Called Pronto Plumbing to get an estimate on an emergency plumbing job. Another plumber was at the house looking at theleak. Pronto drove by. We thought they would come back when the other plumber was gone but they never did. When we called the office, we were told we already had another plumber and they would not be coming back out. The receptionist was very rude and did not offer to reschedule. I told her the company had very poor customer service and that I would be sure to write about this experience in a review so here it is.

Father & son Adrian & JJ came to fix our clogged toilet. They were friendly, respectful & professional. A previous plumber told us he would have to break our cement to fix the problem and quoted us an outrageous amount. Adrian said this was unnecessary and fixed it at a very reasonable price. We are very grateful that they didn’t take advantage of our vulnerability. Highly recommended!!!!

My house developed a foundation leak in the kitchen. I called and Rudy was quick to assess the potential problem and suggested a solution to the problem. He quickly setup an appointment and upon his arrival, he diagnosed the problem then offered two solutions to remedy the problem. Plan A would be the most cost effective if sawing into the foundation would be easily accessible. However, plan B would be used if the leak was found underneath an area where it would prove to be cost prohibitive. Fortunately, the leak was practically in the center of the kitchen floor so his team proceeded to repair the leak using L type copper, 15% silver solder and lead free fittings. The copper lines were then surrounded by small grain play sand commonly found at the beaches. Then the appropriate concrete/gravel mix was prepared and filled into the voided area. The crew swept, gathered all of the related debris, and hauled it away. Very professional, polite, efficient and clean crew. I highly recommend Innovative Trades LLC.

Fast response! My plumber was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He had a positive attitude even though it was past 8 at night. I highly recommend this company! My toilet was not draining properly and he started with the most cost effective plan first. Luckily for me it worked! The company gives a 10 day warranty on their work.

Called the guy on behalf of a client. My client read the reviews and voiced concern to me. i called them back to let them know due to their reviews we would not be using them. He called back after he hung up to say that all plumbers have bad reviews and he would send me poor reviews of the company I did choose. I did not even have a chance to respond to him because he hung up on me. Hahaha very rude, short temper, and has no concept of fixing his attitude in order to gain new clients. Sir, I hope you read this and take it to heart. There is a reason you have 1 star reviews and I hope you check yourself because you are wrecking yourself. If there is an owner besides the gentleman who answered the phone, I suggest training or hiring a new employee.
