My toilet stopped working, which is nothing we could live with for long. Bizzy Bee was here within a day and had the problem fixed with 2 hours. The plumbers were respectful of my home and couldn't have been nicer or more polite.

Came back from vacation water heater had leaked water everywhere. I called Busy Bee and Brian came out stopped the leak. He Came back next day to install water heater. He was professional, courteous and diligent. He worked through some unexpected problems till he resolved them. He treated my home like it was his own. This will be the only plumbing company I use. This company truly stands by their promises.

Tom & JB did a great job on digging and replacing my main plumbing pipe, which was about 4-5 ft underground, from the looks of it. They were very professional and efficient, and they left things tidy when they were finished. Thanks guys!

I had water backtracking from the spout in my tub into the wall, Ryan & Matthew came out and in less than a hour fixed me right up and explained to me the issue. They also did some extra caulking around the shower knob that I didnt even notice needed a touch up. Great service - went above and beyond. They also were able to come the same day I called!

After twenty years of trying to find a plumber I would ever call twice, my search is over. These people know how to run a business. It's very easy nowadays to be skeptical about what you're told, and being recently widowed i may be particularly susceptible to self-doubt, but everybody at Bizzy Bee has acted in such good faith and has shown what felt like genuine concern for my mini disaster. (Long story, but backed up waste in the house.) The men spent the better part of two days on the job. I am confident the problem is fixed. (Tree roots were to blame. BIG ones.) But whatever I need from here out, I know exactly who to turn to. Plus, they give you bottles of honey when the job is completed. Took the sting out of my bill😉. I recommend them 100%.

Our water heater broke two and a half weeks ago. Robert was very gracious to come to our home in timely manner and give us a free estimate of what it would take to replace the water heater. We had done some research and decided to install a tank less water heater. Installation of a tank less water heater requires a team of people to retrofit. Most plumbing companies we got estimates from did not include costs for the electrician, hookups etc. to install a tank less system. Using Bizzy Bee was a one stop shop as Robert had the people in line to do the installation of our tank less water heater. What impressed me the most is Robert's attention to detail. He came after the job was done to make sure everything was installed and properly working. Robert's team of Kevin and Travis were a pleasure to work with too. I would highly recommend Bizzy Bee Plumbing for any plumbing work you need done.

I hired Bizzy Bee to come and fix a gas leak. They were super affordable and definitely fixed the gas leak. I will be using them for all of my plumbing needs going forward.

So called this place on 1/1/2020. I know it's a holiday but plumbing problems don't observe holidays. Their answering service picked up the call just to say they are not working that day. Why have an answering service at all if you can't work? I called Roto Rooter afterwards. They are on the way. It goes without saying, I will not call this place again.

I had a back water valve issue in my townhouse. After explaining the symptoms, Ryan did a fantastic job of searching for the problem. He was very professional, listened and was able to explain the problem and how he would solve it. He showed me a picture of the parts in question and gave me two quotes. The first solution worked and he honored the $15 off $150 coupon on the Bizzy bee website. I completed the paperwork on his iPad and as a thank you gift, I received a little jar of honey. What a clever touch for a company fulfilling the honey-do plumbing list. Making an appointment was extremely easy and I am making Bizzy Bee my go-to for any plumbing needs. Roto Rooter was just horrible in comparison and I know where to go for stellar service now.

We have used Bizzy Bee a couple of times now - installation of an outdoor hose bib, diagnosis and repair of a weird issue with water flow to a bathroom sink, installation of a toilet and flushing of a tankless water heating system. In all cases, the service rep (Alex for the last 3) was courteous and responsive, answered all my questions, and performed high quality work in a reasonable amount of time. So we had to have our hot water heater replaced after 20 years and starting to leak . I called Bizzy Bee Plumbing . From Meda who took my call and many calls to Paul and Matthew who came out to take out and install were fantastic! Got out our hot water heater quick, came out a day later, was here on time with booties, masks and gloves due to the virus also our hot water heater was on 3 rd floor. They were very near clean and worked efficiently and brought up to code . Very nice and professional. We are very happy and will use them again and request Paul and Matthew . These guys responded after hours when our hot water heater stopped working, and even though they had a jam packed day, came out to help us the very next morning. Turned out it was a simple electric issue, something we could have fixed on our own (we're idiots!), and they didn't want to charge us for the service call. I was having water pressure problems over the weekend. I called Bizzy Bee, who I have used before on multiple occasions with great success. And, just like the other times, they were at my house within 2 hours of me calling. Mike addressed both issues that were causing my water pressure to spike up to 140psi. Both my water pressure regulator valve AND my hot water thermal expansion tank were bad. Mike had both items replaced quickly and then he stuck around to help me monitor the pressure to ensure it was stable and not going up.
I want to thank Bizzy Bee, and especially Mike, for handling my problem this weekend so quickly and efficiently! I will be using Bizzy Bee exclusively from now on! Thank you!

I came home after work to find a leak in the washing machine area of my town home. I called and spoke to the after hours answering service. A repairman called back right away and was at my house very soon. After determining the problem, he went straight to work to repair the leak and also upon my request replaced an emergency shut off value. He was very polite and professional. He finished the work quickly and left no mess. I will certainly use Bizzy Bee Plumbing again.

Bizzy Bee did a very nice job. They were prompt, reliable, and competent. They arrived right when they said they would, which is rare with anyone these days. The plumber was very thorough and responsive to the problem we are having. The cost was very reasonable. Overall I was satisfied.

The only issue for me is that he did not fix the problem. We have been having a slow leak under the house and he was unable to identify the source of it. He wants me to keep an eye on it and he is going to have to come back again and do more work to ultimately resolve it.

