These guys are a joke!! DO NOT give them your business. They came out to the house, gave me a quote and never showed up. They were supposed to come the day after the 4th of July and they didn't. Not even a call. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because it was after a holiday. Called them back and they told me they were sorry and were going to show up the following week. Had my wife waiting at home the whole day. Again never showed up and didn't even bother to call and let me know. Called them back and told me he would call me back and never did. Let's see what excuse he comes up for the reply to this post.

EDIT: i just saw they guy even posted to check on home advisor and bbb. You can only review those sites on jobs they have done. DO NOT give them a chance guys, i guarantee you they will leave you hanging as they did to everyone who posted here. If were able to review those sites there is no way in hell they would even get a D rating. Actually I am on BBB talking with a rep so I can add my review on there as well.

Update: you say i wasnt home? you called me 3 times and I did not answer? hahaha what a lying pos. You never showed up nor gave me any calls. Instead of getting on google and lie, why don't you actually show up to scheduled appointments. Actually I am glad you never showed up, I can't imagine what kind of horrible work you would have done at my house. Good riddance.

I called early afternoon after trying to reinstall a toilet myself, but hitting a wall when I found the mounting plate to be disintegrated. The guys showed up about 40 minutes later and quickly went to work. They completed the job in about an hour, and everything looks great. The only reason for the 4-star rating was the price tag. I was charged $295 for a one hour job. Seems very expensive - I was told that was their standard job fee. Ouch! Well, had to be done, so I'm glad they did it. I'd only recommend you ask for a quote before getting work done so you don't get the shocker that I did...

Was in El Paso with my father in law and on the day of our departure the sewer line got clogged. Not wanting to leave him with this problem I attempted to call other plumbers but no one answered our calls except Rodela and sons their fast courteous and professional service earned them a 5 star review...thank you for your reasonable and excellent service..

Wow, just called them and the lady who answered the phone very rudely told me she wasnt a secretary and hung up. I guess this company doesnt like having customers. I will make sure and tell everyone I know how rude they are there and to NOT give them their business.

I would recommend Mechanical Technologies to anyone. The estimator was personable and knowledgeable, never pressured us to decide on a specific product or direction. Was a small misstep with installation but was rectified quickly and to our satisfaction. The crews were fast professional and clean! Communication from the company regarding arrival times and follow up was amazing. Bravo! To all of you at Mechanical Technologies, you should be proud.
