Interacted with both Erica (wife) & Tommy the plumber & enjoyed seeing him do his work with a wannabe handyman looking over his shoulder. He is personable young man who easily establishes rapport with his clients . I will use him again.

Very quick response after another plumber said he would not work on a tankless hot water heater. Replaced two tankless hot water heater bypass valves within a few hours at a very reasonable with price.

Unit was not heating. Found low on freon and replaced freon.

Most expensive! Paid over $2000 for installation alone on installation of evaporative cooler! Never received paperwork on supposedly new AC and new motor so can't register for warranty! I'm a Senior citizen and wife is on disability maybe that's why they took advantage! Lowe's referred! Shop elsewhere!

Mr Nicholas from reliable plumbing, fixed the AC water angle stop, that was leaking when the AC was turned off for the winter at my house. He replaced the old valve with a new one. Great experience overall! I initiated a claim via my warranty service for a plumbing stoppage, which I knew was not good. They seemed to think it wasn't an emergency and the first contractor they sent took 3 days to service my claim. When he arrived he stated that their was a main line stoppage and he would not be able to fix it, he then suggested I relay the information to my home warranty service. They followed up by assigning Innovative Trades LLC to the claim and from that point everything went smoothly. Willie and Fabian showed up on time and quickly got to work asking detailed questions and surveying the the work they needed to do prior to actually poking around. I had to leave and my wife was equally impressed with Rudy, who explained the issues and how they were going about their work. These guys were friendly and professional and you could tell Willie wasn't going to BS you. I Would highly recommend them and will likely hire them for some follow-on plumbing repairs.

Called them in about 3 weeks ago to unplug our main sewer line and they seemingly did a good job. They charged us $168. They even claimed to have a 90 day guarantee on their work. Main sewer line got plugged up again. Called them up again today and their own guy admitted that they had only unplugged toward the house and not towards the street so the plug just shifted away from the house. So they ended up charging us another $130 for something they didn't do right the first time and he tried justify himself by saying that the he had to charge us again because he found 1 wipe-ee. Stay away from this company!

Charlie and Victor of Sharp Plumbing installed my new water heater yesterday. They arrived on time and were very professional and courteous.
They did an excellent installation job! I had also received a quote from a national, well-known plumbing company. That company's quote was 30% more than Sharp's so I am extremely happy with my installation. I will certainly keep Sharp in mind next time I need plumbing, heating and cooling work done in my home.

Plumber replaced copper tubing which was not the issue wasted 500.00 he did not check where the leak was coming from. The problem was the refrigerator tubing where the water was leaking.
