Best Heating System Maintenance in Durham NC

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

James installed my Emerson Sensei WiFi thermostat and checked both HVAC units. He replaced items needing replacement. James was very transparent in his inspection and repairs and was honest in his recommendations to replace or not replace. I would definitely ask for James for inspection and work on my HVAC units.

Great experience with Streamline for installing four recessed lights in our dining room and fixing a light switch that wasn't working correctly. Both the office/scheduling person (Amber) and our technician (Jerry) were polite, responsive, and very easy to work with. The end product looks great and works perfectly. The price was clear from the start and while not the cheapest quote we got - not the most expensive either. We'd happily have them do future work at our house and will recommend them to others.

ARS Rotor Rooter installed the heat pump in late 2018. Our Heat Pump/AC unit has a 5 year warranty on parts. Unfortunately our warranty was not honored. We were charged $276 for a Compacitor which resulted in a $100 dollar warranty savings on the part. The warranty isn't worth the paper it is written on.

William is simply outstanding. Always responsive, on time, communicative and takes the time to explain the problem and solution. I could not recommend him more highly.

I called for help and within an hour, unscheduled, they were here and fixed our issue. Excellent service.

First time using JD Plumbing Aaron came out was very professional . He gave me all my options. Replaced my sewer pump. What I can see is very neat and clean work area. Aaron left us with very nice Thank You Card. I really like the way this company does business. They are a company I would have wanted to work for myself. Do your homework before hiring a plumber, or else you'll get ripped off by the technician. A while ago, one of the techs was only supposed to find the septic tank. He decided to dig as well and charge almost $300. I guess he thought that he could milk money from an older couple and pocket the money under the company's nose. It's not the first time he did this to the couple but it will be the last. I was so close to making sure that he was out of a job but I will let karma take care of that.

Both of the services provided were great fixes for my home. Both jobs had plumbers who were courteous and time efficient for their tasks. I would recommend them to my friends and family!

They have a wide range of jobs to offer and all of the workers were extremely professional as well as answering any questions that I had, efficiently and in terms that I could understand.
