I just spent 10 minutes on the phone listening to someone from Plumbing Dr. give every excuse in the book as to their issues.
-We are down workers on Saturday's. -Mondays are hectic.
-Work vans are having problems.
-Other customers have nore issues.
This is a second appointment because they didn't write my address correct and didn't know which house to go to.
And the best part is when I get told You won't be charged extra . YOU are running behind.

American Leak Detection identified the leak incorrectly. Their invoice says they will return to retest for up to 30 days if they get it wrong. We tried to call them back and they will not answer their phones or reply to emails. This company is not trustworthy and will steal your money.

My experience with Sharp Plumbing has always been positive and today was no exception. I called shortly after 8 this morning to ask about a toilet repair. I didn't even get to the guy to fix my problem because of how rude he was. I have a rental home in El Paso and I live in Silver City. My tenants called with a problem so I was calling different plumbers to see who could go out today and look at it. I called this company and another one. The last company I got a hold of said they could go out right now so I called A & P plumbing to let them know that I didn't need them anymore but when I called I had to leave a message then I got a call from someone and I answered and he was all this is the plumber calling and I was all oh okay which one and he was all the P-L-U-M-B-E-R, (as if I was unable to retain what he was saying) So I answered back in a upset voice and I said yes i know your a plumber but from what company and he continued to talk as if I was delayed. He was just so rude. I didn't even want to keep him to come look at anything.
