Friendly fast professional and on a Dunday

Replaced the heating element in my dryer. When I called them to tell them the dryer wouldn’t turn on they never came back out, never returned my calls after numerous voicemails. My wife called several times never received a call back. Paid $180 for nothing since they are never fixed the dryer. Very disappointed I had heard good things about this company.

This review is based on the estimate process. NO FREE ESTIMATE. Was charged 60$ for it. With that in mind, it would have cost me 3 times more if I went with them. I got two other (FREE) estimates and took my business elsewhere and was happy about it. I wont even consider these guys for any future projects due to the fact that they charge for an estimate.

Richy was extremely responsive from the get go and once he came out to my home he was able to find the issue right away. Extremely professional throughout the entire process and I appreciate that he took the time to explain the issue and what needed to be done. If you are looking for a quality job, this company is by far the one to go with. Yes, it is slightly more money, but if you are looking for a plumber that is going to do the job right these are the people for you. Quality service, friendly, thorough and everything you could want in a plumber.

In the last week, I have used Professional Plumbing twice ! Not only were they on time, extremely professional, personable and nice, they also fixed the little things previous plumbers didn’t do right !!! If you need a plumber, do yourself a favor and call these men!!! Thank you, Beto!!!!

Called at around 7 AM and got an appointment between 10:30 to 12:30. The plumbers arrived shortly before 10:30, listened to my description of the problem and what was needed to be done. They promptly took care of the problem and left everything in working order. Very professional and courteous crew. I will definitely call them again.

Woman answering the phone is dismissive and not helpful. She needs a course in customer service and people skills.

Scheduled a maintenance check on my a/c. The technician explained what he found, did a minor repair. He was very respectful and helpful. It was nice that he was able to come sooner than my appointment time due to someone else’s cancellation.