I am extremely happy with Bizzy Bee Plumbing service! I found (via a high water bill) that I had a substantial leak. I had 3 plumbers come by for a quote and after looking around the area of my meter & house and also looking into the crawl space, they all told me I would have to replace the water line from the meter to the house. I then had Bizzy Bee Plumbing come by (Andrew) & after looking at the same areas & crawl space, he told me he found the leak - it was in the pipe that ran into my foundation (cinder blocks)& into my crawl space. It was wet on the floor and you could hear water running (what sounded like inside the cinder block.) He got the job, and repaired it fairly quickly & efficiently with only about 3 feet of digging. I am very happy with Bizzy Bee & Andrew! Not only was he the only one out of 3 others who found the problem but the bill was reasonable and my whole front yard did not need to be dug up! Thank you, Bizzy Bee! You are a 10-Star Plumbing company! Andrew is an excellent plumber! If I were to need any plumbing in the future, I will be calling Bizzy Bee!

I have had a dishwasher installed by BBP that Home Depot service people were unable to install due to some nonsensical issue. Not only was I able to make an appointment for the same day service but the installer was very polite and knew what he was doing. I can only recommend them as the price of install was very reasonable as well. All in all GODD JOB!

Totally misleading. While we did get our pipes cleared, when I signed the contract that was initially shown to me, I agreed to pay the 190 that they were going to charge. The plumber then went on to tell me that he was going to use the hydro-jet and it would slightly change the bill to about $250 and I said it was ok. After the service, I presented him with a $20 off coupon and my total came out to $291 - WAY over what I was quoted. He also left a huge mess in my kitchen and a stain in my runner I cannot get out. He then proceeded to tell me that he had just got the hydro jet the day before, so had he come out a day earlier, my total would have been a hundred dollars less because he wouldn't have the equipment to begin with. I'll go with a more honest and forthcoming company next time.

They offered an earlier date/time when one opened up, called me 20 minutes from arrival, showed up on time, and fixed the issue as quickly as possible. Great service. Many thanks to Mike - the plumber!!!

Called Bizzy Bee to get an estimate for replacing a hot water heater. They misled us about CPVC pipes not being up to code so they could not legally install a new water heater without having to replace all the piping in our house, totaling a minimum of $4500. We called another plumber the next day who confirmed that CPVC is up to code and there is no problem installing a new water heater on it. Very unprofessional to mislead us in order to get a bigger service sale. I would not recommend anyone work with Bizzy Bee.

Alex from Bizzy Bee Plumbing was awesome. He came to troubleshoot low water pressure throughout our house. He approached the problem systematically and was more than happy to talk it through with me, as he worked through resolving the issue. He continued working until it was solved, never leaving for parts, since he had them on his truck, or scheduling another appointment because it was taking too long. He was all in, until the issue was fixed correctly. We now have the best water pressure we’ve had in any house we lived in. Buzzy Bee has some great employees, they know their stuff. They can always answer my questions and have great insight on plumbing issues. We are getting a water heater replaced and Ben answered all my questions about the pros and cons of a tank vs a tankless system. Quality people is the mark of a good business.

We had a repair man come out to check our water heater because pressure valve would open an leak every now and then he said we would need to replace the whole water heater for $1600. We decided to get a second opinion and called Bizzy Bee they sent Joey out he checked it out and said tank did not need to be replaced that it needed a new Pilot light controller panel, he came back out next day first thing in the morning and replaced it for a total of $442 that was a lot better than $1600. Will be using Bizzy Bee & Joey for our future plumbing problems.

I had a water main leak at a house I was renovating. Tom Blake with Bizzy Bee Plumbing came out and identified the issue right away. It was taken care off quickly and efficiently. Tom was great, I'll definitely call this company again.

Daniel was excellent - he arrived ahead of schedule and set about trying to diagnose the problem. I called because I had a wall that was wet so I assumed I had a leak. Daniel looked at multiple sources to see if he could diagnose the problem before going into the drywall. While he was not able to diagnose the issue without going into the drywall, he was meticulous and only cut the minimum necessary. At the end of the day, the source of the leak was not able to be found and we are in a watch and wait situation - without question I will call Daniel and only Daniel if the leak resurfaces. Daniel was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and fun to talk to - he was in short the perfect plumber.

We had a leak at the water meter, hubs tried to fix but ran out of time and daylight. We had no water for a day! Called a few other companies but no one could come out that day, one of those companies suggested Bizzy Bee. They had availability and had a very reasonable service charge. Tim was prompt and had the water back on in an hour. He was friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and kept me informed (hubs and I both at work and couldn't be on-site) Great job at a reasonable price for such short notice. Will use Bizzy Bee again when needed.

I called Bizzy Bee for a clog to my sewer line. Harry was able to come to my house earlier than my appt and took the time to explain the whole process, pricing, options, etc. He was able to get the clog out and then put a camera in and allowed me to watch as he examined my pipe to see if there was any damage or additional clogs. Harry is just a genuinely nice guy and I will definitely use Bizzy Bee if I need assistance in the future and recommend Harry/Bizzy Bee to my friends and family!

Ryan and his team did an excellent job repairing our old cast iron pipes with an epoxy paint/ ceramic coating. We have had issues for almost 3 years and this should resolve those issues. They were prompt, professional and put things back where they were when finished and even washed off our driveway from some dirt they got on it. Day 1: Arrived hour late. Advised that the install is normally $275, but this one (touchless) would cost a little more. Proceeded. Reviewed plumbing and shutoff values. Values under sink were not closing. Advised that the replacing the shutoffs and reconnecting dishwasher and ice maker runs about $450 to $550. Six hours later (8PM), water is leaking under the sink. Agreed to shutoff cold water and resume efforts tomorrow. Day 2: Installed a new icemaker line. Did not resolve the issue. Replaced brand new copper piece from day before. Leak appears to be resolved. Replaced ice maker line again. End of job after 3 hours. Summary: Installed faucet, replaced ice maker line, replaced shutoff values, reconnected dish washer, 9 hours, 4 trips to the hardware store, for a total of $1100 with North Carolina tax.

