I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

Both Daniel and Jerry did an awesome job! They did a thorough inspection of our outlets and switches then provided a detailed estimate of what needed to be done along with the cost. We appreciated the fact that neither one of them tried to scare or pressure us into doing anything. They laid out the facts and truly allowed us to make a decision on our own. Their ability to not only jump right on the job but complete it in the same day after we gave the go ahead was amazing! William Gomez was very kind and professional. He arrived on time and was started before his help arrived. Although it was hot and miserable up there in the attic, William was very professional and did not complain at all. He had my ac unit installed in a timely manner, handled all the paperwork, and was on his way. I appreciated his time and expertise and would recommend him with 110% certainty.......he was absolutely awesome!!

During a time when customer service is at an all time low, due to worker shortages and increased demand, it's incredibly refreshing to call a business, have the owner answer the phone and and have same-day availability! Mr. William arrived within an hour of my call to fix my HVAC system that was not blowing hot or cold air. He asked if I wanted to watch him repair the unit and I enthusiastically said yes! Not many people take the time to walk you through through every step of the diagnostic tests. Once he pinpointed the issues (a safety feature that cut the system off and some faulty repairs from a previous HVAC company), I was quoted a price to repair, I signed off on the work and and my unit was back to operational within the hour. The whole process was informative, transparent and easy. Then I found out he not only repairs HVAC, but also plumbing and electrical. Last but not least, I love to support locally owned and operated, Black businesses. This was an all-around great experience and I will be calling again.

Husband and I have been renovating a house we purchased last year. Next project is to turn a bedroom into a master bath/closet. After reading the reviews and reccommendations from the community, I contacted Acme Plumbing in July to assess the new plumbing install and provide estimate, timeframe, etc... Was told we don't do that but if you find someone to do the new plumbing you can call us to hook it up. Huh? Your website says no job too big or small... among many other great liners to imply you are full service. And, if I do find someone else to complete project, they are obviously going to make sure they are capable of hooking it up as we secured a permit for the job and need to pass inspections, so why on Earth would I place a second service call to you? Super misleading and very frustrating when a company markets themself in such a way, but can't deliver.

Thank you for your response. The room had already been demo'd and was a blank slate - subflooring and four sheetrock walls, no additional work (tile, electrical, etc...) would have stood in the way. We were just looking for new plumbing install before we started new flooring, tile shower, fixtures, etc...

Two days before Christmas my garbage disposal and pipes under my sink just fell apart. Dustin was at my house within two hours and had a new garbage disposal installed, everything working, and even checked a few things for me as a courtesy, like my water heater and water pressure. I appreciated his prompt response, his courteous demeanor, and the fact that he got everything fixed in time for Christmas!

I called Mr. Jordan yesterday for a leak I was dealing with. Within 24 hours he came out for a service call and spent time investigating the problem. Finally he found it and provided a solution for the fix. I was impressed with his service, communication and he was very friendly. He is now my go to plumber!!!!!

expensive!! Replacing the capacitor $320 and diagnostic $69. Thought that other company would waived the diagnostic fee if we have the service. So we paid $389 just to replace the capacitor.....2 weeks ago

Excellent customer service!

I have had Joe come out to my home twice now for different things. I even recommended him to my friend/neighbor. He is very professional and extremely courteous. Always on time and considerate. I was out of heat for 3 days over Xmas eve and Xmas day. I called a dozen different companies that advertised they were open 24/7/365 and for emergencies and no one bothered to answer. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it and all for a reasonable price even though it was a “holiday”. I will call him for every issue moving forward.

How do I give negative stars? That's what they deserve, if that.

They were scheduled through Lowe's, came three times to my house and always found a reason not to do the work. They have traded Lowe's reputation for me, don't waste your time with this garbage company. They come to your house, and say they left the tools; if not that, then you don't have the right parts, then when you buy said parts, they out their own on and charge you since yours didn't work.

Absolute joke of a plumber, never shop with them.
