I had a problem with a toilet upstairs. There was water leaking below with every flush. I had looked for “plumbers” on Angie’s List and found this business. I called and spoke with Erica. She scheduled me in right away and Tommy showed up as agreed. I showed him the problem and within a couple of hours he and a helper fixed the toilet, replaced the plywood below the toilet and the problem was fixed. IF I ever need a plumber again, I know who to call. Thank you for a job well done!!!

Great experience. Would highly recommend. They had to come out for a second time after hours (11:00pm) because of no fault of theirs and in a matter of a couple of minutes took care of the problem. Very respectful and professional techs and diapatcher.

I called Ivan when my water heater stopped working. He found out the problem, called the manufacturer as it was still under warranty and ordered the part that broke. He was knowledgeable, reliable and quick to help even when the small repair turned into replacing the whole tank instead. His prices were also very reasonable. We will for sure hire him again if needed

Pricy but good the job done.

My elderly mother called this company to have a problem with her bathtub/plumbing fixed. Jaime showed up and fixed the problem, or so we thought. My mother was charged $160 and the bathtub/plumbing issue was not fixed. Now Plumbing Experts is saying that the cost to fix the issue is going to cost over $400. My mother asked if the $160 would be credited toward the cost of fixing the issue and they said that they would only credit her half ($80) towards the repair.

These people are thieves. They charged for a service they did not provide, and are now asking for more money to repair what they should have in the first place.

Sunrise Plumbing has provided us with a variety of plumbing services for DECADES. Rudy is very professional and has never failed to get the job done. Prices are reasonable and his wife Carmen is wonderful at scheduling appointments as quickly as possible. I don’t understand the negative reviews. If you want your plumbing needs for free, do it yourself. One can’t compare prices for services done 20 years ago with prices today. That’s is being totally unreasonable. Furthermore, Carmen does not just cancel appointments on a whim. Both are reliable and dependable and are much in demand. I thank them for their fine work and professionalism through the years.

If you like having your time wasted, then this is the perfect water detection company to contact. I had an appointment set up for Monday morning. The appointment time came and went. No phone call to let me know why they weren’t here or why they didn’t make it. I was called 2 hours after my appointment window, to reschedule for the following day at 8 am. I agreed to the reschedule. Next day comes, I am contacted by the company that they need to reschedule yet again for another day. I called them to express my frustration about their responsiveness and they proceeded to tell me to contact another water detection company. Truly truly the most unprofessional company I have yet to deal with. I expressed to them that I have a leak and I don’t know where it’s coming from and that I have my children living with me. At which point, the man expressed that it was none of his concern and proceeded to tell me again to contact another water detection company. So, I did. I called Roto Rooter and they had someone dispatched to my home immediately. I should really be thanking the individual that works for American Leak Detection that told me to go screw myself in the nicest manner possible. Thank you for your outstanding service to your city.