Joey saved us from drowning on Super Bowl Sunday! Our main water shut off went haywire and the water was coming out of the wall like we were in a torpedoed boat. My wife panicked and called Bizzy Bee and Joey walked her through the street shut off via phone and arrived promptly to replace the valve. I can’t say I enjoyed having a sewer leak in my front yard, but dealing with Bizzy Bee made it a painless as possible. Chris our technician scoped our sewer line, cleared some roots, and he said it was definitely damaged. He came back within a week to do the fix. Fortunately, him and an other plumber took the time to hand-dig the hole, because they discovered an unmarked two inch fiber optic cable. It had been bored straight through our sewer pipe. I still don’t know how he had the intuition (or wisdom) not to use the backhoe (which he had with him). I can’t imagine what would have happened if we had a plumber who was not as wise or patient. I am sincerely glad we called Bizzy Bee!

After calling Bizzy Bee, Chase was at my house within an hour. I had a toilet that was flooding my 2nd floor. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Received a call from Town of Cary this morning about a possible water leak (my house had apparently been using a vast amount of water since the 5th of the Month, for ***THREE WEEKS***). I called Bizzy Bee b/c I had had a good experience a couple years previous. I've lived in Cary for 20 years, I've dealt with a lot of plumbers over the years and Bizzy Bee has the best plumbers I've ever met by a long shot. Both occasions I've used them they have been not only knowledgeable but also polite hard working as well as fast and efficient. And both times they've charge far less than I would have gotten from other plumbers based on my personal experience.

We had a toilet that was constantly clogging (in a new build home, for that matter). We called Bizzy Bee and they sent out Harry. Harry quickly diagnosed the issue and gave us a recommendation. We went and bought a new toilet to install. Harry came out the next day and arrived promptly at the schedule time. Upon pulling the old toilet, we found out the builder had tossed an electrical wire down the toilet and it got caught in the flange, causing toilet paper to get snagged and build up. Throughout the whole process, Harry was very patient, walked us through everything he was doing and was just an all around pleasure to work with. We have nothing but great things to say about Bizzy Bee's communication and Harry's professionalism. We will definitely be using them again in the future and will be requesting for Harry!

Bizzy Bee Plumbing was great. They came in an acceptable amount of time for an emergency plumbing issue at our house. The man that did the work not only fixed the issue, but was very good about explaining the problem and the follow-up that we would need to do. Also, the amount charged was reasonable, as was the estimate for the further work that needs to be done.

Brian arrived on time. He wore footies and a mask. He explained four options of repairing the sink taps and water lines. He was neat, professional, polite and offered great advice on what I should do regarding other repairs. He also fixed a couple of plumbing issues in our greenhouse at no extra charge. I made an appointment with Bizzy Bee Plumbing yesterday and I was told that someone would be at my house at 8 am. I contacted them at 8:25 am and then was told that we give a 2 hour window for the plumber to show up. I would have never agreed to a 2 hour window especially when I had an appointment at noon. Lack of communication on Bizzy Bee's part. If I was told about the 2 hour window I would have scheduled a different time. I cannot comment on their services. Very annoyed that I was not given the correct information as I wasted time waiting for them to come. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

While I was at work yesterday my water heater exploded. I had water everywhere. Mike the plumber came and put in a new shut valve on my water heater so I could flush toilets and have running water through the night. Today Ben the plumber came and installed a brand new water heater and expansion tank in a very small area. My hat is off to y'all. Thank you both so very much! I cant not thank the owner enough. We recently had a mainline water leak and called several plumbers. Bizzy’s quote was fair and they were able to prioritize our work quickly since we were without water. Harry did an awesome job of diagnosing the problem and he and the team did great work to get us back up and running. I think we’ve found our new plumbers.

Exceptional, professional service. I was given an appointment within two hours on a Friday afternoon. The repairman, Harry, was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained the problem and provided options for repair. We obtained the washer water valves on our own (which Harry suggested to save $) and then called Harry back to replace them. Again, a job well done! The customer service at Bizzy Bee is excellent, as well. Courtney is friendly and professional. I would recommend Bizzy Bee and would use them again.

The service tech, Ben Riley, came over within an hour of our call for help (broken and leaking badly shower valve). He replaced the leaking valve which was very difficult to get to and involved removing part of a wall. He also replaced some older lines and new fittings to the new shower valve. It took over three hours of work to wrestle the old components out, install new, test everything thoroughly and he left the place cleaner than when he arrived. If you need plumbing help this is the company to call. Very fair up-front pricing and quality work. If Ben is available ask for him. He's extremely pleasant and polite in addition to being good at his job.

I heard water gushing under my house at almost midnight last night and I began googling for 24 hour plumbers in Cary. There were four. The first I got a recording and was told the mailbox was full. So much for 24 hour service. Useless! The second one I left a message and got a call about 8am the next morning. Better than nothing, but still not helpful. The third call again I left a message and still haven’t heard back. The fourth was Bizzy Bee plumbing. I got an actual person and was told a repairman would call me back. Ben called within a half hour and was at my house within an hour! Now that is 24 hour emergency service! Ben was extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He gave me an estimate and even though he was here much longer than originally anticipated, the bill was as estimated. I was extremely grateful for their excellent response and service.

Thomas B. made a repair to our outside faucet (cracked during last freeze) completely stress free today. Arrived within estimated time frame, called when he was on his way, was professional and very plesant. I spoke to a real person on the first try for scheduling and was able to get appt two days after call for a non-emergency repair which was great. It was an all around good experience working with Thomas and his company.

Our downstairs toilet completely overflowed at like 9 o'clock at night. We had no idea what to do! I called them because Google said they were a 24 hr plumbing service. They answered quickly and talked me through what to do! We got through the night without them coming out. And the next morning they figured out the problem immediately! Super friendly and nice.

We had a very complex plumbing problem we have been trying to resolve for four years. The Busy Bee staff came out diagnosed the problem and had the owner come out to confirm that the complex solution would indeed solve the problem. They took a great deal of time and came up with a very creative, cost-effective solution. We couldn’t be happier with our Busy Bee experience.

We have turned to Bizzy Bee a number of times over the past six or so years: they're always a delight to work with and do things right the first time. This time we're especially appreciative of technician Andrew P who was exceptionally professional, helpful, and knowledgeable.

