Old pipes in an old house... Like always very professional and helpful

We had a leak that was coming from the water meter. I called my cousin who just had some major work, plumbing, done by Liberty Plumbing. She was very happy with their work, attention to detail and highly satisfied with their prices. I asked her for their number and called. Right away Albert answer and was very pleasant to speak to. He even answered his text messages right away (other companies I called never even bothered to return my calls).

Albert walked me through the process of what was needed before they did any work and what to expect during and after their work. They came the day and time that he said they were going to come. And they did exactly what he said they were going to do. And as for the price, there was no haggling! The price he gave me was the price they charged!

Liberty Plumbing and Albert are a great company! I will definitely be doing business and calling them if we ever need them again in the future!!!

If I could give it no star I would! I waited and waited. The guy Cesar never showed and never called to cancelled. Everytime I called the number I received a text saying I'll call you back. A complete waste of my time. Had I known about this unprofessional behavior I would have called someone else!

Couldn't be more happy. Jaime was awesome--knew just what he was doing. Replaced thermocouple on water heater and faucets on kitchen sink. Fast and efficient. Price was more than fair. I highly recommend this company for those who don't know who to call or are unhappy with the plumber they've been using.

Charlie and Victor of Sharp Plumbing installed my new water heater yesterday. They arrived on time and were very professional and courteous.
They did an excellent installation job! I had also received a quote from a national, well-known plumbing company. That company's quote was 30% more than Sharp's so I am extremely happy with my installation. I will certainly keep Sharp in mind next time I need plumbing, heating and cooling work done in my home.

To start there customer service is terrible.Some man answered the phone and sounded like he had just got up with a simple grumpy hello. I had to ask if this was the plumbing company. Than it got worst he asked me to describe my problem which I did and he said I needed send for the part and also asked what I thought was the problem! Called another plumber and he fixed it in 30 minutes. Beware.
