Best Gas Line Leak Detection in El Paso TX

Gibby’s plumbing came over to my home to repair a pipe that desperately needed fixing. This dad and son combo came to my home and explained everything to me in detail before proceeding. They were extremely professional and punctual….. yes punctual…. Very hard to get people these days to be punctual. Much appreciated the job they did and a very reasonable cost as well!

Tommy installed water to our new refrigerator and also fixed a leak under our sink. He discussed the steps he was going to take with us thoroughly. The jobs were done as he said and very quickly. This was 2 weeks ago and all is great!! Probably one of the easiest
repair service companies I have worked with. I will absolutely use them again. Do not hesitate!!

Definitely would recommend! We have had bad experiences with repairman in El Paso. However, this was the first time where I felt they did not over charge me for the job and it was done the same day, and quickly. We had hot water again in less than 2 hours. They were professional. There were no surprises. They gave me the cost of all the options and things I may run into so I could have a rough idea.

This business saved me. I had a clogged pipe that wouldn't allow drainage from my home and I didn't find out till my only toilet overflowed! Other plumbers saw my need and tried to take advantage by overcharging. Thankfully I found Albert at Liberty plumbing. He was at my home within the hour and he fixed my drainage issue without stepping foot inside. He charged me fairly and didn't try to apply an hourly fee. I really appreciate Liberty plumbing and I will be recommending and using them in future!

El Paso Water told us we had a leak but after inspecting our home couldn’t find where the leak was. I called 1st Leak Detection and once they arrived Adrian quickly found the leaks. He showed me on his instrument where the water leak was. He gave us options and quotes for repairing the leaks in our main water line. He and his crew did a wonderful job of fixing the problem AND explaining each step of the process as he and his crew went through the job. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a leak detected and repaired. First rate service and reasonable rates.

I've used this company for years now for my company, my own home and refer them to anyone asking me about a plumber one can trust. I yet have to hear anyone complain to me about their services. Being honest, professional and fair goes a long way and it shows with EP Trenchless Plumbing. I am a retired master plumber, therefore I recognize the professionism in this company. The owner is involved in every job his employees work on.

Called them on a Tuesday to make an appointment said they couldn't make it till Friday I said ok. Didn't show up called them said they were running late. Never showed not even a courtesy call and I never heard from them again. Never came to fix anything worst service ever.

Our disposal was not working properly, so I called our home warranty. This was the provider that they dispatched, so we had no other options. The warranty company stated to wait 48 hours to hear back, and call then. After 48 hours of not hearing from A and P, I called them. The person that I spoke to said that they were already on the way, without ever having told us! We were not at home, and had to leave where we were to make it in time. The fix seemed relatively simple, so we asked multiple times what was wrong with the disposal. He refused to tell us and would only say “$75 worth,” as our portion from the home warranty is $75. I gave two stars because the disposal does work now, but I would not recommend due to the lack of professionalism.
