Wanted to charge me 2 hours to solder a 1ft piece of 3/4 copper. Not too mention i already had the pipe exposed
The guy said it took time to cut the pipe. Seriously? It takes 30 second to cut a piece of pipe.

Can I do 6 stars? Angel, from Sal's Plumbing, was a literal angel! I have had previous companies come out to evaluate my concerns with my water pressure, and were unsuccessful. Angel was able to diagnose the problem in a heartbeat, and made the necessary adjustments, while also giving me information on how to adjust the part myself should something happen again. I am so happy to have found this company and they will be my first call if I need other repairs! I will be sure to tell neighbors and friends of this perfect experience. Excellent communication from everyone that I have spoken with. From Martha to Angel. They have been very professional and I have been very impressed with the outstanding work.

Contacted them over the span of 2 weeks for a gas leak inspection / repair, the first time was two days before new years when they promised they would show up between 8 am to 12 pm, after calling them because of no show they promised that were extremely busy but could make 12pm to 4pm, needless to say they did not show, after calling the Boss Sal the next day he apologized and this time made a appointment and guaranteed they would show up on the 5th of january, my wife called Sal early in the morning and they said we didn't have and appointment and didn't remember us talking to him but said he would show up between 12pm to 4pm, surprisingly once again no call no show. Long story short don't use this place, punctuality and actually showing up is very critical in a professional business.
If you actually need work to get done go somewhere else or you will end up wasting your time like I did

Used them for a Home Warranty claim on a disposal and water heater. They were prompt and easy to schedule with. The workers were polite, informative, and efficient and pleasant to work with. I would use them again for a non-warranty issue.

He fixed my kitchen sink right in his 1st visit! My kitchen sink had been clogged for a couple of weeks and I hired a plumber to come fix it. I had to call the plumber to come out a 2nd time because it only worked for one day. On both of his visits my sink only worked for the one day he was here. So I called Sal's plumbing and my sink has been working fine for thr last 2 weeks since he fixed it! I highly recommend Sal's Plumbing for all your plumbing needs!!

Since then Sal’s has fixed my bathroom sink, kitchen sink, both toilets , and inside and outdoor plumbing issues! Angel Melendez always takes the time to explain what is wrong and what will be done, he and his crew go the extra mile to ensure quality work! Sal's plumbing was assigned to me by my home warranty, they were quick to respond and collect deductible. They never submitted the diagnosis and when I started reaching out to them after 24 hours from collecting deductible, they simply wouldn't answer my call. I attempted a refund but yeah, good luck with that! That set me back another week without a water heater. Had to be reassigned to a better company. I believe the work needed to be performed wasn't expensive enough for them to help the little people. Sal's plumbing only takes care of Sal's plumbing.