I got an estimate on having a gas line installed for a gas stove and plumbing for a kitchen remodel. The estimate for the gas line was around $1000 and $500 for the kitchen plumbing. We decided to hire another company to do the gas line, which I told the person on the phone when I scheduled to have the kitchen plumbing done.
When the plumber arrived to do the kitchen plumbing, he said it would cost more than $500 to do the kitchen plumbing because we were not hiring them for the gas line too. I said I understood. Then he calculated the cost and told me it would cost $950 to do the kitchen plumbing. I said that was not reasonable. He said he would call the office and see if they could charge less. When he got off the phone, he said the cost was still going to be $950. I told him I didn’t want to hire Bizzy Bee Plumbing for this job. They left.

Paid $40 for the quotation fee for someone to come and estimate the work on extending my gas line. I called 3 times over 3 weeks asking to move ahead with my quote and have the work performed, and each time I was told someone would call me back the next business day to schedule it. Nobody called me back each time, and I'm just frustrated. $40 wasted and I need to find another plumbing company to move ahead with this project.

We had a leak in our store bathroom which was leaking gallons of water onto the bathroom floor and leaking onto the floor outside. I could not find the source so called Bizzy Bee to come in to diagnose the source and repair the leak. I told them I can’t see where the water is coming from but maybe the wax seal, I need someone to come find and repair the leak. Technician arrived and said he was here to repair the toilet. Our store manager pointed to the water all over and said leak is not from the toilet but not sure of source. Technician calls me to say leak is repaired and I made payment over the phone.
30 minutes later I arrive at the store to find water all over the floor inside and outside of the bathroom. I called the technician to find tell him leak was not fixed. I was informed that his job card said to fix “leaking toilet” so he replaced the complete flushing system as he found a “Bowl to toilet leak” and then vacuumed up the water on the floor. I explained that there was no leak from the toilet flushing system and we had only just replaced the flushing system. I said I was not happy with the work as the wrong thing had been repaired and we still had huge amounts of water leaking onto floor. The job I had called for had not been done. I was told he had done his job and If I had an issue I must call his boss. I did and spoke to Robert about the issue.
Instead of Robert saying something like he would get the technician back out to repair the leak and put the charge against the final repair. He proceeded to lecture me that he stood behind his technicians work as he is required to eliminate all leaks he sees and this would eventually correct the problem. I explained that if I needed a toilet flusher replaced I could do it myself as it is not a difficult job and anyway the volume of leaking water could never originate from the flushing system and this was not leaking in the first place. He proceeded to interrupt and lecture me again. He refused to finish the job and said he would do a partial refund but I could never use his business services again. He said I had insulted him by saying the flushing system was easy to replace. (I’ve done this numerous times before).
To summarize, I am now out a sum of money for a repair that was not necessary and still have water running all over my floor and have been refused future service because I complained.
SOLUTION: Managed to get a competent plumber in that afternoon, they turned off the bathroom fan. Heard water dripping loudly behind the dry wall (Found leak source within 30 seconds). They opened the dry wall and repaired the leak in the copper pipe joint. There was the professional diagnosis and repair of the problem I was looking for…..don’t worry Robert I won’t be calling you again!

Bizzy Bee came to fix my long time leaking kitchen sink. When they came out the plumber was friendly and had no problem wearing a mask during these times of the pandemic. What I like the most, he knew exactly what the problem was, he was upfront about the process, and most important had everything he needed to fix it. In addition he called ahead to confirm his arrival and was on time, actually early :) I would give credit to this plumber by name but forgot his name. I thought I had a leaking pipe in a wall. Travis from Bizzy Bee quickly found the real culprit, a pinhole in an overflow tank. He fixed it quickly for a fair price, and was knowledgeable and friendly.

Had a slight emergency on the afternoon of Christmas eve and called several places. Bizzy Bee was the only one that called back and was able to come to repair a damaged water supply line valve to the toilet's tank. I shut the water meter valve to avoid a flood so we had no water to the house, on Christmas eve. His demeanor and communication were professional, courteous, and understanding. After telling him what happened, he explained the issue and gave me some helpful tips for the future if I wanted to repair it myself. I paid what he quote me upfront; and he finished the job in about 1.5 hours. He explained things in a very calm and easy to understand manner. I can not express how thankful my family and I are that Ben was able to come promptly to our house, on Christmas eve, during rain storms and tornado warning, and fix the problem to allow us to have water flow restored to our house and fix the original problem for which we called. I had been a happy Cary Plumbing customer but they weren’t able to come out for 4 days and Bizzy Bee could come next day. I picked Bizzy Bee because of the great reviews and responsiveness. They actually called on the service day and came out earlier than planned with my ok. The tech, Ryan M, wore boots and a mask the whole time and replaced my garbage disposal and a shower cartridge that was not working. I considered doing these myself but after observing the difficulties encountered during the work, I was glad I used an expert. I would have had to go to the hardware store several times and gotten very frustrated. Ryan M was unbelievably calm and very pleasant and made sure everything was perfect and checked after. He also asked me to check to make sure I was pleased. Also, the price was reasonable and exactly what he told me at the start. Even the woman I spoke to in the initial call for service was super nice. And I got a mini jar of honey with the Bizzy Bee label — nice touch.

Daniel was awesome. A toilet flange on the 2nd floor cracked and was leaking through the ceiling. Daniel showed up precisely on time after calling first to let me know he was on the way. He literally ran to and from his truck to get the job done as fast as possible. It wasn't an easy job and required cutting through the ceiling. This was my second good experience with Bizzy Bee Plumbing.

Ben came out and worked through the steps to figure out why my water heater was releasing water through the TPR valve. It turned out to be a bad expansion tank causing the issue. Spot on, every time. The plumbing personnel they send to us are always professional and superbly informed to a T, with attitude and diligence to match. They did a great job installing a new water heater this week, with all the quality touches and materials. Tight as a drum, and correcting problems of installation with the defunct old one. A half hour after they finished, after dark, we mistakenly reported to the crew by phone that there was leakage coming down through the ceiling of the upstairs bathroom when the shower was on. They turned around immediately and made the trip back, double-checked all the connections. Finding no problem, they checked for other sources and impacts. They determined that a faulty shower-head connection on the second floor was spraying water on the ceiling, making it appear like water coming from the ceiling. They then showed us that the spray was finding a route to the first-floor bathroom below, through a bank of tiles missing grout along the top edge upstairs. That explained the water damage we were getting on the ceiling of the downstairs bathroom. I was then able to confirm the water route and even catch and fix an active secluded slow drip I had not noticed. These guys are above and beyond! They doubly confirmed the absence of any Heater leak at the meter, as well.

