Vincent returned my call within 24 hours and answered all my questions. He quoted us a reasonable price so we went ahead and scheduled installation of a tankless water heater. Matt and Grayson showed up on time. They completed the project within the estimated time. So far we are thrilled with it 2 weeks in.

We had a drain pipe break under our garage slab. Hayden & Al did amazing job to repair it! They explained they needed to do thoroughly - they were knowledgeable. Despite having to cut through my slab, jackhammer the cement, and dig to get to the pipe, they left my garage clean and spotless when they were finished. And they calmed my nerves every step of the way. :) immensely recommend!

Jim our salesperson was informative and helped greatly in our decision on selecting a furnace. He was fast to respond to questions after the installation. Our installers Maurice and Jayson came rapidly at the prescribed time, were professional and had the new furnace installed in short order. They left the work site clean and neat just like that hadn't been there at all.

Luke was already at my building working on our clogged sink barely an hour after I contacted the main dispatch line. He offered some essential advice on avoiding the complication in the future, and had us good to go in about 45 minutes. The plumber Kaiden did a superb job. The process was longer but lucky we found the issue. At first we thought it was just Glop of paper towels that my toddler flush down the toilet but at the end it was a hour glass she put in the toilet as a Souvenir. Kaiden made sure was job properly before he left. Keep up the superb job and go beyond to make sure the problem is fix before leaving the resident location. I most would do business with them again and try to get Kaiden again.

project was completed by Nick (technician). Was thorough. Next day had a master plumber inspect the trouble further. Met with Marco Leary following day was able to further inspect my problems and pointed out several issues that I have to take care of to avoid major issues. Will do business again.

I had a whole home water filter installed. Guys arrived on time and did an excellent job. It took about 3 hours. Cost more than I had hoped but it was somewhat complicated

I used to dream of finding a plumber / plumbing work I could love and heartily endorse to friends. My dreams have come true with this crew of courteous, kind, hardworking, on-time, and HONEST professionals. They cleaned out a drain for me just an hour or so after I called. They have the client's best interest in mind -- how refreshing! I got a bid from them a while back for an expensive project (recommended by realtors and house inspector) which they determined was unnecessary. They could've taken on the work and made some money, but instead, they helped us get to the truth of the matter and we didn't have to do the messy, expensive job. How often does that happen? Seriously. This company is great and I'll call them time I've got a plumbing, drain, sump pump, sewer line, etc., need. Hooray!

If Google offered 0 stars, I would give this experience that!! My 94 year old dad had a plumbing emergency. I called around looking for a 24 hour plumbing. I saw the reviews so I decided to try Theodore and Sons. An “answering service” answered the phone and I told the man who answered it was an emergency being that it says in their website 24 hours! He transfers me to an answering machine giving me their hours. I called back and the “customer representative “ answered again. I told him he transferred me to an answering machine and he just said, “that means no one is available “ and hung up on me!! Sour excuse for customer service. That’s cool if you’re available 8-5, but don’t advertise that you serve 24 hours and leave a sorry “answering service” representing your company! Thanks for nothing! Good customer service is a thing of the past, and this company definitely confirmed!!

Adam did a fine task installing my new faucet. The water tank I had problems with is a Kohler and he suggested I call them which I did and received a discount on parts. As soon as those parts arrive I'll make another appointment. I'm happy with the suggestion and the estimate for the return trip tank repair. He took his time and explained He did offer to order the parts himself, but I like this hands-on approach. I'm just not interested in installing parts myself!

awesome company for HVAC maintenance. Had them provide upkeep at a rental and the techs are all professional, and willing to actually educate you on what you have in the home. Stuck with them once we purchased a home. We knew we'd be needing a new water heater sooner than later and they were able to inspect, quote, and install far quicker than we expected. I'd endorse them for both regular upkeep as well as replacement needs.

Camden arrived out to service us diagnose a mysterious sewage smell. We had quite a few companies come by before, but none of them were able to do anything (or perhaps weren't interested in helping) until we met Camden. He was attentive, down-to-earth, professional, and actually helped us learn a lot about what is going on in our drain system (via a sewer camera and explanations). Based on my experience, I would trust Camden to get to the bottom of any plumbing/draining problem and solve it If we had more people like Camden, we wouldn't have had sewage problems to begin with.

I was most impressed that when I contacted with an emergency, they found a repairman to come out that day. I had contacted other plumbers that said they had 24 hour service, but when I called they said they were too busy. My tech Kaiden was so thorough and kept me informed about what was happening. I had an outdoor gas leak which plumbers, Clayton and Ashton replaced with new pipe. Upon further testing, leaks inside the building were detected. As my pipes are old, I decided on a whole home gas repipe. Ross joined them for the all day task under the house.
