Rob called en route (right on time!) and was a pleasure to work with. He spent some time investigating, addressed the exact issue and when I shared I was a new homeowner, he encouraged me to learn alongside him so I was more informed about how the different pieces worked and some tips for the future. Pricing was very fair and transparent, Rob was very skilled and personable, and the job was done quickly and well. Will certainly be my first call for any future plumbing needs!

Great explanations, very detailed, very patient with helping me understand what the issues were (I had a few) and what repairs were necessary.I scheduled a repair for next week and their pricing is less than the Rooter places. The job was finished competently. ARS was paid but it took ARS about two months after that to complete the job. The parts took a long time to arrive. That was not ARS’s fault. The lack of communication was.

I have nothing bad to say about Mark (& Anna!) at JD Service. We noticed a water leak in our garage; I called JD Service after 5 PM on a Monday, and someone was at our house ready to fix the repair the next day. We were given several repair options and there was a thorough explanation of each one. Highly recommend if you need a quick home repair!

Piedmont Metro installed a Goodman heat pump for us last year after our AC pooped out in the dog days of summer. AC worked perfectly through the end of the warm weather.

A few months later winter rolls around and the heat doesn't work. Piedmont came out and manually switched the system to heat, citing a faulty (preexisting) thermostat. I bought and installed a new smart thermostat.

A few months later, come March or April, we needed AC again. Turned on the AC, AC didn't work, so Piedmont came out again and manually switched the system back over to cooling. Said the thermostat's the problem. So I went out and bought a second brand new thermostat and installed it. No dice.

Now it's September and it's getting cold again and our heat doesn't turn on. Had a different company come out (Green Horizon) and they figured out that the orange wire that controls the reversing valve had a short somewhere.

After diagnosing the problem Piedmont couldn't diagnose Green Horizon suggested using one of the other unused wires instead of the orange wire. Worked like a charm. Piedmont's responsive, friendly, but ultimately incompetent, at least in our situation.

Great customer service and the technician was knowledgeable in all the things I asked him about. Even recommended a company to redo the sheet rock in our ceiling. Especially, since we have a home warranty.

Wallace came in and provided solid, honest work to help fix and rework some plumbing in our master bathroom. He also offered advice for some future work we plan to have done in the coming months. I would not hesitate to call A & A Plumbing back for future plumbing needs.

Mr. Bailey was called to replace my garbage disposal. However, he determined my gd was simply clogged and did not need to be replaced. Talk about honest, i had replacement ready for installation, but he said why spend the money, when my current disposal works? He was competent, professional and pleasant. Can highly recommend Bailey Plumbing. Pleasure doing business with him.