Very good communication from the time the appointment was made to the tech showing up and showing up on time as promised. Seth was very professional, very patient with all my questions, very polite, very thorough, and very pleasant. It was refreshing to have someone truly take the time to explain what he was doing and not be put out by questions. He was engaged and was all about customer service. We originally called Bizzy Bee to have a leaky toilet repaired. Serviceman Kenny Hogg arrived on time and very efficiently replaced the inner workings of the commode. He then suspected that our water pressure might be too high. Pressure gauge showed he was correct; the pressure was dangerously high. We scheduled a second visit two days later to have that repaired. The 30 year old pressure gauge was corroded.

Kenny was not only very professional but also friendly and easy to work with. We were completely satisfied.

Water/plumbing problems have been my nemesis this year. I have had to call several plumbers for various reasons. My most recent experience came a day before Ryan Stanton came from Bizzy Bee. The crew was a water damage team and a plumber. They work for a well known company. I was lead to believe I needed to open my ceiling before any work could be done. Not true. In addition, a vague contract was written, not itemized, and a $1,000 price tag was place on it. For $1,000 I had a piece of my ceiling cut out (roughly 2 feet x 6 inches), an anti microbial spray was placed in the opened area, and a few drying pieces of equipment were left for 3 days. Today Ryan Stanton came to my door to look at my plumbing problem. Ryan IS my new go to plumber. He immediately diagnosed my plumbing problem, repaired it for a fair price, fixed another plumbing issue I had (the two repairs alone was less than my initial estimate for my one initial plumbing problem from the other company), was knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to do business with. I am a single mother raising two boys on a teacher's salary. I can say with 100% certainty that Ryan Stanton from Bizzy Bee is by far the most honest, reliable, knowledable, and personable plumber in the Raleigh/Durham area. I will be asking for Ryan to come back for all of my future plumbing needs. I cannot express my gratitude for his visit/repairs today. Thank you!

From the scheduler to the after hours emergency answering service to several of the plumbers.... they are all professional, friendly and I can not say enough good things about this business. Great company. Professional, arrived on-time and provided an estimate before performing work. Thomas and Chase were extremely polite, courteous and most important, thorough. They were meticulous and did not rush through things and prided themselves on doing the job right as opposed to fast. They came equipped with all the latest hardware (a hydrojet, fiber-optic camera, etc.) allowing them to visually inspect the line after the work was performed and easily located the clean-out lines by pushing the fiber-optic camera to the clean-out opening and then waving a locater on the surface to pinpoint where the camera is below ground. Pretty slick! Will definitely use them again! Can't recommend them highly enough based on my experience.

After we called, Harry came out quickly to check out our problem, which is primarily a septic tank issue, so we'll need to follow up with someone else about that, but Harry clearly explained the situation to us and what we needed to next. I appreciated his clear advice.

Very responsive and, professional and extremely knowledgable. All of my toilets were clogged. I called Bizzy Bee after another company managed by American Home Shield warranty service tried to unclog, then wanted to come back and take the toilet off to try again, but not until another couple days. Bizzy Bee came same day, tech isolated the problem in about 15 minutes without taking the toilet off. Cost me less than what home warranty wanted to just remove the toilet (as toilet removal was not covered). Bizzy Bee is my goto plumber. Give them a call.

I had them over for a rough in valve job, and they had to come in twice to get it right. Cost me $700+. Now when I need another estimate for another job, they want to charge me a visit fee. How do they want to retain their clients? I was not very happy with their first job, and now this? Wont work with them again.

Plumber was able to make it out in under an hour from my original call for help. The relief cut to the drywall was excellently done so that it was a very easy patch. Plumbing work was great and they had removed the broken shower manifold and installed the new one in under 2 hours. First of all, they were available same day. I wasn't expecting that! Harry showed up within the hour, and completed several repairs in under 2 hours. He was friendly and professional, explained the repairs, and gave me advice for future maintenance approach.

Let's start with the obvious: when you need a plumber, you REALLY need a plumber.

As I write, it has been less than 48 hours since we contacted Bizzy Bee Plumbing regarding a just-noticed water leak in the front yard. Robert answered our email promptly despite it being late in the evening (around 8pm) and scheduled the 811 dig tracking for the next day. As soon as 811 was complete, Joey and Anthony came out, promptly located the leak, and fixed it same day. They were completely professional, and we are very grateful for their response time, know-how to fix the leak, and the affordability of the job.

He quickly assessed the situation at hand, made a precise incision into the sheetrock to obtain an accurate diagnostic (leaky pipe in the ceiling), provided a solution and viable alternatives with correlating costs so I could make an informed decision, and then proceeded to fix the issue in a non-invasive manner (saving me money by not severing the HVAC runs and neighboring pipes - I'm not sure how he did it). I manage facilities for a local multi-site church. Old buildings means we constantly have plumbing service calls and Bizzy Bee has handled a wide range of repairs for us. The technicians are all pleasant and friendly to all our staff.

I've used cheaper plumbers in the past but Bizzy Bee does quality and thorough repairs instead of a quick patch job. They are also very honest and transparent, even taking time to teach me what they are doing.

For example, one of my church buildings had a restroom that had been had been closed off for 10 years. I expected major repairs would be needed to get it operational. Bizzy Bee arrived before me and had everything working in no time. I was not there to supervise so they could have easily done much more work and billed me for extra time but they didn't. This is a company that has integrity and I trust their recommendations knowing they operate that way.

