On time, efficient, polite and reasonably priced. He showed up with his mask on and ready to work. I will definitely be contacting RDU Plumbing again.

Brian provides great service! I have used him twice now. He is very nice, does great work fast, and very responsive to communication. He is prompt and will give notice as soon as he can should unpredictable delays come up. This is big for me as many will just leave you waiting and wondering why they are late or if they'll show up at all. Thanks, Brian!

Brian is the best. I am a new owner of an older home and Brian is a trusted resource as I get my home fixed up. He came to do the repairs found in the inspection but has done a lot more since. I woke up with no hot water and my hot water heater leaking. I had three quotes to replace it in the morning. Brian's price was reasonable, he came out to measure and make sure it would fit, and was able to install the same day!
