Josh ( the technician) was professional respectful and solved the issue. This was an after hour call so am grateful someone came. My only complaint is in order for the job to get warranty I had to pay an additional $400.00 which I opted out. That is to put a camera and check. I was told if I don’t do that they will not take responsibility if anything happened the next day. I feel this is unfair to the customer because the whole work was so expensive. I understand plumbing work is but charging that much to insure the job they did shouldn’t be the client’s responsibility. Also after charging so much to tell someone “ well I don’t give you no warranty if you call me tomorrow I will charge you as a new work order” is unfair.

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Brian did an excellent job installing a new toilet, sink, and faucet for our master bathroom remodel! He was very prompt and professional and offered a great price. The finished product looks wonderful. Highly recommend RDU Plumbing's services.

This was for general seasonal maintenance. The service was timely and efficient. Only problem this time was they forgot to call before showing up which is standard practice for them. This was almost a very bad situation.

I contacted Out the Door plumbing as a last minute second opinion for a sewer line repair. Not only were they incredibly responsive (called Friday morning, did the estimate Friday afternoon, repaired on Monday!) but they were also incredibly knowledgeable about the specific situation. It took Progressive plumbing 2 visits to figure out the problem, and they still weren’t very confident about what the fix was. Zach from Out the Door showed up and within 10 minutes knew exactly what the issue was, why it happened and how to fix it. They fixed it the next business day, efficient and quality work. And a hell of a lot cheaper than my first quote. 100% recommend their work.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Pete’s Electric installed a generator and used Greene Hunt for the mechanical aspect. They were phenomenal. Even the inspector complimented their work. Well done!

The technician, Sean, was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He explained his trouble-shooting methods as he went, discussed the results of his diagnostic exam in detail, and offered options for next steps. Also, while here, he addressed some unrelated minor tweaks to flow of furnace to different ducts. A top-notch service experience!

They are very professional and trustworthy. You can feel assured that Mr. Williams will tell you exactly what the issue is and what it will take to repair. Use absolutely anyone else. We had the most ridiculous experience with this company and would not recommend to anyone for any reason. First the service person showed up to our house and rather than coming to the front door chose to stand in the yard and look through our window. When I came out of the front door to greet him he was unmasked, which I was not told on the phone. We have an unvaccinated child in the home and would not have used this company if we had known they were choosing to not wear masks into clients homes. Our very friendly and sweet dog came out of the front door with me and barked at him one time in surprise and then sniffed his leg - she did not jump, did not growl, did not bare teeth, did not do anything intimidating. The man started to YELL at me to put the dog up and when I told him she would be in the house during service he got upset and left. When I called the company to complain they were dismissive and said the agent claimed our dog charged at him and then asked me if the dog had barked. So be warned - if you have a dog, perhaps even one that barks when someone comes to the door, or if you expect strangers coming in your home to wear masks, go somewhere else!!!

CK's plumbing was very responsive and they were able to send someone out within 24 hours from when our hot water heater stopped working. Chris and Ray came out to replace it and were great - on time, professional and efficient! I will use this company in the future for any plumbing needs. I highly recommend them.
