Can I do 6 stars? Angel, from Sal's Plumbing, was a literal angel! I have had previous companies come out to evaluate my concerns with my water pressure, and were unsuccessful. Angel was able to diagnose the problem in a heartbeat, and made the necessary adjustments, while also giving me information on how to adjust the part myself should something happen again. I am so happy to have found this company and they will be my first call if I need other repairs! I will be sure to tell neighbors and friends of this perfect experience. Thank you so much, Angel, you've made my day!

The review I’m posting is mixed. I needed my dryer to be repaired. It was difficult to get a hold of this company at times. At first, it was fine, but as callback issues arose, the response was not as fast. They were professional and didn’t charge us labor for callbacks, but it was frustrating that the issue took so long to fix, mostly due to difficulty in contacting them. I left messages but had to continue calling back. Sometimes they would call back but other times it took a few tries to get in contact. I had to call a different company because I wasn't getting any response. They seem like a knowledgeable company, and to be fair, they were dealing with a backlog at the time of our service because one of their technicians quit on them abruptly. That might have been the issue, in which case I completely understand. However, I still think they could work on their dispatch system or response to messages. I had to pay another company a service fee of $45 just for a simple issue (They found that the motor was just a little stuck and the barrel needed to be manually pushed. Literally. That was all they had to do.)

Marco was highly efficient, courteous, and professional. what i thought was a routine switching over to heat turned out to be a repair job. he was awesome getting my old unit up and running again.

Excellent service, but most importantly, honesty.
Unexpectedly, my 6-year-old water heater started leaking a significant amount of water. I called several plumbers and as soon as I mentioned water leak they would respond the water heater is bad and needs to be replaced. I started researching on the internet and found out that that statement is incorrect. Most plumbers I called said they would only change the whole thing and refused to come see if it was repairable. Some said they would charge $100 to diagnose. One company actually came and looked a it, and determined it was not the tank rather the gas valve. They would charge me $500 which I thought it was outrageous since a the whole tank itself costs $550. Reliable Plumbing was very professional and came over assessed the tank and determined that in fact it was the gas valve. They charged me $250 for the piece and labor. It only took 1 hour to fix. Julio and his partner even checked the water pressure of the home (most probable cause of making the valve break) and they adjusted the water pressure because it was elevated.

This only made me wonder, how many people is deceived into buying a whole new water heater when in fact the tank is completely fine and the problem is the gas valve which is attached to the tank.

Called in for some information. Was completely shut out and couldn't even finish my sentence. Interrupted me while I was trying to convey my issue. Would recommend some customer service classes for the phone operator. Only reason they gained an extra star was answering the phone call in the first place unlike many of the other places I've tried.

Dependable work, timely scheduling. Have now used twice for different work over past year. They are my new plumbing-service company as far as I'm concerned.

Great service provided by Mr Cool. On time, polite, and fixed the problem. Will be using this company for my air condition services from now on.

Fabian's came when they said they would and corrected all of our problems from a previous plumber. We are very pleased and would definitely use them again!

Professional, good service

I am a property manager and the owner of this company called me on one of our properties. He was very rude over the phone and had a bad attitude. He hung up the phone on me. I will never use this company again. Very bad customer service.
