Best Repair Water Leak in El Paso TX

Rodney fixed my toilet issues and the bill was less than I thought it would be. Had to share my experience. Many thanks to this fine company.

Awesome service

Sal's plumbing was assigned to me by my home warranty, they were quick to respond and collect deductible. They never submitted the diagnosis and when I started reaching out to them after 24 hours from collecting deductible, they simply wouldn't answer my call. I attempted a refund but yeah, good luck with that! That set me back another week without a water heater. Had to be reassigned to a better company. I believe the work needed to be performed wasn't expensive enough for them to help the little people. Sal's plumbing only takes care of Sal's plumbing.

Says parts but they don't carry any....

Very fast service, however they don’t guarantee their work. Had a plug pipe and they arrive within an hour, less than a month later it got plug again and they came back very fast ; but charge me again for the same pipe they unplug before.

Ricardo did an exceptional job. He came on time, very professional he detected and repaired my underground slab leak to an amazing price in comparison to others plumbers. I’m glad to have now found my plumber. Thank you Richy

We just moved to our first home but the water heater's not working. The plumber we know flaked out a couple of times already and I did not want to wait for him again and be without hot water for the 6th day. I Googled and saw the good reviews for Gibby's. I called and told them what's going on and instead of pouncing on the opportunity to make money, they told me that we should still have warranty on our water heater unit and told me to call the 1-800 number. I did, and Rheem is sending us the parts FedEx Next Day. Thanks, Gibby's. We certainly appreciate you guys.

I have been using Jeff’s Westside Plumbing for over 10 years, because they are reliable, quick, efficient and intensely honest. I call them for big problems and little ones. When the issue is something small and easy, like a leaking sink, or a toilet that won’t flush (small but beyond my skill set), they come and they tell me right away, This is a simple problem.
