I have been using JR Lane Plumbing for the past 6 months for my apartment communities and I have experienced nothing but the best! They are always fast, professional and reasonably priced. I have tried other companies such as Roto Rooter & Poole's Plumbing and they have not even come close to the level of professionalism that I have gotten from Lane plumbing.

It was a pleasure working with Josh to get our water heater replaced. Josh is professional, punctual, communicates extremely well, and transparent. We were quoted by several companies with packages that were obviously severely overpriced but I felt Josh's quote was a fair one. The installation went without issue and Josh was able to answer all my questions and provide helpful tips for the future without pushing sales. I'd recommend dynamic plumbing to anyone and if you're near the Mebane, Burlington, Graham area no need to look anywhere else.

2 stars for price only. $298.12 for a drain clean out. We called with the problem already diagnosed; it was non urgent, and they never lost the snake to the drain. They were here a total of 20 minutes. Outrageous pricing.

Adrian and Rooter-Rooter successfully unclogged our kitchen sink drain. This was a tricky job because our house is old, and the connections between the various drain lines are obscure. We were very pleased with the timely service call and professionalism. They explained everything clearly and cheerfully, and helped us better understand how our 100 year-old farmhouse is plumbed! The pricing was fair, and I would not hesitate to call Rooter-Rooter again.

I used Shelton many years ago and remembered how professional and reasonably priced he was. This time we needed a sink faucet replaced and he was able to get to it quickly and at a good price. Highly recommend as being great at his job, friendly and reasonably priced. You can’t go wrong.

Hutch came out within 1 hour of my call. He was able to come back the same day and replace my water heater. He was super nice, great manners and very professional. He stayed until 9:00pm to get us back in business. I would highly recommend him and Roto Rooter.

Fast service and super informative

I have always been very impressed with A & A Plumbing in that Mr. Wallace Chambers has great experience and is one of the best!

Used their service to replace my old electrical water heater with Hybrid water heater, they did not finish their job of connecting the electrical cables to new water heater as cables were short, they left saying that an electrician has to do the job, which they did not give an estimate before starting the job.
They did not use CPVC pipes, did not put the water heater on existing stand, and they were asking for more to add extra CPCV pipes that are required for my new water heater.
Basically i can tell they were very unprofessional, but they charge as other professionals do. DON'T HIRE THEM.
