Best Gas Leak in El Paso TX

I called asking where i could get parts so i could fix something myself. They were happy to direct me to the supplier.

Quick, clean, honest. They said they would be here in 30 mins and got here on the dot. Explained what the problem was, they did their work and they came through.

Tommy and his wife helped me fix substandard plumbing done by home flippers. I cannot thank them enough for discovering I had a broken pipe and saving me a lot of money down the line. This company is run by people with integrity. Excellent customer service. I recommend them 100%.

Really disappointing that I was quoted no more than $120 to install the faucet/ sink in our new vanity. Total cost was $220. just for about 4 minutes work. Oh well, live and learn right?

The technician told me Mechanical Technologies would be emailing as well as mailing my Paid Invoice. The technician also mentioned I have a 10 year warranty on the product. However, when I contacted them the next day, Mechanical Technician had no record on the service/product they provided and therefore could not send me an invoice. I DO NOT recommend this company!

Albert from Reliable was right on time, explained everything he was doing very clearly and was quick and efficient. This is the second time I have used Reliable and I will continue to use them in the future.

We had 1st step come out for a leak detection. Rep who came out was a little unprofessional and rude. He identified the leak under our house and said they were going to have to tear up our floors. Luckily we got a second opinion and were able to correctly identify the leak outside the house. We were able to save thousands of dollars and a bunch of headaches by not going with 1st step.

Alberto did a great job! He helped us with a toilet issue quickly and professionally.

This plumber was sent to me through my home warranty, there were several things that needed to be fixed. First he tried to charge me for something that was covered under the warranty, then I needed my kitchen faucet replaced and he stated that it would be best if I had the home warranty just give me the cash and pay him directly. What a horrible experience I have had with him. First he has stood me up numerous times, when he finally showed up to install the faucet I purchased he installed the handles backwards and the spout doesn't rotate properly to both sides. He tried to convince me that it was installed correctly but when I contacted the manufacturer they stated that it in fact was installed backwards and that it was a simple adjustment. He came back to fix it but stated the parts that according to the manufacturer were easy to adjust were breaking, the manufacturer sent us the replacement parts but now he won't show up to finish/fix his poor work. It has been two months since this whole ordeal started and he is just totally unprofessional. If you want the worst experience with a plumber and someone that continuously lies to you hire this guy.
And by the way the logo of best plumbers, don't get fooled by that he is not even on their list.

Called late on a Saturday and was able to get an appointment early Sunday morning. The service and price were exceptional and when finished the pipes looked like a work of art. Thank you so much.
