After getting multiple quotes on an upstairs remodel of our master bedroom, the master bath, and two other bathrooms, we selected Honey Dew Done as our contractor. They were licensed, bonded, and insured, Joseph represented the company in a truly professional manner, and gave us the best price for the work we wanted done.

They completed all the work (two showers, a tub, multiple water fixtures, a mirror, wall and floor tiles, carpet replacement, and interior painting of all rooms) in just over a week. We are EXTREMELY pleased with every aspect of this company! The team worked hard, professionally, took care not to damage other portions of the home, while hauling tools, tubs, demolition waste, and other items up and down our stairs. They were ALWAYS on time, and really excelled at communication. They used superior materials and were truthful to us about problems that could arise during demolition. We got to choose our tile, grout colors, paint colors, and they brought everything together beautifully.

We had one issue with a tub drain, but they came back a few days later and fixed everything perfectly, at no additional cost!

I can’t say enough amazing things about this company! We moved into a new construction home a year ago and some of the work done on the house was poor quality. I called Honey Dew Done to see if they could fix and replace the silicone sealant around my tub and they not only fixed it they made it look better than what it was. Patrick was our tech for that job and he was absolutely wonderful! His quality of work was outstanding! We also needed a dishwasher installed so I had that service provided as well. We were blessed to get the same technician Patrick, and again a great job was done. Another tech was sent out with him as well and both gentleman were professional, informative and very helpful! Shout out to Joseph for delivering big time. I was in dire need of fixing some leaks at my new house. Simple and not out of the ordinary but big surprise when we discovered it was more than we anticipated. Joseph wasn't faced at all. He suggested possible solutions which I approved of. Come the next day and it should have been nice an easy but once again life has a way of surprising us. Joseph discovered that the dish washer vent was in disrepair and offered fixing it. He left the house with the mission of finding the piece. After several failed visit at some shops, he managed to find the piece. He then came back and fixed everything down to a T. Excellent communication and responsiveness. Will definitely hire again. Also , Julia, office manager, was quick to respond and schedule me. Will recommend to anyone.

They fit me into the schedule the same day and were so friendly and professional. My mom had called them to come over and give her an estimate they got the date wrong and never showed. She called them back they apologized rescheduled came over and gave her the estimate my mom was fine with it they scheduled a time and day when they would be ..and they never showed up she’s been calling and getting no response ..she drove to the address provided to find that it’s a postal annex office ..this business is not even a brick and mortar..just a PO Box..so disappointing..it wouldn’t have mattered to me but don’t screw over a 78 year old woman. SMH..

My mastercool motor gave out on 4th of July and when the next day came I googled handymen in el paso and the Honey Dew Done team came to the rescue. they immediately knew what was wrong and offered additional services including the pad and belt change. Sadly I had a leak in the kitchen, while I was out of town naturally. They responded very quickly to my call for aid. The technicians were very professional.

More recently they came out to assess what is wrong with my furnace. Angel took so much time and care to determine what might be going on- and no charge for this evaluation.

Honey dew done us the perfect name for their company!!! When we bought our house we repainted the entire house. In the process we removed all the floor trim because it was made from some sort of composite instead of wood. Anyway we needed help reinstalling the trim. We did not have the experience or tools. Benjamin was VERY professional!, friendly, and patient as he let us observe and learn what he was doing. The new trim was installed beautifully and at a reasonable price. You definitely get what you pay for with these guys. If you need projects on your honey do list taken care of this is who I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Honeydew done plumbing are installing a Navien Tankless Water Heater. These guys showed up on time and gave such a great presentation that I had them install it that day. This is one of the top-of-the-line systems and the warranty is out of this world.

I have spent so much money on plumbing. My house has cast-iron pipes and over the 6 years we continuously have had issues with our drains clogged. It is frustrating when other companies say they solved the problem only to have another plumber a month later.
We called Honey Dew Done and I was worried it was going to take forever and with no resolution. Sal and Joseph were very prompt with communication by text or phone call and their responses were quick, which is hard to get these days due to staffing shortages across the nation.

Patrick repaired some grout around our tub in our master bath. Things were a little challenging at first with a mishap on their schedule and that's the only reason it's not 5 stars. Once that stuff was figured out, Patrick came out to look, gave pricing, and got the work beautifully done all within a few days and according to my schedule. He even was mindful of preventing future issues when I said our toddler likes to splash in the tub.

Not for emergency jobs. Technician came out on a Friday to inspect and did a great job but the office manager seemed to regard smaller jobs as not very important. Proposed an appointment a month and a half out on a job I needed done immediately. They probably do great work on bigger jobs but for small emergency repairs, this is not the place.
