Matt and Grayson showed up on time. They completed the project within the estimated time. So far we are thrilled with it 2 weeks in.

This review is based on the estimate process. NO FREE ESTIMATE. Was charged 60$ for it. With that in mind, it would have cost me 3 times more if I went with them. I got two other (FREE) estimates and took my business elsewhere and was happy about it. I wont even consider these guys for any future projects due to the fact that they charge for an estimate.

Richy was very knowledgeable and courteous. He responded to my call and was available within an hour. He not only replaced my garbage disposal but replace the hoses of my dishwasher. He made sure both garbage disposal and dishwasher were working properly and there were no water leaks. I will definitely call him in the future. Highly recommend Richy Rooter.