Called BIzzy Bee after hours and their after hours dispatch was unable to answer my question so they left a message with the company to call me. To my surprise I received a call back in under a minute and was given clear pricing and direction. Appointment was scheduled the next morning for between 10am and 12PM and they again surpassed my expectations by showing up at 10 exactly with a text notification letting me know they were on their way prior.

Joey at Bizzy Bee made several trips and coordinated with the demo team to update my 1960’s failing plumbing in my shower, replaced the trap under the tub, as well as replaced the failing laundry room water valves. It was a big project and Joey was on time and very professional. Thank you Bizzy Bee!!

I've used Busy Bee for many years and all my visits, except for one, were 5-star. Although Busy Bee is not the cheapest service out there, you get what you pay for. As a long-term customer, I get almost immediate response, and their guys are always professional and knowledgeable! When they fix something, it is fixed. Alex just did our last repair and he was phenomenal! Super nice, respectful, positive, and he got a big job done in one day

A thermal fuse needed to be replaced, and a few other trouble-shooting steps needed to be taken to correct a lack of hotwater from our tankless. Joey was fast and professional, explained the circumstances and reasons for the problem, and offered a few recommendations going fwd to prevent issues.

Bizzy Bee Plumbing just took care of a major emergency at our house. Our main line was clogged and within a half and hour Joey was at our house working hard to clear the clog. While the clog took awhile to clear Joey worked diligently and was very respectful and kind answering all my questions and concerns while he worked. Due to he underling issues Bizzy Bee will need to come out next week and fix an issue with the pipes themselves but his speedy service and thorough job is very much appreciated. Thank you Bizzy Bee.

We had a job installing a new toilet in our downstairs half bath that looked simple, but was a bit complicated due to flooring issues. When Ben came to quote, he was able to understand the possible problems, and provided a quote to cover several bases, depending on what we found when the old toilet was removed. On installation day, he arrived when promised and completed everything in a professional and timely manner. His knowledge was very helpful, and pricing very fair. We are repeat customers, and will not hesitate to use Bizzy Bee Plumbing again!

I typically avoid plumbers for this very reason. Summary of the 20 minute visit to fix our water heater:

1. Plumber indicated the issue was electrical and we would need to call an electrician (I let them know on the phone beforehand that the controller wasn't getting power). $40 estimate fee for coming out.
2. The plumber then called an electrician, who told him to check the gfci in the garage. 2 minutes later, the water heater was back up and running. Oh, and the $40 estimate fee turned into $180 for fixing the issue.

It's my own fault for not taking off work to diagnose the issue myself. I won't make the same mistake again, or at the very least, I will not be using Bizzy Bee again.

Good company but far from best.

My water valve for the toilet has slight leak. I would like to replace the old ferrule and cap. Bizzy bee did not do the way and I want, but instead cut off the pipe and put a new one on. It took him 10 min or so. Bizzy Bee charged for $238.11. I would not recommend this company. It is highly over charged. Sean 9/30/2021

Joey stopped by today to unclog my guest toilet and he was a JOY!!!! Quick, professional and through. Not to mention the price was fair. He tested my toilet several time to make sure that everything was good before leaving. This was my first time using Bizzy Bee and it won't be my last!

Bizzy Bee - Ryan did not give up. 2 other plumbers, Cary Plumbing and another with both in my home and gave up telling me they could not fix our low/no water pressure issue in our master bathroom. Ryan continued to trouble shoot the issue until it was resolved. I will definitely user them again for any plumbing issues. Thanks Ryan! Truly a hero of the day as I had almost given up hope.

I had a leak in the trap under my sink that I was wrestling with all weekend, but I couldn't fix. So, I called Bizzy Bee on Monday morning. They came out, assessed the problem, made a fix, and were out the door before lunch that day. This is the second time I've worked with Bizzy Bee, because they were so reasonable on prices the first time, I did not even question who I was going to call for assistance.

The plumbers were prompt and great to work with but including the emergency $150 call out fee it cost just short of $900 to unblock the mainline into the septic tank.

The homeguide chart for our area indicates that it should cost $500 at the highest to unblock a mainline so I really feel like I massively overcharged for what turned out to be a really easy problem to deal with.

Quick and easy. I called up Bizzy Bee to replace a leaky faucet. Someone showed up quickly to fix. I ended up having to replace the faucet, but the first service call payment was applied to the 2nd visit. Daniel was the one who showed up to install the new faucets. He was courteous in calling to let me know that he was running behind. He finished the job quickly and left the work area clean. I would recommend Bizzy Bee to others having any plumbing issues.

Capping Old Laundry Supply Lines. Absolutely phenomenal service. I called Bizzy Bee at approximately 10:00AM on 5/15/2017 and they were out to meet me by 2:00 PM that day. Thomas was sent out to help and was extremely professional during the entire transaction. He quickly completed the task I requested of him and even went above what I asked and replaced a vent cap with a more functional cap so that we would be able to close off the wall completely.

I will be using Bizzy Bee for all of my plumbing needs from here on forward.

Excellent service all around. Had Mr. Rooters quote me for a higher price and they didn't even go through all the trouble to carefully look and address concerns then tried to get me registered for their service in order to get a discount. Had Buzzy Bee out and they looked in detail with me not only on today's install but future concerns. The rims around my toilet needed to be extended for support and they came in and did that. Plus the 10% discount made it all the more awesome. Only concern is that they can be late, but they text to let you know prior. Easily one of the best.

We had a bit of an emergency with out laundry not draining and causing some flooding. BBP sent Harry to our aid and he arrived exactly as scheduled. Harry was professional, careful, diligent and communicative. He quickly assessed the situation and laid out all our different options and had no problem answering my questions, making sure I understood what was going on. Couldn't be happier, will call again.

Ben came on time and was very courteous and thorough. Our problem didn't require a hardware solution as such, but rather inspection and analysis. Ben quickly zeroed in on the problem and fixed the problem. His final report was very detailed and complete.

Great service for a stressful situation.

