The Plumbserve guys were quick and courteous and conclusively fixed our problem. They were very trustworthy and did not offer to do any unnecessary work. I also liked how they helped educate about the problem and what things we might want to do in the future.

I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

My experience with CDK Plumbing was amazing! Cam was so responsive to our needs. He was quick to help us with our plumbing projects and gave us great, honest advice about choosing a water heater. Very disturbed by my experience with this company. A tech came out and quoted us around $3,500 of needed work. He said our compressor was about to go out, there was mold and buildup on our coil requiring a $1,500 mold system to be installed, there were leaks in our unit, and an animal had gotten to our duct work. He showed me photos of the coil, the duct work and brought me out to see the compressor. I found the original paperwork for the system, which was put in by the previous homeowner in 2016 (!! practically new !!) and all parts were still under warranty. Called the folks who put it in and there was NOTHING wrong with the system. In fact, the tech from the company who put it in broke the seal on the coil to inspect it. Meaning, the coil had never even been opened before - thus concluding that the tech from ARS was showing me photos that WEREN'T EVEN OUR SYSTEM. Sad and really disappointing. So glad we did not waste a bunch of money on them. Please beware.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

We had excellent services for few years with Greene Hunt Inc. Archie is very responsive and always give us great advices. They deserve the 5 stars at every times I call them, and Bill is amazing Plumber’s extremely knowledgeable of is professional work, and the quality of his services. We highly recommended Greene Hunt Inc., for any plumbing services, and you can trust the knowledge of Archie and Bill and theirs honestly.

Excellent service. Greg was very thorough in the investigation of the issues, and found an issue that another company missed. Furthermore, the cost was less than estimate from the other company. I highly recommend Happy Home!

Overall an excellent experience. We were having problems with our garbage disposal and our dish washer. I first spoke with Sara when making the appointment. I was unsure of the billing structure so she had Corey ( the owner) call me to personally explain. We made the appointment and Phillip (the technician) was on time, courteous and knowledgeable . We needed a new disposal and Phillip clearly explained several options. We made our choice and Phillip quickly and efficiently did the install. The issue with the dishwasher wasn’t as clear. Phillip checked several potential problems and discovered a bad connection of the electrical which he remedied . We though we were going to have to get a new dishwasher so this was extremely welcome. We’ve had JVG in for several different issues over the years and have always been please with the outcome.

After I attempted to fix a leaky toilet I called CK on the strength of their reviews on Angie's list. Within an hour they fixed the problem (and another minor problem I had been ignoring,). I immediately recommended them to a neighbor. Will certainly use CK again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We were told that service people were either coming within an hour or coming the next day for 5 days. They did not keep us apprised of their intent of service, every time we needed to call. We had to take of work 5 days and wait for nothing! We called R & C Services and they came that day and fixed the problem. Don't use this company unless you want to use your valuable vacation days sitting in a hot house waiting for no one.
