Gibby's Plumbing Co. came by my house to repair a broken valve in my washing machine room and bypass an old water softener. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and did a first rate job. They are now my primary plumbers and I will be calling them if I need plumbing services again.

We've struggled for over a year to find a reputable and knowledgeable hvac company to fix our heating issues with our Carrier system. After spending close to 1k no one was able to fix it. So after several terrible experiences with other hvac companies we called Barrett. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! They sent Chad and he was so professional, explained each step, didn't rush through the job and even offered to return right away if it shut down. It did shut down but he returned right away and dug further into the unit and found the problem. He showed us pictures and we're so pleased now that we know what was the problem and that it got fixed. We highly recommend them and even signed up for the maintenance plan so our unit will be serviced by them 2 x year.

Rudy was extremely professional and explained everything thoroughly. He replaced the entire unit by himself and was very knowledgeable. I will definitely use this company again, specially for maintenance.

Below is my original review. I wish I could change it but I can't find a way to give them less stars than I originally did. Our problem came back again. Called them .... worst issue, they broke our toilet and never took responsibility for it. Nice guys, but if you have an issue, you are on your own. I will never use them again. After paying $150 for a new toilet, (which they broke but never took responsibility for) I was annoyed. They did give us Military discount, but that was one third of the cost of the toilet which they broke. Sorry about the bad review guys, but you did not make this customer happy. Oh, and you left your trash all over my yard. OK I'm done. Next time -Yellow Pages.

If you are looking for a plumber in the El Paso area, look no further than Reliable Plumbing. I just had the best experience with them. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. These guys really know what they are doing. This was the second time I had a plumber out for the problem I was having, and Reliable Plumbing far surpassed the first company. Timely arrival, great service, and the problem was solved. I would give them more than five stars if I could !

Replaced t&p valve

I had the worst experience with this company. I made an appointment 3 times within 2 weeks and they never showed up. My calls and texts were ignored. I missed work 3 times to wait for them and they never showed up. This is horrible!