We were taken!
I had a leak where my main water line came into the house. It came up to a T, and the leak was at the T. The fix was to cut the T out and replace with a new section. They arrived onsite at 4:22 and were gone before 5. I was told that they price their jobs on a flat rate based on difficulty. Ours was rated difficult.
I can’t see how the repair was difficult. I had already looked at it and pointed to the leak, told them they the T needed to be replaced and also told them that the pipe (old was poly, replaced with pex) was 1/2 inch on the right side of the T, 3/4 on the left, and 3/4 on the bottom. They just needed the T and the male ends to cut in the new T.
We were charged $375. This is absurd. I would only recommend to people that they stay away to avoid being robbed.

The only thing that kept me from making the repair myself is that I only have a 1/2 crimper and don’t have a wrench to shut off the water at the main.

I should have spent the $14.98 for the wrench at Lowe’s and the $80.00 on the crimper plus about $20 for the other connectors and pipe.

As a side note we called two other plumbers (which we should have done first) and were quoted rates of $110 dollars or so for labor, plus parts, a rough guess of $50 in parts was given based on the details.

Were we ripped off? Judge for yourself, and decide who not to call!!

I've had these guys (specifically Robert about 3.5 years ago) out to my house to help with a remodel. A leak had started one afternoon and we didn't catch it until around 6pm. I called Robert and he came out within 35 minutes or so to take care of it (which was really quick!!). Within the last two weeks of this review, they came out to fix a leak in my kitchen (Ben did this one) and replace both of the outside spigots (Seth handled this repair). They are always on-time, courteous and get the job done! They will also take the time to explain in detail what was done, let you see what the problem is and check in with you while they are working. All of that for a great price and they've got my business as long as I'm in the area! Extremely satisfied customer!!

Today was my first experience using Bizzy Bee Plumbing. I liked the fact that when I called to schedule service, I spoke to a warm-bodied, friendly human being who was able to schedule appt. for the following day. (My service was not an emergency). I was given a 2 hour window of when technician would arrive - helpful to have a narrow timeframe. Bizzy Bee reached out within 25 mins of arrival time to let me know technician on their way - nice courtesy. My technician was Harry and he was very professional, polite, knowledgeable and took his time to explain the why behind my issues and he outlined the repair work needed. He fixed my two problems without difficulty and the area where he worked was left tidy. Harry also provided a quote for some non-critical items that need to be addressed in the near future. Bonus was the the little jar of honey I received as a first time customer - clever marketing and nice touch! I would definitely recommend this company and I would not hesitate to use them again. We discovered water pouring through a light fixture, called Bizzy Bee the next morning and had a plumber there within the day. Seth was skilled and friendly. He replaced our bad pipe and got us straightened out with a functioning shower for less money than I thought I would spend. I would definitely use Bizzy Bee again.

I highly recommend Bizzy Bee Plumbing! Jerry showed up on time. Quickly diagnosed the problem with our two water valves and was able to repair them at a very reasonable cost instead of a more costly complete replacement. He also noticed that we had not installed a compression clamp on the new dishwasher hose - which would have resulted in a major water disaster - and put one on for us. He also checked to make sure we didn't have any leaks on the new dishwasher and refrigerator water lines we had installed ourselves. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. We will definitely use them again when the need arises.

I called 2 1/2 hours after my scheduled appointment for a gas line install. I was told my appointment had been rescheduled to the next business day, a federal holiday when I would be out-of-town. No phone call, message, nothing. I think rescheduling requires the customer to know that the appointment won't be kept and to agree to the new proposed date and time. Perhaps I expect too much.

We’ve had great experiences with Bizzy Bee. I had to call them for a major job when our sewer line broke and when our hot water heater stopped working. They were quick to arrive, knowledgeable about the problem, and quick to find an affordable solution.

Excellent Serice and Response

We had a minor water pressure issue in 2 of the house faucets. It happened suddenly so we weren't sure of what the issue was. Bizzy Bee was responsive and the tech arrived on time. I appreciated that he did not try to upsell and admitted it was an easy fix. I also appreciated that he adhered to covid protocols (mask, gloves, booties). I would highly recommend them for plumbing needs.

Ripped off by this company. We had a Moen Shower valve replaced. It took 15 minutes. The estimate on the phone was $148 plus part. It became a flat rate when the plumber had to walk to his truck to get the part. The flat rate was $282.26 for 15 minutes work and a $12 to $25 dollar part. After we complained, they reduced the price a whopping $15.00 to $267.26. In all my life, I was never over charged so much or treated so poorly (by the office). My husband and I have owned three (3) manufacturing companies and are now retired. We can afford this outrage but what about those who are on a fixed budget and cannot absorb this outrage amount for so little work!! We would not recommend this company to anyone for anything.

I have been working to repair several poor plumbing fixes originally done in my home by another Cary Plumber. The last two times that I have discovered one of those problems, I've had Bizzy Bee out to my house.

Both times, the technicians who came were competent, capable and respectful. They walked me through options, completed the work professionally, and left my house clean.

I think one of the things that I like is that they quote you a rate for the job before they begin working -- and that's the rate you are going to pay. You don't have to worry about how long the repair takes adding hourly costs to your final bill.

Long story short, I'll keep using these guys. Two straight positive experiences from two straight positive employees.

On a Saturday afternoon we turned off the water to repair a leaky faucet in the master bathtub. All went well until I tried to turn the water main back on, and the handle sheered right off in my hand. With water dribbling onto the closet floor, we tried our regular plumber, but they weren’t in. We called Bizzy Bee and In less than an hour, Harry was hard at work.

Harry was very professional and quick. He did excellent work and was very polite. He was also very patient with our little puppy, who went from barking at him incessantly to begging for his attention! You never know what you’ll get when you call a new company for service, but Harry made a very good impression for Bizzy Bee!

My well pump died overnight and I called bizzy bee plumbing Inc. they respond in the next day with a technician found the needed repairs and within 48 hours I had running water again in my home. Not same day yet it was not an emergency. Sure they would have if it was!

