to the other price I paid with the other company to snake the drain. But this was next day service and the drain appears to work as of now. Time will tell if there is a larger problem or not.

You get what you pay for, and now my drain works.