We just purchased a home which we knew needed repairs but it turned out that the plumbing was nearly all in terrible shape. It started with a leaky shut off valve that was replaced by Bizzy Bee the same day we called for a very fair price. Then, our shower valve failed in a huge, dramatic way. I called Bizzy Bee but they couldn't get here for 24 hours. In the meantime, I called another plumber who could get someone here right away. Other plumber explains the issue and gives me a quote that seemed insanely expensive. Other plumber also does a lot of man-splaining which made me crabby. The next day, Bizzy Bee (Joey) showed up and confirmed the original diagnosis but their quote is 25% of the cost that the other guy gave me. I ended up adding in a bunch of services including a new tub and replacement of all my shut off valves. They did a great job and were able to work me in as quickly as possible so that we didn't have to go without a shower for long. I appreciated that any time they came across a potential complication, they showed me exactly what was going on and explained it in a respectful manner so that I could make the best possible decision. I 100% recommend them.

The church I attend has been using Bizzy Bee for years. Outdoor facuets, hot watet heaters, kitchen sinks & drains, restroom equipment and more. They arrive on time and always give top quality service. Now I use them for my plumbing needs at home. Little expensive but well worth the money.

I was extremely happy with my experience. Mike was very kind and diagnosed the problem immediately. He saved me a lot of worry and did the job quickly and thoroughly. I can't say enough nice about him and your company. I will pass the word along to everyone I know.

I called with a problem with my shower, and they were able to come the same day. The repairman was very respectful of me and my home. He identified the problem, told me what it would cost, and completed the repair fast and efficiently. I had a very good experience with this company and don't hesitate to recommend them. I usually use another local plumber but I saw a recommendation for Bizzy Bee on Nextdoor and decided to give them a try. They were great! It was super easy to get an appointment. Thomas was my plumber. He was punctual, called as he was on the way and so nice. He spent time investigating a leak issue and explained thoroughly why it actually was not plumbing related and how my plumbing was set up through the house (I have an addition and was not sure how the plumbing was routed. I thought I had a slab leak but I did not. I saw the company specialized in investigating them which is one reason I called them). I also had a kitchen faucet leak and it turned out the faucet needed replacing. He explained what I needed to buy and knew the model name of a comparable faucet off the top of his head. Again he was so very helpful and so nice. He came back and installed the faucet on a follow-up appointment. Again he was punctual and the experience was just as good. I have already recommended the company to others. I usually dread service calls but Thomas was great! I'll use Bizzy Bee again!

I needed a repair for a leak in the Crawl Space. Bizzy Bee answered the call promptly and were able to come out the same day and fix the problem. The gentlemen that came out were very courteous and solved the problem right away. I will definitely use this Company again.

Brian was my contractor and he did the best job ever. I had someone install a new toilet a couple of weeks ago and it was a 12 inch rough in and needed to be 10 inch. All other toilets are 12 inch normally but this wasn't caught and caused many issues. Saturday the toilet leaked from the bottom causing water all over my brand new floor, leaking through the side of the house into the eave and causing possible water damage. I could go on and on about how wonderful Brian is but bottom line is, hire a real professional and not someone that knows a person. I had to buy another toilet but Brian went and got it for me. I would recommend this company 100 times over!!

Owner provided a written quote - several phone calls/emails back and forth to make sure we were on the same page, correct install date, correct model of fixture, etc. It was a straight forward, nothing fancy, non emergency routine project. Day of install the owner says (via the technician standing in my home) that he misquoted the price and that he'll call me later. 5 days have gone by no contact from the owner Robert - he must have so much work that he can treat customers in this manner and not worry about it. Save yourself the wasted time and aggravation - contact someone else for your plumbing needs.

We needed to relocate a supply line so we called Bizzy Bee. Jerry P. was our tech and he was awesome! He called 10 minutes before arriving just as the office said and he was quick to get started. If we ever need this service again Jerry and Bizzy Bee will get our business.

We were left with many problems after another company replaced our septic tank. Ben and Ryan from Bizzy Bee came twice to inspect and analyze all of the problems and provide a detailed report of all of the issues. Then Ben and Ryan returned and basically reinstalled the tank fixing all of the problems. I watched the whole process and was impressed with the quality and attention to detail. All was completed on schedule and as promised. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend Bizzy Bee.

I initially gave them 5 stars from past work where they were stellar but they seem to be suffering growing pains. On the last job they did a decent job replacing a stack, but upon trying to communicate about future work the tech basically ignored me and told me I didn't know where my drain pipes run. When I asked the manager to call me about it he emailed that he basically he never questions his staffs (even an obvious error in the techs part - strange). This was a very different experience from one we had 6 months earlier. For pipe lining jobs I still believe they are the best in this area.

Harry from Bizzy Bee Plumbing repaired a leak at our water service line near the water meter. The office scheduled the visit as soon as they had an appointment available and provided info about the process. Harry actually called to say he was able to show up early. He dug around the suspected area of the leak and assessed the situation then provided options including expertise about the types of pipes and fittings involved and all the info we needed to make a decision. He had what we thought would be a multi-day project done within an hour and was meticulous in his work. We would definitely use Bizzy Bee Plumbing again.

The staff was wonderful, friendly, informative, and very professional. They were efficient and their punctuality made it possible for us to function without missing a single part of the business day. Highly recommend to anyone!

I don't know where to begin. We had a leaking hot water heater and called a number of plumbers in the area. Bizzy Bee was the only one that could send someone out that afternoon (actually evening). Ben inspected the water heater and noted that it needed to be replaced - we thought it would need to be. The hot water heater was installed the next day as promised. They also corrected a few other issues that they did not have to.

We live in a town know for difficult building inspectors, and unfortunately it did not pass inspection -- not due to anything Bizzy Bee did or did not do. Ben and team came back to correct the issues with the inspection. He corrected one item and noted, based on his reading of the code, that he believed that the second issue (venting) met code. He worked with inspector, who ultimately agreed with him.

Very impressed with Ben, his team and Bizzy Bee. They went over and above. Not many companies that would go to the lengths they did.

Ours was a bad toilet flange that had cracked under pressure of tree roots surrounding the drain pipe. Cindy took out the old flange, cemented around the drain pipe, installed a new flange and had the toilet back together and caulked around its base in less than 2.5 hours. Excellent work!
